#ENDSARS : IPOB CALLS FOR SUSTENANCE OF PROTESTS DESPITE ATTACKS, CURFEWS

IPOB PRESS STATEMENT | The Biafra Times

October 21, 2020

As this struggle to free Nigerians from bondage and Fulani subjugation gets to its crucial stage, we the global movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, urge the #EndSARS protesters not to give up. As our leader predicted the oppressors will try every option including shooting at the protesters to quell the protest, but nobody should be detered.

We call on every youth, man and woman to join the protests now. This is the time everybody should identify with  this movement  to rescue our collective future and destiny from suffocation by  the Fulani janjaweeds and jihadist cabal running Nigeria in the name of the dead Buhari.  Every indigenous nationality must come out to support this movement pioneered by our   brave youths.  It  will be dangerous if Nigerians allow this effort to die down.

IPOB and its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are working tirelessly to ensure that the whole world hears about this atrocity  and take necessary  action. These barbaric attacks on peaceful and unarmed citizens whose only  crime is demanding an end to police brutality and bad governance won't go unpunished.

We,  therefore, call on everybody never to allow themselves to be intimidated by Fulani terrorist soldiers because that is their strategy. The Fulani want to instill  fear  into the minds of Nigerians so as to intimidate everyone into subjugation and continue with their killing spree unchallenged. We won't cave in. We must be willing to resist them for the sake of our children. If we fail to stand our ground now and defend ourselves against these vampires, our generations unborn may never be free from Fulani bondage .

We urge the youths not to be detered by  the curfews being imposed by some state governors bent on impressing their Fulani slave masters. The protesters must march on and not back off! It's a strategy to take them out of the streets but they must prevail.

IPOB  is calling on all the revolutionists to organize themselves together and bring down every property  belonging to former Gov Amed Tunubu who has now escaped to France. He can't aid and abate the killing of peaceful protesters in Likki and expect to enjoy his stolen wealth in peace. Other  wicked politicians   masterminding this carnage or  supporting Fulani terrorist government tormenting Nigerians should also be made to reap the reward of their atrocities. Any Southerner aiding this evil regime masterminding  the present barbaric attacks on  peaceful citizens in Lagos and other states of the nation is a traitor and must receive the reward of traitors.

It's only ironical that the Nigerian Army, police and other security personnel run away from terrorists but derive joy in slaughtering law abiding citizens they are being paid to protect. We encourage the youths to remain resolute and march on until all their demands are met. Nobody should be discouraged. The protest should be sustained until the end. We must not disappoint our gallant youths who have already paid the supreme sacrifice in this struggle.

We call on the international community and civilized countries across the world to come to the  rescue of the peaceful protesters  to avoid more bloodshed. We also call on America, Canada Germany, Russia Israel , United Nations, Africa Union,  European Union, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and other relevant Human Rights organizations across the globe to take record of what is happening in Nigeria and come intervene.

They should not fold their arms and watch the ongoing barbarity and carnage being perpetrated by impostor parading himself as Gen Muhammadu Buhari and we are aware of Fulani terrorists plans against indigenous tribes in Nigeria. If the world fails to take action now against this inhumanity  history will not be fair to them.

Nigeria: Revolution the Only Hope of the People

Nigeria: Revolution the Only Hope of the People

April 27, 2020

By Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu | Biafra Writers

It's so annoying to see Nigerians dying of hunger in just two weeks of lockdown. Even little blessed countries have stayed for two months without complain. This is a sign of how bad the Nigerian government is. Nigeria, being a country that is blessed with human and natural resources like Bitumen, Coal, Oil, Gas, Gold, Iron Ore, Lead, Zinc, Salt, Tin, Cocoa, Oil Palm, Cotton, Rubber, and the likes, should be sharing money to her citizens at this critical period and not sharing death.

Countries are busy caring for their citizens but in Nigeria, they are busy looting and endangering the lives of their citizens out of their selfishness. In a country like this, with no intention to change, what is the hope of the wretched citizens if not revolution?

Mismanagement and looting have crippled the country to the point that salvaging it is unattainable. Young looters are groomed to replace the old ones, thereby making mismanagement a continuous process. The country keeps on moving from one corrupt system to another because there's no good political party in Nigeria.

People are looting trucks carrying foodstuffs due to severe hunger. In the midst of all this, the armed forces are busy killing people here and there. Instead of leaving the people to nurse the wound being meted out to them by successive bad regimes, they are being slaughtered like fowls.

The only antidote to this madness is total revolution by the people. If not revolution, then the people should be ready to bury one another. Stand against this evil regime and save yourself from the doom.

Biafra: Nuremberg Scenario, a Litmus Test for what is to Come

August 22, 2019

By Princewill Akubumma | Biafra Writers

The 21st-century democracy in every part of the world gives the masses the authority to hold their corrupt leaders accountable. The Nuremberg incident involving the former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, is a litmus test of what awaits corrupt politicians in that unfortunate British establishment called Nigeria.

The political divides – APC and PDP – have been in serious loggerhead, but sensing the looming karma as heralded by the Ekweremadu encounter, they are suddenly unified … unified in a frantic effort to quench the fire of revolution.  Rather than improve the lives of the people they are leading, our politicians devise a means of looting our common wealth while intimidating anyone that dare challenge them.

The singular fact that they are now coming together to form a synergy, putting party differences aside in order to defend selves, should open the eyes of the oppressed masses to see the need to synergize with IPOB who have taken the bold step and form a common front. Every civilized and developed country in the world once had revolution.

In the USA, the likes of George Washington, George Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and countless others were once heavily barricaded by angry mobs that pelted them with eggs and dirt to register their displeasure. In Britain, Tony Blair – former British Prime minister – was once pelted with eggs and shoved around by angry masses.

We have as well seen in the social media, viral video footage of angry Ukrainians beating and shoving their corrupt politicians, forcing them into the street waste bins as a result of their inefficacy in representation. Heavens didn't fall upon those angry masses, for they have it as a fundamental right to protest against corrupt leaders in any democratic dispensation. Yet, in the Nigerian setting, politicians wouldn’t have the masses even air a dissenting view. Speak against the government and you are a dead man.

Recall, however, that in 2013 Sahara Reporters circulated video footage of Rotimi Chibuike Amechi – then still the governor of Rivers state – addressing an audience on the docility and cowardice behavior of Nigerian youths towards corrupt politicians. Amechi told the listeners that Nigerian politicians have been taking them for a ride and charged them to be more confrontational against irresponsible leaders.

The Igbo youths in Germany seem to be taking Amechi’s advice. The day of rage has come. The oppressed people are taking their destiny into their hand. No hiding place for the corrupt politicians.

The Whirlwind of Revolution Blows Down Senator Ike Ekweremadu

By Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu | Biafra Writers

August 21, 2019

The cloud of absolute and nonnegotiable revolution is gathering. Although it is hard for Nigerian political players to accept, it is becoming clearer that this revolution is heading into a more radical phase. Its weight has been demonstrated in Germany with Sen. Ike Ekweremadu’s scenario. The senator never imagined how aggrieved the youths were until his cloth was torn. If the politicians have working brain therefore, the Ekweremadu incident is a message to them all. Nothing can triumph over the collective will of the people.

The Ekweremadu incident brings to mind a similar occurrence in France centuries ago. On August 10, 1792, a crowd of about 20,000 people attacked the Tuileries Palace. The King and Queen escaped but later were put on house arrest. Over the next month, hundreds of suspected royalists were executed in what became known as the “September Massacre” in history.

As that revolution changed the once corrupt France to a better one and brewed revolution around Europe, so also is history moving towards that direction in Africa. It will be foolhardy for anybody to underrate the power the collective will of the people carries.

Politicians in Nigeria should remember that the rain does not recognize anyone as a friend; it drenches all equally. I advise therefore that from now on they should take the cry of the masses serious. What happened in Germany should serve as an eye-opener to all.

Lastly, the politicians from the Eastern Region of Nigeria should understand that there is time for everything on earth. What I saw in the eyes of the people is not what words can explain. A tree that refuses to dance is made to do so by the wind, but the wind does not break a tree that bends. Time to support your people because that is the only escape route left.
