Orji Uzor Kalu During a visit to Nnamdi Kanu In Kuje Prison

Having seen that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) is not shifting grounds on his demands for the restoration of Biafra; Nigeria's ruling party, All Peoples Congress (APC), appointed the former governor of Abia State (Nnamdi Kanu's home State), Orji Uzo Kalu, to mediate between Nnamdi Kanu and the Federal Government of Nigeria, and to seek other means to administering justice in Nnamdi Kanu's case than secret trial as recommended by Muhammadu Buhari (the Nigerian President) and Justice Binta Nyako.

In Orji U. Kalu's visit to Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje prison on Friday 16 December 2016, he identified to be Nnamdi Kanu's brother, condemned the Federal Government's plans to jail Nnamdi Kanu via a secret trial and warned that such moves will only worsen the already cold relationship between Nigeria and Biafra.

In Kalu's words: "My visit to Kanu is in compliance with the United Nations' charter on Human Rights. It means anyone who is in prison should frequently be visited. I decided to come and visit him as a younger brother and as a former governor of Abia State.

"It is possible that with this discussion, we will find an interface between the Federal Government and Kanu. It is a possibility.
If both he and the Federal Government are genuinely interested, we can come to a common ground. It is possible to settle out of court."

Meanwhile, to dispel any wrong insinuation that Orji Kalu's visit might result to, Nnamdi Kanu came out to meet him (Kalu) with a Biafran attire -making his message loud and clear: that there is no alternative to Biafra freedom.

Despite this effort by Orji Uzo Kalu and owing to his fraudulent record as Abia State governor, Biafrans have expressed doubts over his intentions, arguing that Orji U. Kalu cannot be trusted.

According to Wilson Thomas, he wrote over the social media: "Orji Uzo Kalu, you are now an APC member because you are agitating to become a running mate to your "Oga at the top" -come 2019. I want to assure you that if Buhari must lose that election, you are the cause because you have nothing to offer. Meanwhile, be careful with whatever you are about to discuss with the FG. Of course, you are aware the Igbos do not even trust you."

Evaristus Chijioke wrote: "Someone told you 'Biafra or Death' and you think he will be afraid to be jailed? He has demonstrated his seriousness over and over. Nnamdi was chosen by the Almighty to lead his people out of Nigeria (the oppressor). You do not force people to live together. Buhari might have all the ammunition, everything, but I tell you, One with God is majority. Biafra is greater than Nnamdi Kanu so those trying to stop it should have a rethink.

Recall that Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped on 14 October 2015 by the Nigerian Department of States Security Services. Despite court order to release him on bail on 19 October 2015 at the Magistrate Court Abuja and another court order to release him unconditionally on 17th December 2015 at the Federal High Court Abuja by Justice Adeniyi Ademola, the Federal Government of Nigeria has continued to detain him.

IPOB urges the Federal Government of Nigeria to obey court orders and release Nnamdi Kanu. After which, terms of referendum and final exit will be negotiated by both States. This is the only lasting solution that will avert an "Aleppo Experience" in Nigeria. We want to make it clear to Orji Uzor and Buhari that any settlement out of court that is not centered on Biafra freedom is null and void.

Biafra: IPOB Has Taken Control Of Her Destiny: Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Realized Too Late

When the land was still holy and old men known as truthful and diligent people to be respected has gone astray because they chose to sell their rights to a religious bigot and a dictator in the person of Muhammadu Buhari, then there is a problem in the land.

With the way things are going, it is indeed clear that the Igbos don't have leaders, despite having selected representatives whom they presumed have their best interest at heart in governmental affairs of Nigeria. These so-called set of Igbo elders are the calibers who have sold their people to Northern Oligarchy in exchange for moneybags.

Due to their immense love for money and political positions , they have chosen not to stand up and claim what righfully belongs to them. It now appears that old age no longer depicts wisdom but foolishness in most of these so called Igbo leaders. The gray hair that used to represent the dignity of a man in Igboland have now become a curse to these doomed generation of men.

They sit in their homes, watch as their people are been executed and made to cease from existing in the face of the earth without resistance and condemnation from them. If these generation of men were the same people that fought the past decades of Biafra war, the Igbo race would have gone into extinction.

They called themselves “Ohanaeze Ndigbo” forgetting that Igbo is just a tribe in Biafraland which means the so-called Ohanaeze Ndigbo doesn't have a say when it comes to matters affecting Biafra.

When elders decides to sell their pride and rights to their enemies because of money, then the youths will have no alternative than to take control of their destiny and fight for their basic human rights. Time have come for the Biafran race to take their future from these evil men who only sit down and watch the downfall of the Igbo race.

The so-called Ohanaeze Ndigbo were the same people that visited Buhari in Aso Rock, urging him not to release Nnamdi Kanu, part of these same group of senile old men is a traditional in Abia state, who bestowed upon Muhammadu Buhari, a world renowned tyrant and genocidist, with the chieftancy title "Ogbuagu 1 of Aba" in our sacred land whereas he should have been named "Ogbu Umu Biafra"; isn't that an abomination?

Their recent comments on Biafra is not what we the Biafrans are to take serious, because that is just another way of luring us from our main objective which is Biafra.

Biafrans have proven obstinate to this quest of restoring God's kingdom on earth which is Biafra, and a bunch of selfish old aged men cannot stop the enthusiasm in our pursuit for freedom. The only leader the entire Indigenous people of Biafra pay obeisance to is none other than Nnamdi Kanu as he is fighting for the freedom of both the Igbos and non-Igbo speaking Biafrans.

Biafra: Britain Handed Over Biafra To Hausa-Fulani, But IPOB Is Here To Take It Back!

Biafrans have since ages past till date, suffered from British conspiracy against her and this can be attributed to their media (BBC) mispresentation and misinformation. The British thrive on resources siphoned from Biafra land, while portraying and presenting Biafrans to the world as species that must be carefully watched like a hawk; whereas the earthquaking lootings and crudities of unimaginable proportion are all perpetrated by the Hausa/Fulanis with the support of Britain.

For instance, the high profile records of looting and criminalities against the Nigerian state treasury are all carried out by either the Hausa-Fulanis or their Yoruba co-conspirators; and worst still, these monies are always laundered into Britain ( the case of Umar Dikko), But Britain will choose to falsely accuse Biafrans as the guilty party simply because Biafrans refused to be conquered and be made slaves and subservient to them like the Hausa/Fulanis.

They make the world believe that their slaves, the Hausa-Fulanis are the saints while Biafrans are the sinners within their estate (Nigeria). But today, that demonic narration is meeting its dead end as Biafrans has decided to take back their destiny, by telling their stories unadulterated in their unique manner, while dismantling the mainstream media with their lies.

The British hatred towards Biafrans which runs in her DNA is traceable to history. The inability of Britain to let historical events go by and flow with the livestyles of Biafran people has sunk her into "Biafra-phobia" thereby staining her hands with the blood of millions of innocent Biafrans.

Historically, the British contact with the riverine Biafrans led to a glossy and rosy relationship that the parties were “trading” and contacting until the Anglo nation decided to abuse the kind gesture and goodwill of the precolonial indigenous Biafrans.

For instance, in Akassa, in the 19th century, the British aim to monopolize the trade was rebuffed by the Akassa people which led to the Akassa War. The historical defeat Britain recorded in that war is still indelible in the heart of Britain and it is an history that the British government is not proud of.

Subsequently, the cowardly Britain decided to try the Igbo Biafrans in 1929 through taxation and was repelled by the women of Biafra, which led to the famous Aba Women's war. The coming of the independence saw Britain's evil imposition of illiterate and backward Hausa/Fulanis on Biafrans just for the continuation of their neocolonialistic agenda.

The resources of Biafrans were shared by these British proxies and protégés. The demand by Biafrans for equal right via self determination was replied with excessive use of force as was seen in the various air raid of Biafraland during the civil war. Like our fore fathers, the raids and oppressions have made us more united and committed to the challenges ahead.

Biafrans are peace loving people that value human lives, but do not accept subjugation and servitude of any kind. Though we have noticed the infiltration of illegitimate people with mixed blood in our land due to the high level of rapes our women recorded during the genocidal war, but nevertheless, the likes of Nnamdi Kanu has proven to Biafrans and the world that the undiluted blood of our ancestors still flows deeply in the veins of many alive today.

The worst decision the Nigerian government will make is to draw another battle line with Biafrans. She must understand that Biafrans are ready to drop their last blood in defence of our holy nation, Biafra. We say enough of is enough, Biafra is our heritage and IPOB is here to take it back by any means possible; it is now left for Nigeria to decide how they want this facade cum marriage of inconvenience to end.

Biafra: "I Do Not Regret My Decision, My Husband's Freedom Is More Important Than That Of Nnamdi Kanu"--Binta Nyako Soliloquizes

Justice Binta Nyako have shown the world through her thoughts, words and actions in court that she has no integrity, she stands for money and to redeem her husband's crime with the Court case of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, other than doing the sacred work of the judiciary. Her actions gave way to her thoughts as she was rather undaunted with the outrage her ruling sparked on the 13 of December in court.

On that fateful day, I did not see a woman who came to judge a case, but rather one who was so desperate to save her corrupt husband from going to jail courtesy, the corruption probe he is currently facing in the hands of the EFCC.
Judges like her have sold their conscience and pride to a dictator for material gains and any repercussion that will arise from their action is of no concern to them.

It is a well-known fact that Nnamdi Kanu have been incarcerated, albeit illegally, by the forces of the so-called democratic dispensation of the Islamic  Republic of Nigeria led by an Islamic fundamentalist agent in the person of Muhammadu Buhari. It is also a well-known fact that up till now, except fabricated lies and flimsy trumped up charges, no concrete evidence against Nnamdi Kanu has been made by the Nigerian government throughout their persecutions.

This is a clear case of persecution because Nigeria have no established ground for unlawfully holding Nnamdi Kanu. Biafrans have been consistent in calling for the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu just like justice A.F Ademola ordered, we have chosen to adopt a peaceful means to achieve  this. We say "chosen" because there are other sets of choices before us.

It behooves on the responsible members of the international  community to wade in and ensure that the Nigerian government releases Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without any further delay because our patience has been stretched to the limit, and may snap at some point very soon.

Buhari cannot appoint a woman from his home town in Katsina to be precised, one whose corrupt husband is currently facing trial in Nigerian courts to judge Kanu and jail him unlawfully to please and appeal to President Buhari for her husband's crimes to be pardoned.

There will not be any secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu in court since Buhari accused him in public, we expect him to equally try him in public. Our words are axiomatic and is rightfully so.

If we are in a true democratic entity as Nigeria claims to be, then they must prove it. Binta Nyako must not be "Amen" to every ruling, threatening lawyers for objecting her rules is dissatisfying to the rule of law.

Binta Nyako must follow the rule of law and if she wants to jail let it start from her husband whose profile depicts that of a high profile criminal in Nigeria.

BIAFRA: "SECRET TRIAL": A PROOF OF BUHARI'S TYRANNY, CRIMINALITY AND KANU'S INNOCENCE

Freedom is the process of being released from an unprofitable and uncomfortable situation or bond. It is not a crime to seek for it or to acquire freedom, hence the existence of fundamental human rights. Every individual is born free and has right to Freedom.

The world order changed this concept with colonization by greedy individuals who felt they were superior, wealthier and more opportuned than others many centuries ago.
They sailed to various lands and took over the helms of affairs by treachery, forgery and force; Biafra was no exception.

Our ancestors had fought and resisted, women too were involved in the war against tyranny and foreign intrusion into a system of an already existing people. Unfortunately, in 1914, Lord Luggard, a Briton illegally amalgamated Nigeria in Akwa Ibom without consent nor presence of Representatives of the entire ethnic groups that make up Biafra.

They forcefully and illegally added to a contrasting contraption as a punitive measure for fighting their invasion into the region. In his statement, Luggard maintained that his creation (Nigeria) were like oil and water. He gave them an option of existing for a century after which any part of the union can go separate ways. Nigeria has outstayed a hundred years.

The incompatibility of this contraption has been proven overtime by the inability of the union to mingle as a people. The northern region which had been more agreeable has been empowered with arms and military training, therefore the believe they are the born leaders of Nigeria. The West were tagged to the administrative sect and commerce, therefore, they feel comfortable while the Easterners who produce the main resource of the economy are intentionally denied vital opportunities and positions of notable standards.

Biafran land is milked daily and her oils carted away regularly while her lands are in neglect and depravation. Biafran oil which is the mainstream of Nigeria has continued to be the reason for a forced one Nigeria deception.
Over the years, the contraption is dependent on the oil wells and not ready to explore other sources of funding for developmental purposes.

Today, we are not ignorant of this fact and are now aware of the reasons for the civil war of 1967-70. We are very much aware of the marginalization, deprivation, cheating and suppressions of rights in all quarters against us. With the help of greedy, corrupt and bribed few Biafran leaders, we have now been limited in the midst of plenty. We are accorded the smallest portions in all shares, including creation of states.

Now we have gone back to our basics and do not wish to exist in the contraption anymore.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has created much aware- ness of the fact that we are a people with origin and heritage. Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu started the concept when he was betrayed by Gowon's deception after the Ghana- Aburi accord in 1966 and the massive slayings of Biafrans across the northern and western region.

Director Nnamdi Kanu has illumined hundreds, thousands and million minds.
All we crave and demand for is Biafran freedom! Buhari has once again murdered in hundreds unarmed Biafran children, women, ladies, youths, young men and old men. Their crime was asking for their fundamental human right " FREEDOM".

They kill us relentlessly and  forcefully oppress a people whose only ambition and chorus is freedom. This tyrannical venture will not succeed.

Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention for over a year without trial but continuous display of trickery and complete disorder of rule of law. Nigeria under Buhari has become lawless.

 Justice Tsoho danced consistently to Buhari's dictates and kept adjourning the case until he no longer could deal with the façade. Now, Buhari's cousin, Justice Binta Nyako, has come with a slay mission.

The new plan to have a secret trial where fake and masked witnesses will testify is an indication of a plan to secretly convict and kill or jail our leader but how can this be?

You accuse someone publicly on national television media chat, you kill innocent Biafrans with joint armed forces, you abduct IPOB members and incarcerate them and many are missing still. The whole world is watching and waiting, yet they want to secretly convict him. Impossible!

He has not killed anyone or led a coup unlike the Nigerian president who is guilty of both. Mazi Nnamdi only asked for freedom from a contraption as allowed in the United Nations charter.

Nnamdi Azikiwe, Tarfawa Balewa, and Awolowo, all did the same with Britain when they asked for Nigerian independence and secured it on 1st, October, 1960.
Nelson Mandela, stood up against apartheid and secured freedom. None of these men were secretly tried not killed.

If the Nigerian government has a case against Nnamdi Kanu, we want it made known to the whole world. This injustice is like introducing a new dimension into Democracy. We are no longer in the military regime and this is no military trial.

We call for the removal of emotional, partial and incompetent Buhari cousin, Binta Nyako, who is definitely unqualified to judge this case. We say a capital NO! to a secret trail.

The world is eagerly awaiting to see the display and alert tunes been played by the Nigerian government.

Are we in dictatorship or democracy? Is there anything like Demodictatorship? It is a capital NO from Biafrans!

Our leader Nnamdi Kanu will never be subjected to such a trial, Binta and Buhari should take note.

BIAFRA: NNAMDI KANU'S WORDS IN COURT PROVES "THERE IS NO GOING BACK ON BIAFRA RESTORATION."

Generally, Blacks are known to be lazy, timid, cowardly, noisy, dreadful terrorists and illiterates. These are not just notions, Blacks have also proved these perceptions to be true. Blacks' greatest woe is their subjection to greedy and wicked leaders. This too, can be traced to the black man's cowardice towards challenging these evil leaders and his unreadiness to rule his destiny than blame "fate and luck".

Contrary to the above assertion, Britain, in their era of colonization, met a very different breed of Blacks in Biafra; Blacks who challenged their authority, Blacks who do not easily give-in to intimidation, Blacks who believe they can achieve whatever their minds perceive, Blacks who do not see the Whites as demi gods, Blacks who believe their destinies lie in their own hands.

No doubt, just like a British journalist admitted during the Biafran war, "Biafra is the only nation in Africa where the Black man is truly in charge". This has been our major conflict with Nigeria: while they subject themselves to 10 Downing Street and are potent tools of radical Islamism, we (Biafrans) reject it passionately, believing we can build a nation void of the Western influence and intimidation.

In our bid to restore our nation (Biafra) that was annexed to the Islamic Caliphate (Nigeria) in 1914 by Fredrick Lugard, Britain has aided the Nigerian forces to massacre us. Children were starved to death, women were tortured and raped, young men were killed, communities were bombed, relief centres were air-raided, over 3 million souls lost their lives -just for Britain to retain her control over the people and resources of Biafra.

The war later ended in January 1970 on papers, the killings have continued, the vanquished have strived to survive, properties and monies were siezed. Notwithstanding, Biafrans have risen to dominate the top 20 richest people in Nigeria today. We have proved to be indestructible. Today, we feed the 'victors'.

In recent years, despite several other voices that rose but failed to maintain their stance for Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), have proved beyond every reasonable doubt that his "Biafra or Death" philosophy is not a jape. He has proved that there is a Black man who cannot sacrifice his freedom and belief on the alter of cheap popularity and wealth. He has proved that Biafra is capable of producing leaders that can transform Africa and Africans.

Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped on 14 October 2015 by members of the Nigerian Department of States Security Services. Despite court order to release him on bail on 19 October 2015 at the Magistrate Court Abuja and another court order to release him UNCONDITIONALLY on 17 December 2015 at the Federal High Court Abuja by Justice Adeniyi Ademola, the federal government of Nigeria has continued to detain him;  thanks to the British government.

Charges have been transformed from one to the other by the federal government of Nigeria, Judges have washed their hands off the case than jail an innocent man (as recommended by Muhammadu Buhari in a media chat), yet Kanu has not shifted grounds. He remains resolute, and the agitation for the restoration of Biafra has grown from strength to strength since his incarceration.

In Nnamdi Kanu's words to Justice Binta Nyako (the judge presiding over his case) at the Federal High Court on Tuesday, 13 December 2016, he condemned the "travesty of justice" by Binta Nyako. He rejected the federal government's plans to conduct a secret trail on his case. In Kanu's words, "Buhari accused me in the public, so my trial must be done in the public. No witness with fake names and address will stand to testify against me."

He further blasted the federal government over killing peaceful protesters (as also reported by Amnesty International) and revealed that the employment of masked witnesses to testify against him is a proof that Nigeria has nothing to convict him of.

These events have further strengthened the belief and trust of all lovers of freedom, friends and supporters of IPOB, that Nnamdi Kanu has not, is not and will never go back in his efforts towards restoring the ancient city of Biafra.
