Disregard the Insensitive Sit at home order from Nigerian agent--IPOB tells Biafrans

Disregard the Insensitive Sit  at home order from Nigerian agent--IPOB tells Biafrans

IPOB PRESS RELEASE

06/12/2022

BIAFRANS, IGNORE ANY 5 DAYS WICKED AND STUPID SIT-AT-HOME ORDER FROM THE AGENDIST - IPOB.

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great prophet and indefatigable liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU wish to state unequivocally to the people of Biafra, friends of Biafra, and lovers of Biafra freedom that IPOB leadership did not issue any sit-at-home order on 9th,10th, 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th of December 2022.

IPOB did not issue any sit-at-home order on these days mentioned above because we are not miscreants, senseless, or jobless people.

Every Biafran and residents in Biafraland should ignore such order from untrained and brainless individuals whose agenda is to make Biafra agitation unattractive to our people . Every Biafran must go to their normal business on those days.

IPOB that has concern for the welfare and well-being of our people cannot issue such brainless uncaring consecutive 5-day sit at home order that imposes hardships on our people during this critical time of the year, when people are trying to makeup in their businesses for the year. The conception of consecutive 5-day sit at home by a Nigeria Agent and his sponsors, is to show the level of wickedness and hatred they have against our people. Their agenda is to create insecurity and unnecessary hardships for our people to make them jettison Biafra freedom. How wicked!

Again, everyone has a right to go out and collect his or her PVC from their respective  polling and registration centres without molestations. IPOB did not order a boycott of elections, and has nothing whatsoever to do with Nigeria shambolic elections.

Our people should be prepared and ready to confront any fool who dares to enforce such wicked sit-at-home. Moreso, ESN operatives and IPOB volunteers will be out in numbers all over Biafraland on these dates to protect our people and the markets.

Biafran youths should also be ready to confront anybody who attempts  to force or  compel them to close their businesses on those listed dates.

The idiots who are issuing this brazen sit at home order should know that IPOB leadership did not authorize anyone to issue order of such magnitude in Biafraland, therefore, it will not work out for them.

Our people should go about their legitimate businesses without fear. IPOB has put the Agendists and their foot soldiers in Biafraland on check.

Biafra restoration progressing well and we must exit this cage called Nigeria by the grace of Elohim.

Petrol Tanker Explosion: Another Danger Averted In Onitsha

Princewill Akubumma | Biafra Writers

January 29, 2020

ONITSHA - Residents of Onitsha, the commercial hub of Anambra state, were yesterday, Tuesday January 28, 2020, thrown into panic as yet another tanker laden with petroleum fell at Upper Iweka, the busiest and the most crowded area in Onitsha. Aware of the disaster that usually followed, residents scampered for safety.

It is barely four months now that a heavy casualty was recorded at the same spot when a petrol tanker fell into the gutter and burst into flames, leaving many dead and many more injured, not to mention countless businesses that got razed down.

Both ends of the major lane where the petrol tanker fell were cordoned off by men of the Nigerian Police. Members of Anambra Fire Service were on ground and ready for action should there be fire outbreak. Many news agencies were there also, covering the happenings.

Given the recurrent incident of this tanker mishap, the government, if it cares for the life of the citizenry, should as a matter of urgency ban petrol tanker and lorry drivers from plying the city roads in daytime or build a separate lane for them.

Python Dance: ‘I ran away because I was unarmed’ – Nnamdi Kanu replies critics

February 3, 2019

By Chukwuemeka Chimerue, Chief Editor | The Biafra Times

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has responded to criticisms by some critics accusing him of absconding at the height of the Operation Python Dance in 2017 that witnessed the Nigerian military’s invasion of his home in Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia State.

Reacting to critics who described him as ‘a coward’ for running away during the military invasion, Kanu who spoke on live radio broadcast from London, UK, wondered how someone without any weapon would face armed soldiers.

He said; “I want to ask those that criticise me what they have done in their life.

“Did you know that Nelson Mandela ran to Nigeria for safety during his time?

“I ran away because Jubril (Buhari) sent the military to my house to come and kill me and they expected me to stay and confront them. I’m unarmed just as IPOB members are unarmed group.

“No one in Nigeria have done what I have done. I came home and I confronted the army, I went to their court, I was unlawfully detained, I went home, conducted rallies and they sent their army to come and kill me.

“Nnia Nwodo, Okezie Ikpeazu, Obiano and Umahi are the one that signed and brought the army to kill me.

“Yes I fled to Israel because it is the safest place for me and I needed to stay alive and achieve Biafra Republic. Tell those who said that I ran away to read their history book, they will find out that all the popular human rights activists, both dead and alive ran away when it’s the best time to,” Kanu asserted.

IPOB: How Biafra Government system will be

Published on | The Biafra Times

January 14, 2019

THIS IS FOR THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW BIAFRA SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WILL BE LIKE:
During the interactive session with our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, on 12th January, 2019, OWEI KEME BRADIKUMO asked a question:

1) What is the proposed CONSTITUTION of the upcoming UNITED STATES of BIAFRA. Can we get a draft copy of it in the public domain now that will be necessary before our campaign towards the pending globally accepted BIAFRA REFERENDUM?

Response from MAZI NNAMDI KANU:
Biafra will run a unique political system designed to carter for the needs of our people.

We are going to have NATION STATES. We will have an IGBO NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. We will have an EFIK NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. We will have ANNANG NATION WITHIN BIAFRA, if they so choose. We will also have IJAW NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. We will have ISOKO NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. We will have IDOMA NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. We will have IGALA NATION WITHIN BIAFRA. Listen to this: THEY WILL ALL BE AUTONOMOUS. Each Nation State will control the resources in their own land. The only thing that will bind us together will be a COMMON DEFENSE POLICY, COMMON ECONOMIC POLICY, COMMON POLICY IN HEALTH AND EDUCATION. In the rest, let people develop according to the pace that they wish or they decided amongst themselves to go by.

LAWS WILL BE DONE IN LOCAL LANGUAGES. Igbo Parliament will make their own laws in Igbo language. Ijaw Parliament will make their own laws in Ijaw language. The same thing applies to Ibibio and others. So that when people are lying to us we will know because you know lying is good in English Language. But you can't deceive the people when you are actually speaking in the language that they understand.

What we are going to have in Biafra will be A BRAND NEW NATION WITH NEW IDEAS AND NEW WAYS OF DOING THINGS. Our political arrangements will be geared towards addressing our core needs.

Igbo Land will have a Prime Minister. The same thing will happen to Ijaw, to Isoko, to Urhobo, to Itshekiri. Everybody will be Autonomous from one another to develop at the pace that they like. That is the type of Biafra we are seeking to have. And that is the type of Biafra we are going to have.

Governor Umahi and his wild accusation against IPOB

By Dave O. Umahi | For Biafra Writers

January 10, 2019

Dave Umahi, the current governor of Ebonyi state, shocked Biafrans few days ago. This was as a result of a viral news report, where the governor claimed that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) – which is the umbrella body of Biafrans agitating for a free independent state – has plans to kidnap him and other governors of the Southeast region.

The governor who also doubles as the Chairman South East governors’ forum reportedly made the claim while calling on the Nigerian Army to be neutral, apolitical, and avoid every form of interference into the upcoming 2019 general elections in the country.

Meanwhile, the irony in the unfounded and baseless claim of the Fulani-enslaved governor is rather than what is alleged, the Biafrans have been and continued to be at the receiving end of kidnappings, enforced disappearances, and killings at the hands of the Nigerian Army, usually instigated by these so-called governors.

The army first went to Abiriba in Abia State to abduct a known IPOB member, Justice Udeh, in what eyewitness accounts described as “commando style” operation. Udeh, we gathered, was a gentle and peaceful Biafran who was not just happy with the way Biafrans are being treated in Nigeria. Biafra Writers’ investigation further revealed that information leading to the abduction of Ude was from the State Deputy Governor, Ude Oko Chukwu. Up till the time of going to press, the whereabouts of Ude is still unknown. To make matters worse, as IPOB leaders had said, he had not been brought to court, which is an abridgement of his rights and the legal requirements according to the Nigerian law.

The abuction of Ude was followed (much in the same pattern) by that of Emma Chigbo from Abakpa Nike, in Enugu, Enugu State. To many Biafrans who spoke on the matter, it was more like pouring salt to injury for Umahi and his fellow Nigerian governors in Biafraland to organize illegal abduction of Biafrans and then turn around to accuse them of “planning to kidnap them.”

John Ukachi(not his real name), who is a Biafran leader within Enugu metropolis, told our correspondent that Umahi and his fellow governors were just looking for excuses to justify their wicked plans against Biafra agitators who have remained resolute and refused to either compromise or give up their cause. He explained that they(the governors) were frightened.

Part of his words read: “The fact is that these governors and their fellow Nigerian politicians operating in Biafraland are afraid that the truth will come to the knowledge of the world that Biafrans truly want out of Nigeria.

“You know we are campaigning for the boycott of the elections, and by the way IPOB has saturated the land with our massive and convincing campaigns, they are outraged and frightened. That is why they are inviting the Nigerian Army of occupation to come and massacre our people to submission so that our campaigns will stop.

“Can you believe it, that people who call themselves our brothers have beckoned on foreigners to come to our land to abduct their people, kill them, and then concoct lies to cover their tracks? But that’s what is happening.”

Ukachi called on world leaders and people of conscience all over the world to consider the Umahi accusation from the backdrop of an IPOB that has never been violent all these years and has refused to denounce the struggle for an independent Biafra state.

He added that one fact the world should not ignore is that IPOB has neither killed anybody nor destroyed anything – either belonging to government or individuals – since it burst into world’s consciousness.

However, looking at the issue from a different perspective, IPOB lawyer, Uche Ejiofor said what was happening was early manifestation of a grand design to rig the Nigerian election and divert attention from their inability or unwillingness to confront Boko Haram by the government. He said there was no justification for deploying the military in peaceful Biafra, while the police are sent to confront Boko Haram that has been ravaging the North.

Editorial: Nigeria: The Incompatibility And Divergent Systems Of The North And South

By Chukwuemeka Chimerue, Chief Editor | The Biafra Times

January 8, 2019

If there is anything that captivated my attention most during the presentation of the 1st January new year message broadcast by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the most cohesive liberation force in Nigeria, the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), then it is the excellent speech and lecture about how the Igbos and indeed every other ethnic nationalities domiciled in the defunct Republic of Biafra, cannot fuse together with the Hausa/Fulanis in the northern region of Nigeria.

In the wonderful lecture, Kanu made it clear and unambiguous that no matter how you try to fix things together to make these two distinct ethnic groups constituting Nigeria to live together in a nation or country under one system, it would always crumble because it is simply not meant to be; their belief system and the way of life cannot mix together. The monarchical and dictatorial rulership/leadership structure of the north, when juxtaposed with the republican nature of Biafrans, cannot form a cohesive structure or belief system needed to drag and rescue the country out of the abyss and that is the reason Nigeria cannot develop beyond what is obtainable at the present.

As a matter of keeping fate with history, the three largest and most dominant ethnic groups in Nigeria are the Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo and prior to their conquest by the Europeans, these ethnic groups had separate and independent histories. Though there is archaeological evidence that societies have been living in Nigeria for more than twenty-five hundred years, the borders of modern Nigeria were not created until the British consolidated their colonial power over the area in 1914. The grouping together of the distinct ethnic groups into a single entity known as Nigeria was a construct of their British colonizers. These various ethnic groups never considered themselves part of the same culture.

As calls for self-determination and a transfer of power into the hands of Nigerians grew, Britain began to divest more power into the regional governments. As a result of early colonial policies of divide and conquer, the regional governments tended to be drawn along ethnic lines. With this move to greater regional autonomy, the idea of a unified Nigeria began to crumble. Regionally and ethnically based political parties sprang up as ethnic groups began to wrangle for political influence. This general lack of Nigerian nationalism coupled with an ever-changing and often ethnically biased national leadership, have led to severe internal ethnic conflicts and a genocidal war which some people prefer to recognize as ‘a civil war’. Today, bloody confrontations between or among members of different ethnic groups continue.

It is now the turn of the Yorubas and the Hausa-Fulani who tend to create the wrong impression that once Ndigbo have been subdued in that unfortunate Nigeria-Biafra war, the rest of Nigeria seems to have become an easy game where they can play their political football, jointly or singly, with the destiny of Nigeria as they wish.

But before I descend properly into Kanu’s viable postulations, let’s consider the statement of others in similar aspects. Many people in the past have written and categorically enumerated different reasons why the Igbos cannot live together with the Fulanis in Nigeria. Prominent among them was Africa’s literary giant and celebrated writer, Prof. Chinua Achebe of the blessed memory who posited that Nigerians, especially the Hausa/Fulanis and the Yorubas, do not like the Igbos because of their cultural ideology that emphasizes ‘change, individualism and competitiveness.’

The late literary icon observed in his best-selling yet controversial masterpiece, ‘There Was A Country,’ that the Igbo culture’s emphasis on change, individualism and competitiveness gave his ethnic group an edge over the Hausa/Fulani man who was hindered by a “wary religion” and the Yoruba man who was hampered by “traditional hierarchies.”

Read Also: Biafra: IPOB with Israeli experts, to commence mass employment via high-tech & Agricultural initiative

The book, There Was A Country, generated controversy for his onslaught on the role of Obafemi Awolowo as the federal commissioner of finance during the Nigeria-Biafra war. He accused Awolowo of genocide and imposition of food blockade on Biafra, a claim that has drawn rebuttals and contradictions of emotional intensity from some Yoruba leaders and commentators.

“I have written in my small book entitled The Trouble with Nigeria that Nigerians will probably achieve consensus on no other matter than their common resentment of the Igbo,” he wrote under the heading, A History of Ethnic Tension and Resentment. He traced the origin of “the national resentment of the Igbo” to its culture that “gave the Igbo man an unquestioned advantage over his compatriots in securing credentials for advancement in Nigerian colonial society.”

He, therefore, described the Igbo, who are predominantly Christians, as “fearing no god or man, was custom-made to grasp the opportunities, such as they were, of the white man’s dispensations. And the Igbo did so with both hands.”

Now, bringing it down to Nnamdi Kanu’s narratives, the Biafra he is agitating for, is a determined long walk to freedom “where black people in sub-Saharan Africa will for the first time since colonialism, live under guaranteed freedoms and rights unlike the primitive arrangement people are forced to live under in Nigeria.”

Delving into the seemingly endless disparity and non-conformity between the Igbos in the South and the Fulani in the North and quoting reasons why Nigeria as presently constituted is unworkable, the IPOB leader said that “by virtue of their orientation and heritage, the dominant-ruling Arewa Northern Nigeria, with their feudal societal structure, is not designed to understand or practice democracy.” He said that: “this is one of the greatest mistakes early thinkers like Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe made. The social arrangement they have in Northern Nigeria makes it impossible for their leaders that are thrust upon the people in Nigeria to appreciate and respect democratic values such as respect for the rule of law, freedoms and liberty. These noble ideals of democracy are incompatible with Sharia.”

Read Also: Qualities That Distinguished Nnamdi Kanu As The Most Outstanding Freedom Fighter In 2018

And as we all know, the ideology and basics of Sharia is only practiced in Northern Nigeria whereas the culture is highly aversed in the South. According to Kanu, “True federalism particularly is evidently unrealistic in a country where twelve states have already adopted Sharia as state religion and code of justice, which denies non-adherents of that religion certain freedoms guaranteed by the military-imposed Nigerian Constitution. Conversely, restructuring has defied every sensible definition.”

He, therefore, questioned why the sudden drift in administration and code of justice principles in the North when Nigeria achieved its independence under the umbrella of ‘true federation’. “Come to think of it, was it not under a federal arrangement or True Federation that Nigeria had at independence but which could not survive more than six years? What then is this new true Federalism or Restructuring that will suddenly become workable when it had failed in the past and even led to a war of attrition?” he had asked.

“I have nothing against those wishing to live under the Fulanised British colonial contraption called Nigeria as most Yoruba and Hausa people do. What we resent is the inability or the unreasonableness of the chattering class in Nigeria to come to terms the inescapable realization that no country with a myriad of divergent value systems can peacefully exist as a nation state. This is elementary political philosophy. Meaningful human development in Nigeria is impossible because the Fulani feudal mindset, Yoruba monarchical system and the republican disposition of Biafrans are forever irreconcilable value systems that will ensure the unworkability of Nigeria as a country,” he added.

In reference to the incompatible and in-cohesive ruling systems in different parts of Nigeria, Kanu made several instances with the government systems of the Western and Arabic nations saying that “it is tantamount to fusing England, Saudi Arabia and United States into one country. It will never ever work. Imagine transplanting a portion of sword-wielding Kandahar province in Afghanistan, a piece of the monarchy-supporting East Anglia in England and a part of the republican gun-loving libertarian Texas in the United States into a nation state. That will be like returning humanity to some kind of Hobbesian “state of nature” where life will be truly hellish, brutish and short.”

Read Also: Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu delivers New Year message, insists on referendum for Biafrans

He said, “These same irreconcilable divergent and often conflicting conditions are what we are being forced to endure in the British-artificially created Nigeria today due to a combination of poor education, inability to reason properly and dependency on one natural resource(oil) for national economic survival. Nigeria will never ever be a viable nation because the ethnicities the British cobbled together are not the same people and can never be. Even the British that created Nigeria have respect for ethnic nationalities in their own country. Scotland and Wales have their own parliaments that make their own laws in their own languages. They retain the right to become independent should they choose to pursue that path. Why are such privileges not extended to ethnicities in Nigeria? Perhaps Nigerians are sub-humans not deserving of such an opportunity. The way Nigeria and most other similarly backward states in Africa were created is not how nations are formed or created. These unnatural colonial experiments in Africa is the reason why the continent will continue to struggle until an intelligent breed of people like IPOB, rise up to return it to its precolonial borders. Only then will we know peace.”

Ndigbo who lost a war of survival during Biafra have learnt their lessons and have resorted to their fate. It does not matter how loudly or silently they cry or complain over the seemingly-scorched-earth-policy of marginalization against the Igbo nation perpetuated by either Federal governments, many other unaffected Nigerians, particularly Yorubas and the Hausa-Fulani, do not seem to care. Even some excrement Igbos, sycophants or scallywags would join Igbo tormentors to gleefully say that Ndigbo are not marginalized. Such people claim that Ndigbo are crying wolf for nothing even though the black werewolf of neglects and deprivations that hunt the Igbos can be seen plainly all over Igbo lands and beyond even by the blind.

But as almost everybody in the defunct Eastern region have come to the realization that whether Igbos and Fulanis, North and South would come together and accept to co-exist as one nation and do away with their overt diversity, is a question Nigeria and its inhabitants will answer for themselves using the instrumentality of a referendum.

Attention!!!!! BIAFRA DAY OF ATONEMENT AND PRAYER TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18th to 19th 2017

BIAFRA DAY OF ATONEMENT AND PRAYER Tuesday SEPTEMBER 18th to 19th 2017

Below are the Atonement prayers. You can add yours too, for instance, I will be adding Psalm 35 to my own bible reading as well. The three Cardinal Prayer Points are:
(1) Forgiveness,
(2) Grace and Wisdom from Chukwu Okike Abiama,
(3) Restoration of Biafra and total obliteration of the enemies of Biafra. Start at 6pm on the 18th and end 6pm on the 19th. Pray for at least 15min for every one hour. Try and fast for at least 12hrs or 24hrs if you can.

Pray for forgiveness of our sins and ask Chukwu Okike Abiama to help us restore Biafra just like he answered for the Israelites, whom we identify with as the true children of Chukwu Okike Abiama. Please as a guide, pray these prayers and others that your inner spirit directs you starting on Tuesday 18th of September and ending on the Wednesday 19th  September evening:

Prayer for forgiveness and total annihilation of the enemies of Biafra:

1. Psalm 51 - A prayer for forgiveness. A psalm by David. When the prophet Nathan came to him.

2. Psalm 21 – Praise for victory. A psalm by David

3. Psalm 31 – A prayer of trust in God. A psalm by David

4. Psalm 71 – An old man’s prayer

5. Psalm 91 – God our protector

6. Psalm 110 – The lord and his chosen king; and

8. psalm 109 - Let his days be few

9. Psalm 137 - How shall we sing the Lord's song

10. Exodus chapter 14 vs 13 to 14.

Let us all pray together. Be merciful to ‘Biafrans’, O Chukwu Okike Abiama, because of your everlasting love. Because of your great mercy wipe out our sins! Our Creator, we have come to you for protection; never let us be defeated! Because you are righteous, help us and rescue (and restore) Biafra. Your word says that whoever goes to the Chukwu Okike Abiama for safety, whoever remains under the aegis of the almighty can say to him “you are our defender and protector.” You are the Creator of Biafra (Chukwu Okike Abiama) and in you we trust. Give us victory and enduring triumph over our enemies. You are the creator of Israelites (Biafra) and in you we trust and shall worship forever! Isee isee isee.

The leaflet Prayer

Chukwu Okike Abiama, Almighty Creator of Biafra and Israel, you are a great and awesome God. You keep your covenant and promise to those who love you and observe your commandments. Chukwu Okike Abiama, righteousness belongs to thee and thee alone. To us and our fathers before us, shame and humiliation has become our portion because we sinned against you. Despite the afflictions you visited upon us, we have not left our wicked ways and the imaginations of our deceitful hearts. Because you are righteous and detest sin, you had to allow us go through suffering as admonishment. In your mercy, love, and kindness, you sent us a leader Nnamdi Kanu to guide us back to you.

Chukwu Okike Abiama, as you prepare to bring your people out of the land of oppression with a mighty hand and make a name for yourself, we pray that you to let your ear be attentive and your eyes open that you may hear the prayer of your children which we pray before you this Atonement season. Chukwu Okike Abiama, we have sinned, we have done wickedly, we have dealt treacherously against thine ordinances and have continued to do so. Let your wrath turn from us for the heathens have killed us enough where you scatthered us. Hear our prayers and our petitions and deliver us for the sake of your name. Give us favor in the sight of Igbo leaders who have betrayed us for their selfish political gains, that the earth may know that you are Okike of Biafra, because we are called by your name.

There is no race on this planet that you love as much as you love us. You made the whole world for our sake, but the heathen have been lording it over us, our inheritance stolen from us. Our land, they have taken over as their possession. Their cattle has inherited our inheritance. Our Father and immortal Redeemer, how long shall the heathens do this to your chosen children?
Chukwu Okike Abiama, our father, we plead your forgiveness, please save us. We do not make this supplication because we deserve your mercy, but for the sake of your great name, have mercy on us. Saving us will be a way to vindicate your name because nations are mocking us and saying that you have abandoned us. Do not look upon those of us still rebelling but remember the promise you made to your servant Eri who was faithful to you. Grant us Biafra so the doubting souls among us will confess that  Biafra is your heavenly kingdom restored to this earth. Chukwu Okike Abiama, give us new heart to do your will.

We know you will heal us. Ebighebi, Ancient of Days, Okike, thank you for giving us a second chance to return and obey your laws and commandments. Biafra shall worship only you. We know you are compassionate, merciful, patient and longsuffering. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers for we have prayed in your name awesome name Chukwu Okike Abiama....Isee! Iseeee!! Iseeeeeeeeee!!!

IPOB: Release Our Mothers Biafra Worldwide Million Man Phone Call Campaign Day 1

Please use the following prompts to alert foreign powers about Biafra's predicament:  “Hello, my name is (--------); I’m calling to appeal to the President and Congress of the United States of America, or the United Nations, or the EU,

1. We urge you to persuade Imo state commissioner of police, ASP Dasuki Galandanchi to release our mothers and grandmothers who were arrested on Friday, August 17, 2018 while on peaceful protest demanding the whereabouts of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, whom whereabouts remained unknown since September 14, 2017 after the Nigeria army invaded his home. Our women were arrested, still detained under inhuman condition, for staging peaceful protests to demand for Nnamdi Kanu’s whereabouts.

2. Please stop Nigeria Army led by Tukur Yusuf Buratai from bringing Operation Python Dance 3 to South East states as the action could result unrest in the relatively peaceful region. We are still mourning our loved ones whose lives were cut short by the murderous Nigeria army during Operation python dance 2.

3. We urge you to stop selling weapons and ammunitions to Nigeria Government as they use it in killing innocent unarmed civilians, especially Biafrans because they are generally seen as enemies of Nigeria. They are defenseless and subject to incessant massacres without recourse to justice. The international community has a moral obligation to stop the endless killings of Biafrans in Nigeria.

(Thank you!) Support the Biafra Referendum and independence of Biafra. (Thank you!)

IPOB DECLARE SEIZE FIRE ON OHANAEZE NDIGBO

July 6, 2018

Re: IPOB, Ohaneze Ndigbo reconciliation meeting held in Enugu on July 6, 2018

Following an important meeting with some respectable Igbo elders, the representatives of IPOB and leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo earlier today July 6, 2018 in Enugu, under the distinguished  chairmanship of the very eminent Prof. Ben Nwabueze; IPOB High Command hereby mandate that all forms of verbal attacks and name calling on all media platforms against Ohaneze Ndigbo seize with immediate effect. No IPOB family member should disparage Ohaneze Ndigbo or its leadership until further notice.

This is strictly to give room for a number of representations and demands made by IPOB, to those present at the meeting to be given due attention within the shortest possible time-frame, under an atmosphere devoid of rancor.

The meeting stressed among other things the need for our people, who are presently under siege in parts of Enugu State, to recognise the urgency and need to synergise and constitute a common front against all forms of threats to our existence as a people.

Should this gesture by IPOB, in the face of well documented betrayal and blackmail by the political class be taken for granted, IPOB shall have no option but to stand in the gap to defend the aspirations and collective will of the people of Biafra against every enemy.

IPOB, as the most potent and largest freedom fighting outfit on earth, remains focused, determined and resolute. Our unalloyed commitment to a referendum in pursuit of our emancipation remain sacrosanct and insurmountable.

Signed:
Mazi Uche Mefor
Deputy Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra
