We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great and indefatigable leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, strongly condemn the spate of senseless attacks on innocent people in South East by politically-recruited hoodlums masquerading as unknown gunmen. 

It is quite unfortunate that some unpatriotic and unscrupulous elements who are intimidating their fellow politicians because of the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State will resort to bloodletting for power. More annoying is the fact that after their atrocities, some brainwashed fellows will be pointing accusing fingers at IPOB.

We condemn the attack on Gov. Willie Obiano of Anambra State yesterday. Contrary to allegations by our enemies, IPOB has no hand in the said attack. It is now becoming more obvious that those Gov. Obiano accused of masterminding the killings in his state are angry with him for exposing them. The South East governors that Obiano said he would not sit at table with to discuss insecurity in his state should be made to explain all they know about the senseless killings in Anambra State.

We pity those who are chasing after shadow, pointing accusing fingers at IPOB. Such fellows are ignorant of what politicians are capable of doing because of power. Igbo politicians were not like this before but desperation for power and determination by Fulani cabal to replicate what happened in Imo State in Anambra State are the reason for this madness. Their ultimate goal is to demonize IPOB.

Our people must shine their eyes because fulani have planted their terrorists in our territory to eliminate high profile Biafrans.  Those self acclaimed Igbo Elite, Ohaneze leaders, traditional rulers and religious leaders must look inward to fish out these FULANI-sponsored agents of death. They should stop linking IPOB with these killings because IPOB did not come to kill but to save, restore and rebuild.

We the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) considers it important to commend every IPOB member and our gallant volunteers who made it possible on our last outing despite the stupidity and predictable intimidation from the Fulani Police Commissioner in Anambra State. It takes courage to defend the freedom and rights of the oppressed, therefore what IPOB has done and continues to do in the face of overwhelming repression and brutality must be commended by all thinking people. We thank the Volunteer Squad across Biafraland for carrying the message of ‘no election’ into our towns and villages. Our peaceful event across Biafraland on Friday proves the total formidability and resoluteness on the side of Biafran citizens towards the collective effort to restore Biafra.

The one and only IPOB ably led by our supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must continue our evangelism and sensitization for Biafra referendum no matter the threats from Nigerian government and her security agencies. It is very pathetic and unbelievable to all Nigerians that Nigerian security forces who has been receiving serious and consistent thrashing from Boko Haram terrorists operating in the North East of Arewa north without resistance would summon the courage and temerity to go around Biafraland harassing unarmed civilians who are peaceful rallying on their own. The cowardly and wretched security agencies of Nigeria cannot confront and withstand Boko Haram terrorist but always find strength and courage in killing innocent Biafrans going about their lawful business.

It is important we remind this despotic Nigerian Government and her security forces that days are coming when they will no longer sneak up behind IPOB rally formations anywhere in Biafraland and be spared. During the recent peaceful street evangelism conducted by IPOB across Biafraland, only the Fulani police commissioner in Anambra State ordered his rag-tag police to attack our people because Obiano gave him permission to do so.

IPOB Intelligence has discovered a grand plan by Obiano and his Fulani masters in Aso Rock to commence a mass arrest of innocent people in and around Nnewi town as a way of creating disunity amongst the people. Obiano and IG of Police are hoping to drive a wedge between Biafra frontline agitators and our people doing businesses in Anambra State. They have resorted to going after and arresting every able-bodied person they come across. This morning they started what they termed house to house searching which is a cover for mass arrest and detention of innocent people. Now that Abba Kyari, the power behind the throne is reported to have died in London, anybody close to the Fulani cabal in Abuja must warn them to instruct Anambra State Police Command to stop the ongoing harassment of innocent citizens and to immediately release the innocent traders they arrested on Friday evening.

The Nigerian government, Obiano and the Fulani Police Commissioner in Anambra State is playing with something bigger than them. If they continue this way, they will be resisted through means and ways they never thought possible.

We wonder why Nigerian government and her security agencies including Gov. Obiano would accuse IPOB members of their missing guns and rifles when everybody knows that Nigerian police is the most corrupt institution in Nigeria and the very embodiment of lies. No sensible person believes the lies they concoct on a daily basis. IPOB doesn't move with guns and cannot do so until Biafra sovereignty is restored. We are warning Nigeria Government headed by Fulani caliphate including the Nigerian Police to leave IPOB family alone and release those arrested unjustly in the name of arresting IPOB family members.

Nobody or institution can stop our relentless march towards the fulfillment of our destiny as a people. That destiny is Biafra. If Nigerian government couldn’t stop us when they tried to kill our leader last year, is it now he’s in Israel they will stop us?

Biafra: International Criminal Court To Investigate The Extrajudicial Killings of IPOB Members

The International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague has indicated that it will investigate the September 2017 invasion of a community in Abia State, Nigeria by soldiers of the Nigeria Army during a military exercise codenamed Operation Python Dance.

This was contained in a letter from the office of the prosecutor in response to a petition filed to the court by a Nigerian award winning journalist, Mr. Ahaoma Kanu, following the military occupation of Afara Ukwu community in Umuahia in a bid to arrest the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, which led to the killing of several unarmed members of the group.

The letter with reference number OTP-CR-413/17 dated March 20, 2018, which is the second response by the court to the petitioner, confirmed that the military invasion and deaths recorded relates to a situation already under preliminary examination by the Office of the Prosecutor.

“Accordingly, your communication will be analysed in this context, with the assistance of other related communications and other available information,” the letter signed by Mark Dillon, head of the Information and Evidence Unit at the Office of the Prosecutor, read.

Members of the IPOB have come under constant attack by security agencies in Nigeria including the Nigeria Army, Directorate for State Security (DSS) and the Nigeria Police leading to the extrajudicial killing of hundreds of their members since 2015 when Nnamdi Kanu was arrested on charges of treason. After the September 16, 2017 attack on his country home, Kanu and his aged father have not been seen till date fuelling speculations he was being held by the state.

Following petitions by civil rights groups, ICC commenced and concluded preliminary investigations into the alleged killing of over 200 members of the Islamic M0vement of Nigeria (IMN) in December 2015 as well as opened preliminary investigations into the killings of members of the IPOB by the Nigeria Army soldiers in October 2015.

In a September 24, 2017 petition, CNN African Journalist Award winner, Ahaoma Kanu, filed a petition to the ICC calling for an investigation and prosecution of the Chief of Army Staff, Major General Tukur Buratai and all members of the Nigeria Army involved in the extrajudicial killings of the IPOB members during the Operation Python Dance exercise.

Dillon stated that,” Under Article 53 of the Rome Statutes, the Prosecutor must consider whether there is reasonable basis to believe that crimes within the jurisdiction of the court have been committed, the gravity of the crimes, whether national systems are investigating and prosecuting the relevant crimes, and the interests of justice.”

He went further to say that “Analysis will be carried out as expeditiously as possible, but please be aware that meaningful analysis of these factors can take some time,” promising to provide reasons for any decision reached by the court to proceed with the investigation.

The petitioner said he is very optimistic that the court will reach a decision to go ahead with an investigation because of the weight of evidence attached on a memory stick attached to the petition.

“I have no doubts that very soon the people responsible for turning the Nigeria Army into a killer squad which exterminates her citizens will be brought to justice. This is the second correspondence I am getting from the court and will be ready to assist the investigations as we have hard evidences to show to the investigators when the time comes. This will go a long way to show soldiers that use their weapons to shoot innocent people in Nigeria that the world is watching and justice will always catch up with them.”

Anambra: Breaking News; The African People’s Party, Drag Obiano, APGA and INEC to Tribunal, Over Fake Victory

The African People’s Party has asked the Anambra State governorship electoral tribunal to quash the victory of Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State at the just concluded governorship election in the state.

Meanwhile in a petition filed before the Tribunal dated 7th December, 2017 with reference no EPT/AN/Gov/01/2017, the party is seeking to nullify the election and an order for fresh election over allegations of substantial noncompliance with the Electoral Act.

This is just as it has hired top US forensic expert, Joe Mackenzie and 4 Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) to prosecute its case.

African Peoples Party is alleging multiple thumb printing of ballot papers, false accreditations, manipulations, bribery of electoral officers, adoption of corrupt practices multiple voting as well as over voting.

Joined in the suit are Mr Willie Obiano, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondent respectively.

The party, in a statement issued by its Legal adviser, described Governor Obiano’s government as a caretaker government and further advised him not to celebrate yet as the battle to give Anambrarians a chance to choose their genuine leader.

During the election, there were cases of snatching and stuffing of ballot boxes cum results by thugs/agents of the 1st and 2nd respondents and that the 3rd respondent through its agents who served as Electoral officers, supervisory officers, presiding officers and assistant presiding officers, herein referred to as election officials, connived with the 1st and second respondents through its agents, cronies and thugs to thereby admitted and recorded the illegality obtained election results from the grossly mutilated results sheets, contrary to the electoral act” the petition stated in part.

Biafra: The 10 percent Governor Only Rules Himself And His Cronies, Not The People

It is comprehensibly identified that darkness (Willie Obiano) has erroneously and manipulatively ascended the throne with the help of gangs of blood-thirsty fanatics in the political sector manipulated and compromised by their leader the son of Uthman Dan Fodio (President Muhammadu Buhari) from the North. The son of Dan Fodio out of his desperate urge to keep bathing with the blood of Biafrans has single-handedly enthroned monstrosity and iniquity for the people in the person of Willie Obiano.

Let it be dawned on the people that these politicians are the progeny of the wizards and angels of mass destruction that are trained never to look back at their spoils. Indeed, ravenous wolves in sheep’s clothing all in the same boat and mission of bringing pain to the people by trading the poor for a pair of sandals.

Obviously, this is the generation that will bring the era of these miscreants veiled as leaders to an abrupt end; the generation that will bring the era of 10% leaders to an end. Willie Obiano remains an ostracised leader because of not been elected by the people. He himself parades without the people's mandate. A leader that used his richness to lure the menial (10% voters) gullible ones to vote for him is a leader existing only on the pages of newspapers and in the minds of his few slothful and hopeless family members who depend solely on the pieces of food that fall from his table for survival.

Obiano can never control the people or tell them what to do and they will obey him because he was not sent by the people. Willie will go down in history as a disgrace to leadership. That (obedience from the people) which makes a leader to be a leader will be denied to him for enthroning himself Nicodemusly (through the back door). He will eventually crave for obedience from his people but won’t get it. He might use military to acquire obedience but one thing is sure; obedience to a leader doesn’t result from military actions or through rigging and padding of election results as he did.

Just like Thaksin Shinanwatra of Thailand who used his wealth to remain in power, killed over 2,000 innocent Thais and betrayed his own people by persuading a set of people close-by to invade into their land just for his own petroleum investment business purpose, Obiano remains his carbon copy in this present generation. The ugly history of Shinanwatra has successfully found its way back to life through Obiano. The few that voted for him were massively paid and monetarily induced. In his regime, hundreds of his people have lost their lives through his commands in order to please the son of Uthman Dan Fodio (President Buhari) who is a foreigner to his people.

The end of your kinds has always been disastrous. Of course darkness can never defeat light. When the vengeful swords and axe go up, the evil men in the society will be terrified and seek for a place of safety. Your reign is as perennial as the grass. As for the people, their victory is assured because of the actions of you and your colleagues in the political sector. IPOB welcomes your evil deeds because evil and good works together to bring forth good things.

When game changes, you been cursed and doomed will be fulfilled and seen by all.

Obi-Obiano Feud: The Clash Of The Black Sheep

Our forefathers always say that "Until the rotten tooth is pulled out, the mouth must chew with caution." Willie Obiano the seating governor of Anambra state has been fighting like a lion to make his name relevant to his people. Governor Obiano now popularly referred to as "The Killer'' and "The Basket Mouth'' of the State for killing his people with impunity and at the same time, promising heaven on earth to his people without accomplishing any, has earned the governor a can of ridicule and bad names by his people.

Willie Obiano instead of explaining to the people he misled, how he has eaten deep into the bone marrow of their treasury, has chosen to give anyone he sees as a clog in the wheel of his continued milking dry of the Anambra state's treasury, a barrage of attacks. Top in the list is IPOB’s leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu whom he threatened to deal with.

Out of fury for his bad time (his fear of no election in Anambra state), Obiano has never stopped raining negative and abusive utterances on people who do not share the same opinion with him. This time, in his move to restore that ‘‘trust’’ which he has lost from his people, has deem it a try to falsely accuse his predecessor Peter Obi, another killer of his people, of leaving a debt of N127 billion when leaving office in a bid to get sympathizers who will vote for him in the upcoming Anambra election. Willie accusing Peter Obi of leaving a debt in office was a calculated and trickish move to win the people's sympathy. Of course, election is by the corner and failure is at his doorstep staring at his blood-sucking face. For four good years, Obiano has not complained of this, only to come now he is faced with election palaver.

Peter Obi is a man whose regime took hundreds of lives of Biafran youths who were gruesomely massacred and thrown into the Ezu River in Anambra state, Biafra land under his order and direction. This man kept many homes childless and without a hope. He snuffed life out of the gallant Biafran youths who were the joy of the nation. Biafra land is angry with him and will do justice to him at the appropriate time. The evil that men do will always follow them.

As they say that those in glass house should not throw stones, this accusation leveled on Peter Obi by his co-killer, has pushed the former governor to fire back at him. Indeed, they are washing their dirty linens in the public. This clash of the black sheep has shown what kleptomaniac leaders (Willie Obiano and Peter Obi) are.

In his words, "On 17th of March, 2014 when I left office, l left about N25 billion cash in office. N23, 600, 000,000 was set aside to execute some projects already identified or to finish critical projects. It was also part of the two-year salary for the last set of civil servants we recruited. These funds were tied to specific projects like the Amawbia to Amansea road, the NYSC main office at Umuawulu/Mbaukwu, the hotels, malls. Total money left is N48, 600, 000,000. In dollar component, l left $156 million. We had $56 million in Fidelity Bank, $50 million in Access Bank and $50 million in Diamond Bank. In Naira the total is N200 billion''.

This came as a shock to the misled citizens who have waited in vain for four good years with nothing to show for in Obiano's administration. The people were flabbergasted the more when Peter Obi in his quest to fight back, went forth to say "l will give you the breakdown of all the banks''. This is the time the good people of Anambra should demand from their so-called governors what they did with their money. By engaging in a war of words is not what the people want to hear. They should spare the people this drama and tell them how their money has been used to develop foreign countries.

During their swearing in, these governors promised many things but could not fulfill any. Willie Obiano promised to vie into oil prospecting in the state and invite investors. He also promised to build three ultra-modern power plants in Onitsha, Nnewi, and Awka and even to build a model 21st century capital city in Awka. This governor who promised to strengthen security in Anambra state has recorded the highest number of killings in his state just like his predecessor Peter Obi when he was in power. Up till now, none of his campaign promises has been fulfilled.

The time is ripe for everyone to stop being fooled by their fellow human being in the name of governors. In every election, they come up with fresh promises to lure the people into voting for them. They have recently resorted to sharing of money to the people to vote for them. Ask yourself, will they keep on sharing this money when they get into power? No. If you vote, your children will curse you for worsening their lives. Haba! Anambra people should look themselves in the face and tell themselves the truth that election must be boycotted totally. Stand with your people for total liberation. Indeed, it is time to rise.

Biafra: Obiano’ll be the last governor in Anambra, same with Buhari in 2019— Prophet Nwoko declares

…Says there’ll be no election in 2019

ENUGU— Renowned Enugu-based spiritual leader, Prophet Anthony Nwoko, has revealed that the incumbent governor of Anambra State, Mr. Willie Obiano, will be the last governor of the State pending the emergence of the Sovereign State of Biafra.

In a chat with The Biafra Times Correspondent in Enugu, the fiery prophet also said that President Muhammadu Buhari whom according to him, will not die but live to witness the rebirth of Biafra from Nigeria, is going to be the last democractically elected president in Nigeria.

According to the cleric, “I want to use this opportunity to tell my people, Nigerians and the whole world that 1000 years is like a day in the eyes of the Lord. The Spirit of God have anointed me to proclaim this goodness.

“Obiano will be the last governor of Anambra state until Biafra emerges. Even if they bring him back, he’s going to be the last governor in Anambra until Biafra comes any moment from now because God is set to restore his glory in Biafra land. Biafra is God’s anointed nation.”

He added that, “President Buhari will be the last democractically elected president in Nigeria. The Heavens have come to clean up the mess. I made Buhari to understand that contrary to speculations when he was in London, he’s not going to die in office but live to see the glory from Biafraland.

“The same Buhari came out from the hospital bed and Biafrans were massacred. I did not use the spiritual power given to me from the spirit to destroy Buhari but I rescued him.

“But today, the same Buhari did not show mercy to my own people in Biafraland, he abused us more than cows. We’re been drowned, killings everywhere in my own state, Abia.”

The cleric also urged those warming up to participate in the scheduled 2019 general election to stop wasting their time as there will be nothing like election come 2019.

According to him, for refusing to let the light in the East shine, Nigerians have angered God and unless they do so, there will be no election in 2019.

“Obasanjo’s presidency in 2019 brought God’s anger to the nation for refusing to allow the light of the East lead the nation in the year 2000 as God declared.

“PDP, APC, etc, should forget about their ambition, there will be no election. Those clamouring for power in 2019 are dreamers because all power belongs to God and no nation has fought God and lived to tell the story.

“All have sinned and fall short of God’s glory. He said that if they continue to fail to allow God’s light to shine in the East, there will be no election. God’s time is imminent. Nigerians have disobedied God,” he stated.

The cleric specifically advised the former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, against plans to contest for president come 2023, saying that Biafra has emerged and has come to stay. Therefore, he should forget about his ambition and that he will soon bow to God’s glory in Biafraland.

Prophet Nwoko testified that since 1987, the Nigerian government through the Churches in the Southwest, has been waging war to ensure that the glory in the East do not manifest and that “inspite of all their evil machinations, God has finally come to restore the Biafra nation.

“It is only one moon that covers the whole world. Am using this medium to tell the world that this moon is right now in Enugu. I, Prophet Nwoko, will use the last Angel in Heaven to save my people who are been castigated.”

Nwoko also challenged the former Head of State, Gen. Yakubu Gowon, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and religious leaders in the Southwest to come down to the East to witness the glory of Christ the second time.

He said that problems and afflictions persisted in Nigeria because the political leaders has failed to harken to the voice of God, warning that if nothing is done immediately to solve the problems before the year runs out, President Buhari and his government will be inviting the wrath of God which will do nobody any good.

In the same vein, he called on the Ministers of God from the Southeast, including those in IPOB whom he described as God’s chosen vessels, to come out to welcome the blessings of God in Igboland, saying that will neutralize all their problems.

He admonished the Biafrans to wake up from their slumber and take the glory of Biafra being brought to them by the light of the world, even as he urged them to eschew hatred, discrimination and embrace peace and harmony.

Nwoko also stated that the proscription and tagging of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, as terrorists proved that Biafra is God’s mandate led by the Holy Spirit and that all these will soon fade away, adding that the sudden disappearance of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is a necessary spiritual arrest, and that by the time God finishes his work, he will appear and all detained activists will be released.
