We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership and command of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU condemn the recent and reckless killing of the people of Umuneke Ngor Okpala LGA by the so called Ebubeagu Security Militia collaborating with fulani terrorists and soldiers masquerading as herdsmen.

 

The way and manner Ebubeagu militia is collaborating with Fulani terrorists called herdsmen and soldiers in killing and displacing our people from their villages is getting out of hand. It is obvious that Ebubeagu was a Fulani pseudo security using Igbo coloration for the conquest of the Igbos. Ebubeagu fights along with Nigeria Security Agents and Fulani herdsmen against our people. It has never been heard or seen that Ebubeagu fought against Fulani terrorists  killing our people in Umuneke Ngor Okpala LGA or anywhere else.

 

As we can see, the states governments sponsoring this murderous Ebubeagu in Igboland are Imo and Ebonyi States  Governors who are Fulani Stooges. The contribution of Rochas Okorocha, Ifeanyi Ararume, and Emeka Ihedioha in Imo State have added in creating confusion and insecurity in Imo State because of their political interests and differences. The people of Ngor Okpala LGA and entire Igbo land  should be ready to defend themselves because the agenda of the caliphate using Ebebuagu and  other killer sqauds was to intimidate and humiliate Biafrans, kill and displace farming communites so that the Fulani terrorists will come and occupy the deserted communites.

 

The Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma and other political juguanuts like Rochas Okorocha,  Ifeanyi Ararume, and Emeka Ihedioha in the state are responsible for the insecurity in Imo State. Their political interest and differences are fueling crisis all over Biafraland.  Each politician is working hard to please their political Masters, the fulanis, thereby endangering the lives of Biafra people in the state.

 

We are asking these men to stop using the people for their political chase and allow peace to reign. The situation of Imo State Indigenes during this unfortunate regime of Hope Uzodinma masterminded by the Caliphate judicial rascality is unimaginable. The once most peaceful and progressive state is now the shadow of herself with increased insecurity and crisis and killings.

 

The rate of killings, insecurity, and economic hardship in Imo State has never been seen since the creation of the state on  August 27, 1991, even during the military era. Every State in Biafraland is a bit safer now but we wonder why Imo State is getting more dangerous by the day because of the imposed Governor, Hope Uzodinma, a stooge of fulani caliphate is working hard to create buffer zones in the State for Fulani terrorist called herdsmen per their agreement.

 

IPOB and ESN will continue to work with the willing communites to ensure no inch of our ancestorial lands is ceded to the terrorist for whatever purpose.  The recent attacks and killings in Umuneke Ngor Okpala LGA were not for sit-at-home order, it was masterminded by Eze Ochiri Okeke of Umudara Amaifeke, who is the godfather of Ebubeagu militia in the State because he is working with Hope Uzodinma.

 

This souless traditional ruler is the man that Imo Vampire, Hope Uzodinma is using to create confusion, pandemonium, and panic in Ngor Okpala LGA and Owerri zone like he tried to do in Orlu Provence. He wants the insecurity to spread to every part of the state. He wants insecurity in Owerri zone, Okigwe zone, Orlu zone has taken their own portion of insecurity.

 

We are monitoring them. Soon, they will pay for the blood of innocent people they are wasting.

We will keep exposing and frustrating their evil connivances to Fulanize or "Rugalize" our region until Biafra Nation is restored.

IPOB and ESN are battle ready against these men and to stop these people that were causing us pains like Emeka Ihedioha, Hope Uzodinma, Rochas Okorocha and Ifeanyi Ararume as they decided not to allow our people have peace in their homes.

Democracy is referred to as the government of the people, simply because it consists of three independent arms that operate with checks and balances. These checks and balances assigned a defined role to each arm beyond which it becomes usurpation, ultra vires or abuse of power. When this happens, what is usually left is a cold-hearted brutal dictator. 

When a matter is in court, it is a subjudice. This means that the public is prohibited from discussing such a matter so as not to influence it. But, it is on record that Mr. Buhari(the Nigerian President) has come out on several occasion, from the first illegal arrest to the current abduction of Nnamdi Kanu, to tell the media that Nnamdi Kanu will not be released. Therefore, when a president, the head of one arm of government, a powerful man that holds all the executive leverages cites bogus claim in a legal matter involving a citizen, it shows intent to steamroll, strong-arm and intimidate. It is a clear display of unwillingness to allow the law be interpreted without bias.

In the month of May this year, 2022, during a visit to Ebonyi state, President Muhammadu Buhari in a meeting he had in Abakaliki with political leaders of the Eastern region(Biafraland), told those leaders that the court will determine the fate of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB).

It can also be recalled that late Chief Mbazulike Amaechi, a nonagenarian, traveled so long distance of Anambra to Abuja, with a poor health condition, in the company of other elders to meet with Buhari in quest for the release of Nnamdi Kanu as a last wish of the late Elder Statesman(Chief Amaechi). As with the Abakaliki meeting, these elders demanded for the second time for Mr. President to release Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafran youths held illegally in various detention camps across the country. And President's reply was that "the court will determine their fate".

There is always a danger when a president whose history at judicial compliance or proclivity for court abuse promised that the court will “determine”. The real question would be: is it the independent court or a rubber stamp Court; a Court of his fantasy which would be an extension of the executive arm?

As it stands now, the big question which Muhammadu Buhari needs to answer is whether the court is still in charge of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case or has he and his government taken over the judiciary? This last question is especially important, given the order from many Courts of competent jurisdiction, including a Federal High Court and an Appeal Court, discharging and acquitting Nnamdi Kanu, even awarding damages and mandating Nigerian government to return him to Kenya where he was abducted. What is even jaw dropping is that after the Appeal Court judgement, suddenly the three brave judges were transferred and replaced by shopped judges who did as instructed by granting a stay of execution. 

There is an impending danger to a society when a president is refusing to obey a court order that did not go the way he wanted. When a president is citing National Security as a reason for not obeying a court order to release a “self determination” activist, but rather extends the same gesture to known terrorists Boko Haram and bandits, then he is called out for what he is: a dictator. Dictatorship is a danger because it breeds chaos. When citizens cannot be guaranteed equal justice, they resort to self help; rebellion becomes an act of patriotism. 

So, the world knows that the court has quashed all the allegations against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the court said he committed no offence. In addition, a United Nations Working Group’s opinion also sides with Nnamdi Kanu; requesting that he be released this December as a deadline.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not in DSS prison because he committed any offence. He is still in prison today because he is hated by Nigeria, APC and Muhammadu Buhari.

The attention of the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the laughable disgraceful comment from the impostor who claimed to be Buhari at the just concluded USA - Africa Summit, where he said that Fulani Terrorist attacks in Nigeria are caused by Climate Change. Buhari claimed to be a retired Major General, a position he used in deceiving the international community, especially the Americans, to see him as a man who understands security issues in the region.

It is on record that the Fulani mass movement to Southern Nigeria, particularly South East, is for land grabbing, and not because of climate change. It is an ethnic conquest agenda that the tribal and religious warlord Othman Dan Fodio started in Hausaland, Northern Nigeria in about 1804 but were stopped at the northern boundaries of the Middle Belt of Nigeria in about 1809. 

How can the imposter President claim that the Fulani murderous militias that invade communities with arms and ammunition, killing and sacking communities, are doing so because of climate change? 

In Nigeria, there are over 323 large, medium, and small dams in operation.  About 85% of these large dams are located in the Sudano-Sahelian Region of Northern Nigeria, with 33% of the dams providing irrigation for agricultural purposes and for animal husbandry in the North. Presently, Northern Nigeria has the largest farming population of any other Regions of Nigeria, and the North is the main food supplier for the entire Nigerian population and the ECOWAS region. Therefore, the suggestion by Buhari that climate change is the reason for Fulani Herdsmen Terrorist invasions in Nigeria, is false.  The mass murderers called Fulani Herdsmen are terrorists and their sponsors cannot use Climate Change as an excuse to invade Southern villages and massacre innocent people.

The USA Government assembled African countries in desperation to save a failed nation called Nigeria. The U S Government provided a platform for Buhari to demonize Southern Nigeria, especially the Eastern Region, who have been victims of a genocide sponsored by his government. 

To date, Fulani terrorists have murdered thousands of innocent citizens in their native lands, and not one Fulani Terrorist is on trial for the genocide, because it is an ethnic cleansing agenda sponsored by the Fulani controlled Government of Nigeria. 

It is obvious that some Organizations in the USA such as International Democratic Institute and International Republican Institute have either been misled or bought over to provide cover for Buhari to misinform the  International Community, especially the US  Government. We have cautioned the two US Institutes in our previous press releases to desist from further allowing themselves to be used by Buhari against IPOB, ESN, and the indigenous nations of Eastern Nigeria, especially, against the Igbo nation.

 

The world must know that Buhari is lying and deceiving them. Climate Change is not the cause of mass migration of Fulani Herdsmen Terrorists nor is it the cause of Fulani Herdsmen Jihadist Terrorism in Nigeria that is being falsely described as “farmers and herders clash". There is nothing like "farmers and herders clash" arising from Climate Change. It is a lie from the pit of hell.  What is happening in Nigeria is ethnic cleansing agenda which former President Obasanjo referred to as "Fulanization Agenda" taking place throughout Nigeria, but especially in the Middle Belt, the Southeast and the Southwest.

The Fulani led Government of Nigeria has armed jihadist terrorists from the Sahel to invade the rainforests of Southern Nigeria to forcefully take over the indigenous lands of all the nations in the Middle Belt, Southern Nigeria and the entire areas of the Gulf of Guinea. The Fulani Elites have not hidden their agenda. It is on record that some Fulani Groups have said publicly that the entire Nigerian land mass and resources belong to the Fulani, and they will take it by force. This Fulani led Government of Nigeria which is led by a double of late President Buhari, has been releasing arrested Boko Haram Terrorists and recruiting them into the Nigeria Millitary and Security Agencies to provide cover for the armed jihadists invading the country. 

Biafrans have decided not to allow the Fulani to grab any inch of our land. IPOB won't allow them to take over our ancestral land by crook, force, or deceit. IPOB remains peaceful and focused on our quest for restoration of  Biafra Sovereignty. Therefore, the USA as a beacon of freedom and democracy and its  organisations, should not allow themselves to become tools for another Biafra Genocide. 

All we ask for is a referendum date for Biafrans to decide whether to continue as Nigerians or to have an Independent State of Biafra, not war against Nigeria.

 Nnamdi Kanu Sues The Nigerian Secret Police Over Access Denial To Medical Attention, Amidst Worsening Health Conditions

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indeginous People of Biafra(IPOB), has sued the department of state services(DSS) to court, over violation of his human rights and the disobedience to court ruling of the Federal High Court Abuja, which ordered the agency (DSS) to allow Nnamdi Kanu access a quality medical attention, regarding his grave health risk.

Recall that on June 29th 2021, the DSS who claimed to have arrested Kanu from Kenya, brought him to the Nigeria; blindfolded and handcuffed like a common criminal. But further independent investigations revealed that Kanu was never legally extradited, rather the DSS in collaboration with Kenyan Local forces covertly kidnapped Nnamdi Kanu who was a temporary resident to Kenya, as a British citizen with the British passport, detained and tortured him for eight days before extraordinarily renditioning him to Nigeria and arraigning him before the court.

The aroused health troubles of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu could be linked to the unimaginable torture he was subjected to in Kenya for days. Kanu is reported to be diagnosed of mineral deficiency and dire heart complications that requires emergency good medical attention. It was on this note that Justice Binta Nyako's Abuja Federal High Court ordered the DSS to allow the personal doctor of Kanu to access his medical status and adminster medications while he continues to undergo prosecution. But the DSS declined and instead, resorted to drugs prescribed by roadside pharmacies, which reportedly is said to have low(if not zero} improvement to Kanu's recovery.

Aside declining the court order, and an offer by IPOB to send a professional doctor, DSS have continued to reluctantly treat medicinal administration to Kanu, with immense contempt and recklessness.

On several occasions have the IPOB lead Counsel, Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor and other lawyers as well as siblings to Nnamdi Kanu lamented after their visits to the Abuja DSS detention facility, that Kanu was hardly given his medications or his daily routine feeding. The most recent was when the special counsel to Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB after his weekly visits to his client, came out to announce that the DSS have denied Kanu his medications for nine straight days and refused to feed him for a whole day.

The DSS cited that they are in lack of funds to continue to foot the medical and upkeep bill of Kanu in their custody, even though Kanu is said to have ordered his Cheif lead Counsel Barr Mike Ozekhome to sign a donation of the sum of one million naira to the DSS.

This spurred outrage and much emotions amongst many people of interest, as they were bewildered at why the Nigeria government could spend millions of dollars to abduct Kanu from Kenya, only to claim they can no longer feed him nor attend to his medical needs, many are asking if the Nigeria DSS can not attend to the vitals needs of Kanu in their custody, why have they continued to detain him, even when the Nigeria Court and several reputable personalities and institutions around the world; like the Amnesty International and the United Nations working group have asked Nigeria government to release Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally and compensate him for violating his human rights?

Even after the Supreme Court of appeal on the of 13th October 2022 ruled that the charges pressed by Nigeria state against Nnamdi Kanu are totally frivolous, and ordered Kanu's immediate acquittal and release, the Nigeria government executive arm and DSS have continued to illegally detain Kanu in disregard for Justice.

This has prompted the IPOB leader to sue the Nigerian State secret Police, through his legal representatives, over disobedience to court orders and detainment against his rights, even after the court declared him a free man.

The armed Fulani Herdsmen have severally invaded and massacred hundreds of men, women and children in Aha-Amufu community of Isi-Uzo  local government area, Enugu State, Biafraland. These invasions and massacres have grown worst and more gruesome within these last months of year 2022.

Fulani Armed Herdsmen, a terrorist sect of the Fulani herders(a nomadic, predominantly Muslim tribe) doubles for the World's fourth most deadly terrorist group, according to 'Global Terrorism Index'. These deadly sects that have invaded Eha-Amufu to rob the community of their ancentral land; an act which has led to the death of hundreds of persons who are Indigenous to the community, plus the destruction of properties that are estimated into millions of naira and still counting. In all, the more shocking thing is the rate of wicked silence maintained at all government levels, and by  media Houses. 

There are about 70,000 people living in the rural suburbs of Eha-Amufu. It is a town where a federal government of Nigeria higher institution, Federal College of Education(FCE) is situated. This institution runs a degree affiliation with the University of Nigeria Nsukka(UNN). Most of the seventy thousand populace depend on farming and are sustained by their agriculture produces. Its borders are shared with the states of Ebonyi and Benue.

The role of some Benue State communities in this brutal activity of Fulani herdsmen since Mr. Buhari seized Presidential power in 2015 is symbolic. It is a place that has had its fair share of vandalism and bloodletting (Agatu massacre as one example), but also serves as Fulani launchpad for making inroads into the Nigerian Old Eastern Region(Biafraland), for the jihadi war of conquest. Like the Eha-Amufu people, the people of Benue are predominantly farmers, without doubt. But these Fulani invaders have become so disruptive, thereby making farming now highly unfashionable and unattractive, leading to food scarcity and hunger. 

The exportation of Fulani violence southward, especially in Eha-Amufu has created a humanitarian crisis as villagers flee. As the Fulani terrorists operate unhindered, socio-economic activities are in danger, including the Federal College of Education in Eha-Amufu, which has drawn considerable development from the local community and the government. A visit to the neighborhoods revealed that there is now no human activity taking place. Markets and shops have been shut down, while stores on the streets are under lock and key. The Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu is empty as all of the students have fled to their homes for safety. Worse still, the Fulani bandits are operating freely, maiming and massacring village dwellers; taking their personal things and possessing their abandoned homes.

The swiftness of the coordinated attacks and the unresponsiveness of the security agencies (including police and army) have led to scores of casualties, with the dead bodies scattered all over the place. These words perfectly describe Eha-Amufu, a boisterous rural and suburban location that is now a ghost town in Enugu State's Isi-Uzo Local Government Area.

According to reports, the communities are completely under siege, with all of the locals now seeking asylum as Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in nearby towns and cities. Residents claim that raging Fulani herdsmen had slaughtered over 50 people in the last few weeks. According to local sources, no fewer than 160 people have died in the past two years.

In the midst of all these ugly situations, there has been no military, police or government spokesperson; no ministry or ministerial representative who issued a single statement. The media houses are nowhere to be found either.

This has become a daily and yearly routine. That the rampaging Fulani terrorists nicknamed Fulani Herdsmen will come to this community, aided by Nigerian military, and the whole legacy media will not report it for the world to see what is happening shows the depth of compromise, love for money and rot in Nigerian media. It is very disturbing and shameful!

NIGERIA POLICE AND THEIR AGENT PROVOCATEURS RESPONSIBLE FOR BOMB FACTORY NOT IPOB. 

Following the frustration and failure among the Nigerian Security architecture  to blackmail IPOB with burning of INEC and Government infrastructures and killing of Security Personnels in the East, they have upped their blackmailing game with the so called bomb factory in Ebonyi State.  

We the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of the great leader, Mazi Nnamdi KANU wish to debunk the lies and blackmail business of Nigeria Police linking IPOB and ESN to any so called discovered bomb factory in the South East and arrest of two ESN Operatives. 

We want to make it categorically clear that IPOB is innocent of this accusation.  Nigeria Police don't even know how to present their blackmail accurately. It is  unfortunate that the Nigeria government is damaging their remaining image and reputation in the bid to blackmail IPOB and deceive the world into perceiving IPOB as terrorists. Little did they know that the world has Intel that give them accurate information about IPOB activities.  Nigeria Government frustration is hightened because IPOB has defeated them in the global arena as well as on the local stage, even with their huge lobbing efforts against us. IPOB is the only obstacle to their Fulanization agenda, hence the intensified diplomatic and media blackmail. But Elohim sent us on this mission, and He alone will give us victory at the end. 

We advise the media houses in the zoo and others outside Nigeria to investigate issues before reporting. The more they published unverified reports from Nigeria Security Agencies, the more they damage the small remaining image of their country before the world and tarnish their own image as well.

According to Ebonyi Police Spokesperson, Chris Anyanwu as published in the compromised Newspaper, "The Nation", he said "however, a scrupulous investigation aided by his antecedents/profile with the Police Command proved that he is a native of Obegu, Onicha LGA of Ebonyi State and indeed the factional Commander of the outfit in Obegu”. 

The Nigeria compromised  Police claimed that the person they arrested is a factional commander of ESN. 

For record purposes, ESN and IPOB do not have any faction. IPOB members are individual persons living in their houses while ESN Operatives are in the Bushes protecting our land from Fulani terrorists herdsmen.

Nigeria Government has been trying to create a faction in IPOB and ESN so as to use their sponsored faction to blackmail IPOB, but we have remained one and indivisible IPOB family. Nigeria Police must have planted all the materials and the persons to be used for their dirty business. But as always, Chukwu Okike put us ahead of their evil agenda. 

Again, for record purposes, IPOB and ESN don't use bombs in their operations and do not have any bomb factory anywhere. If there is any bomb factory discovered in the East, then Nigeria Fulani controlled Police must have set it up with their terrorist brothers, the Fulani herdsmen who are bomb experts. We demand full and independent forensic investigation into the so called bomb factory so that the lives of our people will not be endangered by enemies whose agenda for years has been to exterminate us and take over our lands and resources.

However, anyone who allows themselves to be used to cause confusion and havoc in the South East should know that they are going to face some serious and stiff resistance from IPOB. We are watching Nigeria Police ridicule themselves and their Government. 

We promised to destroy them with truth, not with bullets and bombs. The more they blackmail IPOB, the more IPOB exposes their crookedness and emptiness to the world.  Elohim has called us on this mission, and we shall not retreat nor surrender irrespective of blackmail, arrest, torture, killing, and forceful abductions until Biafra is fully restored to an independent free nation.

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and lead counsel to the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mike Ozekhome has raised a concern over actions of fraudsters using his name, the name of IPOB leader and IPOB lead by Kanu to solicit funds for the prosecution of cases involving the Biafra nation agitator, Nnamdi Kanu.

Ozekhome said he had never directed and will not direct anybody or group to raise money either in his name, the name of his Chambers, the name of IPOB leader and IPOB lead by Kanu to approach individuals or corporate bodies for funds to execute cases for his client.

The senior lawyer’s reaction was provoked by a widely reported social media news that some people were going around the country seeking financial help from individuals and corporate bodies for lawyers handling cases for the detained Biafra leader.

My attention has just been drawn to the criminal and unauthorized use of my name and that of my chambers in the social media and other platforms by unscrupulous societal miscreants and criminal elements in soliciting for funds allegedly for the prosecution of Nnamdi Kanu's cases that we are presently handling.

The general public is hereby alerted that, I, as the lead counsel for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader and founder of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), or my chambers, have never and will never in any way authorize anyone, whether as an individual, group of persons, corporate bodies, or authorities, to solicit for funds for me, or on my behalf, or on behalf of my chambers, for the purpose of prosecuting the cases of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, or for any other purpose howsoever and whatsoever. 

Anyone giving out money on my behalf or in my name, or chambers' name, allegedly for the prosecution of the cases of Nnamdi Kanu, does so at his or her own risk and peril. Neither I, as the lead counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, nor anyone else working with me in my team on the matters, will ever approach anyone, or donors, or corporate bodies (whether local or international), either through social media, or by any other channel howsoever, to solicit for funds for the prosecution of Namdi Kanu's cases, under any guise, artifice, design, or circumstances howsoever. Anyone doing so is a fraudster and criminal element and should be treated as such. 

Such persons when caught (as they surely will if they continue), will be visited with the full weight of the law. Similarly, anyone caught donating money to such fraudsters and criminal elements allegedly on our behalf will be traced and made to face the full wrath of the law. Sooner than later!

Members of the general public are hereby strongly advised and cautioned to desist from ever giving any money to fraudsters and Impostors soliciting for funds in the name of Nnamdi Kanu's cases, as neither Nnamdi Kanu, nor our chambers, as his lawyers, will ever approach members of the public through the social media, or any other channel, for the solicitation of funds for the alleged prosecution of Nnamdi Kanu's case. We have never done so! We are not doing so!! We will never do so!!!

The security agencies are hereby put on notice to arrest and prosecute anyone or group of persons found to be engaging in the solicitation for funds in the name of Chief Mike A. A. Ozekhome, SAN, CON, OFR, FCIArb, Ph.D, LL.D, D. Litt, his chambers; or, in the name of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, allegedly for the prosecution of Nnamdi Kanu's cases. Such an act is a criminal offence that attracts serious penal consequences. We are involved in Nnamdi Kanu's case, not for monies or any financial considerations; but solely to redress the brazen and serial state - sponsored violation of his rights as a person; and those of his non-violent IPOB, as an organization.

NIGERIA GOVERNMENT IS SYSTEMATICALLY KILLING MAZI NNAMDI KANU - IPOB. 

We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the indefatigable Liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU condemns the systematic State sponsored torture and slow killing of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU in the DSS custody by the Nigeria Government. 

The world should take note of this ongoing atrocity against the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) being perpetrated by the Nigeria Government in the DSS Abuja dungeon. 

Nigeria Government has deliberately planned to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, who is illegally detained in DSS solitary confinement.

Mazi KANU is battling heart conditions and some mineral deficiencies, which require medical specialists' attention, but the Nigeria Government have refused to release him as ordered by Nigerian Courts, nor would the Government allow his personal physicians access to him. Instead, Nigeria Government has resorted to procuring his prescription medications from  roadside pharmacies. This conduct of Nigeria Government amounts to a deliberate systematic degradation of Mazi KANU's health, aimed at his eventual elimination by a gradual  termination of his life. The Nigerian Government is slowly killing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu! 

A few days ago, members of the IPOB Legal team and a brother of Mazi Nnamdi KANU visited him in the DSS custody where he informed them that DSS Agents have not given him his prescription medications for more than 9 days in a row. In addition,  DSS has not given him food for some days. DSS claims  that they do not  have money for Mazi Nnamdi  KANU's  food and medications! How preposterous!

We, the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), therefore, call on the Nigeria Government to release MAZI NNAMDI KANU immediately, since they cannot afford his medications  and food. IPOB is more than capable to provide for our Leader, the best medical services the World can offer, and we are able to provide him any food of his choice.

Having illegally renditioned Mazi Nnamdi KANU and having him held in unlawful imprisonment, it is the responsibility of the Nigeria Government  to ensure that he is well fed and that he receives appropriate  professional medical attention. 

IPOB will not take it lightly with the Nigeria Government  if anything untoward happens to Mazi Nnamdi KANU in their unlawful custody. 

Nigeria Government must stop using hunger and denial of professional medical treatment  as an instrument and weapon of torture in their futile attempt to break down our leader.  

We in IPOB understand the recent actions of DSS as a conspiracy to systematically diminish the health of,  and finally kill Mazi Nnamdi KANU by starving him of food and  his prescribed  medications. But we wish to remind the Nigeria Government and all who are remotely interested in Nigeria to bear in mind that IPOB and in fact, Biafrans will wage unending wars with the Nigeria State if anything untoward happens to Mazi Nnamdi KANU in their unlawful custody. 

This is not a threat but a promise that generations of Biafrans must keep even after Biafra Nation has been restored.

We have severally called on Attorney-General  Malami and his collaborators to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU as ordered by Courts of competent jurisdictions. Moreso, the UN Working Group gave directives for Mazi Nnamdi KANU to be released and be compensated by this Nigeria Government.  However, Attorney-General Malami, the Fulani Cabals in the Nigeria Government, and other self-seeking politicians  who control the impostor falsely parading himself as Buhari, have refused to obey Court verdicts and the UN Working Group directives. 

Once again, we call on Foreign Embassies, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and all Diplomatic Missions in Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria to prevail upon the Nigeria Government and its Security Agencies, especially the DSS and Attorney-General Malami to release Mazi Nnamdi KANU forthwith and to conduct a UN supervised Biafra Independence  Referendum for Biafrans. 

Nigeria Government through the DSS, wants to kill Mazi Nnamdi KANU by starving him of food and by refusing to give him his prescription medications.

Nigeria Government is also sponsoring criminals in the Eastern Region to carry out criminal atrocities in the region, which they use to blackmail IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

These desperate actions by the Nigeria Government  Agendists who want to conquer and take over our ancestorial lands, confirm that they are frustrated by the successful resistance to their agenda by IPOB and ESN Operatives. 

But they should trade with caution lest they wake up the sleeping Lion, thereby murdering sleep for the entire nation for a very long time. They should understand that Mazi Nnamdi KANU holds the temporary fragile peace that is being experienced in Nigeria presently.

The Biafran Women in Anambra, Abia and Enugu States flooded the streets of the South-East States on 16th December, 2022 in peaceful protests; asking Buhari(Nigerian President), Malami(Nigerian Attorney-General), and all those that are responsible for the lawless Piloting of the affairs of Nigeria, to free the Kidnapped and illegally detained leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.  The Biafran women stated that Kanu has been discharged and acquitted by a Federal Appellate Court of competent jurisdiction on 13th October, 2022. The women also called on Nigeria government and the United Nations(UN) to fix a referendum date for Biafrans to decide their fate.

We all can also recall that other Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction in both Abuja and Umuahia, quashed all the count charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, affirmed and ordered for his immediate release. But, Nigeria government have not complied to the instructions since over 2-month after the verdicts. This blatant act of disregard to court orders have been locally and internationally described as total dishonest and impunity of the executive to the judiciary and conscience of humanity. 

According one of the protesters who granted interview to Family Writers Press International(FWPI), “these barbaric tactics and uncivilized attitudes of Nigeria government and its security agencies have gradually grown very unbearable, especially as it concerns the illegal detention of the IPOB Leader". "This is why the Biafran women across these Biafra land decided to march out in protest", She said. 

Continuing, she narrated how the women had long kept silent, expecting that the Nigeria state would obey court orders. But in view of how Lawless Nigeria have become in repeatedly ignoring the order of courts and United Nations working group, these women determined to storm the street in demand for the freedom of the IPOB Leader.

The incident unanimously took place within the same day, and around the same hours of the day. The women demonstrated with placards and showed how unsatisfied they are with the continuous detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafran activists, despite the orders from different courts of competent jurisdictions.

Some of the banners and placards read, "The journey of nine (9) months is painful, we cannot keep calm to watch our son die for a crime he never committed! #RELEASE NNAMDI KANU NOW" while some others read, "Our demand is simple: #FREE NNAMDI KANU", "No going back on the Appeal Court's Judgement: Nnamdi Kanu is Discharged and Acquitted" etcetera.

Biafrans have wondered why the international community is yet to do anything concerning this uncultured act from Nigeria, even when the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention have lent their voice in also asking Nigeria to free Kanu unconditionally. But, one thing is certain: justice must prevail one day. 

FWPI have also gathered that all who involved in the protests from the three states have returned peacefully too, to their various locations.

'The Nation Newspaper' has publicly apologised to the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) over a false and misleading publication the media house made on Saturday the 10th of December 2022. 'The Nation Newspaper' falsely alleged that the 5-days illegal “Sit-At-Home order” which was issued by criminal elements were made by IPOB. 'The Nation' went further to wrongly accused IPOB that the gunmen who killed over 7 innocent people of which majority were elderly women in Enugu and Imo states, were enforcing a Sit-At-Home order of IPOB.

In reaction, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the lead counsel of IPOB frowned at the publication, called it mischievous and malicious. Ejiofor reminded the editors and publishers of 'The Nation Newspaper' that the general public, including those working in 'The Nation Newspaper' are very aware that IPOB never ordered any Sit-At-Home in the South-East or elsewhere. The lawyer clarified that this dissociation is contained in a press release made earlier by Emma Powerful(the IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary) since 5th December, 2022 on the directive of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader. 

Wondering why 'The Nation Newspaper' could feign ignorant of such loud detachment press from an internationally recognised and respected movement as IPOB, Ejiofor demanded that 'The Nation Newspaper' urgently tenders an unreserved public apology to IPOB for the misleading report, or have their day in court with IPOB legal team if it(The Nation) dares delay compliance to the demand.

Fast forwarding to 11th December 2022, Barrister Ejiofor updated the loyal members of the Nnamdi Kanu led IPOB and supporters, a sect Ejiofor and Kanu prefers to address as 'UmuChineke'. In the update of the IPOB lawyer, which was made on his offcial facebook and Twitter platforms, he notified of a quick compliance by 'The Nation Newspaper', as demanded.

"Our demand made yesterday, 10th December 2022, requesting The Nation Newspaper to immediately retract their misleading publication, which attributed the sit-at-home order/killings that took place on 9th December, 2022 to IPOB refers" .

"We hereby, acknowledge the immediate retraction and apology to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), from The Nation Newspaper (see attached) in compliance with our demand", Ejiofor said. 

In the apology made by 'The Nation', they acknowledged that they made the report in error, and regrets making such an erroneous report. 

"We had erroneously reported that the order was given by IPOB without making reference to the disclaimer made by the IPOB counsel in our report published yesterday. The error is highly regretted as there was no deliberate attempt to cast the group in a bad light" -- The Nation Newspaper said.

Since the Biafra genocidal war of 1967 - 1967-1970 that saw more than 5 million Biafrans massacred by a conglomerate of countries around the world, who were inspired by their political and economic interests, the entire old Eastern region of Nigeria(Biafraland) has been denied the right to sound political leadership. This rights denial by the British and the Sokoto caliphate(Fulani Empire) is a result of the fear that 'allowing the region with such politics and orientation of confrontational republicanism could spell doom for the both parties exploitative and conquest agenda, respectively'. 

After the surrender of the Biafran resistance in 1970 on "No Victor, No Vanquish' terms, and the followed paper reintegration policy, the powers that be went into 'subtle but penetrative' war on all the fabrics of existence that made the Biafran region viable; political, economcal, idealogical, sociological, etcetera.

The British and Fulanis ensured that the Calibre of men who held leadership positions of the Eastern people since 1960 independence up until the war were thrown out of the political corridor, leaders that made the region so progressive and stable.  Fulani Oligarchs seized all the assets and capitals of every Biafran citizen to facilitate the enthronement of sabotage and individualism. Hence rendering them vulnerable and irresistible to their influence. They invested heavily in the cultural and value defamation of the region(this started even under colonial rule) and stereotyped the populace by instigating conflicting sentiments amongst them.

Having succeeded in this impulsive plan that guaranteed every emerging political leader in the region must come to them and swear allegiance to do their bidding and protect their interest whenever and in whatever it may be, and will not hesitate to kill even inhabitants of the region(the leader's own people) if need be, in defense of the overlords interests. But then emerged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB), a revolutionist with no records of political credentials in any state. He came up asking for justice for the people of the region whom their leaders have been overwhelmed by servitude to the real owners of Nigeria(British and Sokoto caliphate).

All attempts made to bribe and intimidate Kanu to their divide was unsuccessful as he maintained that "for there to be peace there must be Justice". Kanu continues to expose the injustice that has been meted on the people of the Eastern region for decades and the need for justice to the upheld. His call for a referendum was seen as threat, likewise his popularity amongst the people, his humility and reckon with the people's agony.

The Eastern region political elites colluded and brought the Nigerian military to assassinate the Umuahia born on 14th September 2017 at his father's compound in Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, Aba State. Thankfully, 

Nnamdi Kanu survived the assassination attempt and painfully escaped from the invasion that took the lives of other 28 unarmed civilians that were in the compound at the time, including Nnamdi Kanu's cousin sister. 

As a follow up, Fulani Oligarchs and South East Politicians proscribed Kanu’s freedom movement, the "Indeginous people of Biafra(IPOB)" a terrorist organisation, even when it is clear that IPOB is a non-violent self-determination movement that believes in a world recognized democratic process (referendum). 

Nnamdi Kanu who narrowly escaped to safety, continued to propagate the gospel of the Biafra restoration without stop, but now from the foreign country, until he was kidnapped again on the collaboration of Kenya and Nigeria governments. And, It is even alleged that the funds used for the extraordinary renditioning of the IPOB Leader from Kenya by the Nigerian secret security were contributed by some South East political Elites, over the bid for individual 2023 presidential slot which they never got afterwards. And, after their disappointments, owing to the legal victories of the IPOB legal representatives in the Nigerian Courts that discharged and acquitted the IPOB leader from all frivolous charges, they have failed to swallow their shame and collectively as a Bloc, ask the federal government of Nigeria to obey court order and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Those who managed to individually do so, were all jittery and elusive in their call, so it would not offend their paymasters in Abuja and God knows elsewhere. This is not only appalling but also threatening because should this trend continue unabated, then the future is not sure, because our next generations will most likely deepen in this Perpetual servitude. This is the main reason for the Biafra freedom agitation championed by the the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu led IPOB.

IPOB wishes to secure the future of our unborn generations in a free sovereign Biafra Nation, because such can never be obtainable in Nigeria. Nigeria government should obey its own courts' orders, release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and acquitted the IPOB leader from all frivolous charges. The leadership of Nigeria should swallow their shame and collectively fix a date of referendum for Biafra, because this Biafra agitation project has crossed the rubicon and will stop at nothing until it is totally actualized.

Attention of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi KANU has been drawn to the sponsored blackmail from Tony Blair Institute for Global Change against us. It is a pity that a supposed responsible Foundation founded by Sir. Tony Blair, a former British Prime Minister will stoop so low to join the league of sponsored Blackmailers against IPOB in order to discredit the Movement in the eyes of the International Community. 

It's malicious for Tony Blair and his compromised Foundation to compare IPOB with the world known terrorists Organizations as those posing a threat to Nigeria's 2023 elections. IPOB and ESN has never attacked any INEC infrastructure, and has never attacked anyone, yet Nigeria Government keep sponsoring media attacks to Blackmail IPOB. No member of IPOB have ever been arrested and convicted on any terrorism charges. ESN was formed to tackle Fulani terrorists like Fulani herdsmen menace which they are doing dutifully in Igboland.

IPOB and ESN has never attacked any INEC facility nor do we have any plans in the future to carry out such attacks. If the need arises we can carry out civil disobedience which may include calling for Biafrans to boycott voting during elections and other civil disobedience strategies.

1. Tony Blair was the British Prime Minister when the then President of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, bombed and massacre every living being in two communities in Nigeria (Odi and Zakibiam). Tony Blair what did you say or do about the genocide against Nigerian citizens? 

2.Tony Blair, you claimed to love Nigeria but under your watch and up to now the British Governmen is  still pretending not to see the high level of corruption and killings ravaging Nigeria especially since the coming of the current APC Government under President Muhammadu Buhari. Sir Blair what have you said or done about it?

3. Tony Blair you claimed that you love Nigeria but British Government laid illegal yet free oil and gas pipeline through the bed of Atlantic Ocean from Biafra land to Britain which you referred to as Northern oil.  Is that not economic sabotage against Nigeria and particularly Biafrans? 

4. Tony Blair, you want Nigeria to have credible and peaceful election come 2023 but every 4 years your British Government influences who will be the President of Nigeria to the detriment of Nigeria voters. If the British Government are not responsible for all the problems in Nigeria, why not allow the people of Nigeria to choose who will lead them without your British Government interference?

5. Tony Blair, you claimed to love Nigeria. What have you done to boost Nigeria economic situation and support Nigeria to produce credible leaders that are not British puppets to help their own people instead of work like your slaves?

7. Tony Blair do you think anybody will be talking about Biafra or agitating for Biafra Independence if the British amalgamation experiment called Nigeria is working for all the trapped indigenous ethnicities? 

8. Sir Tony Blair, what have you done about the genocide committed by Britain and Nigeria against Biafran People between 1967 to 1970 where over 5million Biafrans lost their lives.  Does it mean Biafran lives doesn’t matter to you and doesn’t deserve justice?

9. Tony Blair, what have you said about the illegal abduction, rendition and detention of a British citizen in Nigeria? Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is still in the DSS dungeon even after the Nigeria Federal High Court Umuahia and Appeal Court Abuja, has discharged and acquitted him. Is the life of Mazi Nnmadi Kanu of no value or importance to the British Government because he is a Biafran/British or is it because he is a black man? 

10. Tony Blair, you claimed to love Nigeria but what has the British Government done to indict the Fulani Miyetti Allah terrorist Organization for the genocide they have been committing against Nigerians since 2015 till date?

IPOB did not issue any sit-at-home order on these days mentioned above because we are not miscreants, senseless, or jobless people. 

Every Biafran and residents in Biafraland should ignore such order from untrained and brainless individuals whose agenda is to make Biafra agitation unattractive to our people . Every Biafran must go to their normal business on those days. 

IPOB that has concern for the welfare and well-being of our people cannot issue such brainless uncaring consecutive 5-day sit at home order that imposes hardships on our people during this critical time of the year, when people are trying to makeup in their businesses for the year. The conception of consecutive 5-day sit at home by a Nigeria Agent and his sponsors, is to show the level of wickedness and hatred they have against our people. Their agenda is to create insecurity and unnecessary hardships for our people to make them jettison Biafra freedom. How wicked!

Again, everyone has a right to go out and collect his or her PVC from their respective  polling and registration centres without molestations. IPOB did not order a boycott of elections, and has nothing whatsoever to do with Nigeria shambolic elections. 

Our people should be prepared and ready to confront any fool who dares to enforce such wicked sit-at-home. Moreso, ESN operatives and IPOB volunteers will be out in numbers all over Biafraland on these dates to protect our people and the markets. 

Biafran youths should also be ready to confront anybody who attempts  to force or  compel them to close their businesses on those listed dates. 

The idiots who are issuing this brazen sit at home order should know that IPOB leadership did not authorize anyone to issue order of such magnitude in Biafraland, therefore, it will not work out for them. 

Our people should go about their legitimate businesses without fear. IPOB has put the Agendists and their foot soldiers in Biafraland on check.

The Prominent Yoruba born laureate made this statement on 20th November, 2022 during a speech at the 24th annual Lagos Book and Arts Festival, which was organized by "Book Kraft" .

Recall that, from the academics' year 2009–2010, the federal government of Nigeria, out of their selfish intentions, withdrew history from the country's schools' Curriculum. And, one major problem that came with this singular action, is the case of Identity Crisis present in several parts of Nigeria currently, especially among the people of the country's South South Region, where the youths and children have all forgotten who they are and what Ethnic group they belong to. 

Most Igbo people in the Anioma part of Delta State, today identifies as “Niger Deltans” – Words they do not even know its meaning. 

The lack of History among most youths today has led them into believing Late Gen. Chukwuemeka Odumegu Ojukwu started a war in 1967 against Nigeria, when, in fact, Ojukwu was only doing what was mandated for the safety of his people and generations to come. 

The Biafra Genocide, mostly disguised and called the Nigeria-Biafra War, is a major reason for the removal of History in Nigerian schools. It was an intentional move by the Nigeria Government and their Masters, the Britain Government. The target is to keep the present and future generations of Biafrans in ignorance as a way to cover up their deeds against the older generations of Biafrans. 

But it is very evident that even with the removal of History from Schools, Biafrans cannot be fooled, and the spirit and history of Biafra can never be eradicated. 

The Nobel Prize Winner, Wole Soyinka, has reinstated this fact in the recently concluded "Lagos Book and Arts Festival". Sighting that the removal of history from the Nigerian school's curriculum by the government is a criminal and intentional act. 

 

In Soyinka's own very words, He said; “Collective memory is the key, because it is that memory which is related to the mechanisms of relating reality to whatever narrative is given to us. It is far more important, and it is more dangerous because you can get trapped in it because it is collected as a community activity and some of that, I think, it's happening to us here in Nigeria".

“I’m referring of course to Biafra", he specifically noted! 

“The collective memory there is strong, even before the war, I warned that this collective memory might remain to plague efforts at nation building, and that therefore, everything should be done to avoid that war". “When I use the expressions like, "Biafra can never be defeated and can never be wiped away, people thought I was talking about just the battlefield. I was talking about, a notion, a passion which enters collective memories in active life, not just as a past narrative. This is what I was warning against. And we’re seeing it today", Soyinka said. 

“Government somehow undertook the criminal act of removing history from schools, something I never believed could ever happen to us. The government actually stopped teaching of history in schools. So naive, so stupid as not to recognize that there is something called memory, collective memories, active memory in the present."

“If the purpose was to obliterate the war or memories of the war, what about events that led up to the war? What about the position, the narrative of existence in relation to the outer world? How do you obliterate those, for heaven’s sake? Yet, people sat down and went about their business when they removed history from the curriculum. That’s what I mean by saying that we must always adjudicate the present by history, by the collective memory."

“At the same time, however, we must take care not to become prisoners of that collective memory. That member must be able to use our collective memories in a progressive, productive, creative, and advanced way".

These words the Professor should be a caution to the Nigeria Government; they should stop fighting a war they cannot win, even in a million years.

The Biafra Spirit lives on. And the earlier the government of Nigeria accepts this, the better it is for them.

Nigerian Government should release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in line with the pronouncements of the court, and also release all other Biafrans that have been illegally abducted and detained by Nigerian security agents. Because, come what may, the Restoration Of The Sovereign State Of Biafra Cannot be Stopped.

The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was Kidnapped in Kenya, tortured, extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria and arraigned in court on 29th June 2021 over frivolous charges of treasonable felony and terrorism, which the appellant(Kanu) pleaded not guilty. 

Following the appeal by Kanu, a competent Appellate Court in Abuja discharged and acquitted the IPOB Leader from all charges on 13th October, 2022, and barred all further trial of the case, by any Nigerian Court. This is on the grounds that the Nigeria judiciary lacks jurisdiction to try Kanu, due to the illegal process of his arrest and extradition. But, the Muhammadu Buhari led government, and the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami rejected the judgement and said that he(Kanu) was only discharged and not acquitted. So they have continued to illegally detain IPOB leader in the Department of State Services(DSS)'s detention facility, which can be safely described as a dungeon, due to the uncomfortable state of the facility.

Prominent personalities and world respected institutions like the united Nations working group have called on the Nigerian President to release Nnamdi Kanu, but to the requests fell on deaf ears.

Some of the personalities and institutions includes; Late Elder Dunu Mbazulike Amaechi who was the Nigeria First Republic Aviation Minister, Late Amaechi pleaded with the President to release Kanu to him as his final wish for his services and devotion to Nigeria; the then 94 years old man said he could go on his knees if that would soften the heart of Buhari to grant him his last wish. But that request was not granted before he dead on November 1, 2022. May his gentle soul rest in peace! 

Others are: Iyom Bianca Ojukwu(Wife to late Chukwuemeka Dim Ojukwu, the first Biafra leader/head of state), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike (the leader of the movement of actualization of the sovereign state of Biafra 'MASSOB') and Kanayo O.Kanayo (a Nollywood veteran) who called on Buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu as a birthday gift to him. But, all of the above were ignored by the Nigerian president.

Members of the European parliament and the United Nations working group on arbitrary determination asked the Nigeria government to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and engage him in a political discussion, because his demands for a referendum are legitimate under the United Nations charters, which Nigeria is signatory to.

Most recently, Jarvis Johnson a member of District 139 in the Texas House of Representatives made a request to Joe Biden, the President of the United States of America to compel Buhari to obey court order and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally. 

 

As it stands, there is a blunt refusal of the Nigeria government to comply with court orders and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and this has been raising very serious concerns in the minds of conscientious individuals pertinent questions like, "has Nigeria irredeemably degenerated into a lawless entity?" Is the tenets of modern democracy that correlates the share of power amongst the arms government without intimidation from the executives over the judiciary and legislatives still prevalent in Nigeria? or Is this just part of the long existing hatred engendered against the Igbos and Biafrans? 

This act of disrespect displayed by the Nigeria government to these above mentioned personalities and institutions show how arrogant and reckless those tribal bigots saturating the political corridor of Nigeria are. Their feudalistic mentality is the driving force to treat Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Biafrans and other indeginous population in Nigeria with contempt and disregard. Hence all and sundry In Nigeria and around the world must rise up and prevail against these band of reprobates.

Buhari and his kinsmen should understand that respect is reciprocal. They should not be drunken with power and ignore the sincere call of those individuals and constituted authorities for justice to be served and peace to prevail.

IPOB is a nonviolent self-determination movement which believes in a democratic world recognized process(referendum) to determine the fate of Biafrans that were illegally almagamated by the British since 1914, but the continued illegal persecution of Nnamdi Kanu could affect the status of the above principle. The movement's patience could exceed its elastic limits and could revert to anarchy.

Nigeria government is wittingly nurturing a Volcano that could erupt and destroy the already debilitating entity, if they continue to hold the IPOB leader. The only option left for Nigerian President Buhari is to hearken to the voice of reason, release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally and engage IPOB in a dialogue to discuss the future of the union.

The barbaric tactics and uncivilized attitudes of Nigeria government and its security agencies have gradually become unbearable, especially as it concerns the illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB). This is why the Biafran women of Abia State extraction decided to march out in protest for the release of Kanu.

The Abia Women, had long kept silent in expectation that the Nigeria state would obey court orders. But in view of how Lawless Nigeria have become in repeatedly ignoring the order of courts and United Nations working group, these women determined to storm the street in demand for the freedom of the IPOB Leader. 

The incident took place in Aba, the commercial city of Abia state, Biafraland. The women demonstrated with placards, how unsatisfied they are with the continuous detention of their son, despite the orders, of competent jurisdiction.

Some of the banners and placards read, "The journey of nine (9) months is painful, we cannot keep calm to watch our son die for a crime he never committed! #RELEASE NNAMDI KANU NOW" while some others read, "we're loosing patience! #FREE NNAMDI KANU", etcetera.

We all can recall that Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction in both Abuja and Umuahia, quashed all the count charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and also affirmed and ordered for the immediate release of the leader of the IPOB. But, Nigeria government have not complied to the instructions since over a month after the verdicts. This blatant act of disregard to court orders have been locally and internationally described as executive rascality, total dishonest and impunity of the executive to the orders of court of competent jurisdiction. 

Biafrans have wondered why the international community is yet to do anything concerning this uncultured act from Nigeria. But, one thing is certain: justice must prevail.
