Mbaka reportedly missing – Ohanaeze raises alarm, warns FG

May 5, 2021 | The Biafra Times

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC, on Wednesday raised the alarm over the whereabouts of the fiery Enugu priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.

The cleric of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu, has been in the news after he asked President Muhammadu Buhari to resign.

This was followed by a revelation by the presidency that he was attacking Buhari because he was refused a contract.

Ohanaeze Youth Council has now claimed that the priest was missing.

In a statement issued by the President-General of OYC, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, he said Mbaka was last seen on Tuesday, adding that every effort to trace him had failed.

“We have it on good authority that his aides have neither seen nor heard from him since Tuesday.

“Calls put to his mobile line have also remained unanswered; this has now prompted us to issue this alarm as we would not take it lightly should anything untoward happen to him.

“We are giving the Federal Government 48 hours to produce the priest, else they should be ready to face Igbo youths. They were dining and wining with him all along and now that he told the truth, they are no longer comfortable with him.

“Let nothing happen to Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka. It will not be in anybody’s interest,” the group warned.

Meanwhile, DAILY POST reached out to close aides of the Catholic Cleric but they declined comment, noting that the picture was not clear yet.

“Today is the Wednesday programme, ‘E no dey again’, if he don’t officiate, it will then be clear that something is wrong,” one of them said.

But a source who refused to be named disclosed that he was last seen yesterday, Tuesday, when he departed to honour an invitation by his Bishop.

DAILY POST also learnt that following the apprehension, all the youths of the ministry have been summoned to the Adoration ground.

The message inviting the youths to the Adoration ground, obtained by DAILY POST read, “Important!

“Good morning friends and well-wishers. Please if you know you stand for justice and you do not want the lone voice that speaks for the poor in this country to be silenced, gather at Adoration ground let’s go for a protest at the Bishops court.

“Fr. Mbaka is nowhere to be found. He went yesterday to answer the Bishop’s call and up till now, he’s not taking his calls. Let’s gather! SSG.”

Dead Nigeria: Abba Kyari overrides Buhari's decisions ~ Monguno

February 20, 2020

By: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu || The Biafra Times

Those Nigerians who out of a combination of laziness, ignorance, envy, stupidity, cowardice, timidity and curse, challenged my irrefutable assertion that Abba Kyari and not the late Buhari is the unelected president of Nigeria, can now see and hear their own National Security Adviser (NSA) Babagana Monguno confirm what IPOB and every top level intelligence agency in the world have known for long.

I know this revelation from Nigeria's NSA will come as a shock to brainless and roundly hopeless unity begging one Nigerianists but the inescapable truth remains that IPOB is always right. When we say Buhari is dead and buried in a shallow grave in Saudi Arabia with Abba Kyari now in charge in Aso Rock as the ruler of Nigeria, that is the undeniable fact. It was Abba Kyari along with Garba Shehu, Gov. El-Rufai, Mamman Daura, Lawal Daura, Babagana Monguno, Sultan of Sokoto and Tukur Buratai that conspired to recruit Jubril Al-Sudani to replace Buhari. Today they have fallen out with each other, hence the infighting.

Fulani Jihadists dangled the presidency in front of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and used it to buy Yoruba media silence on this greatest Fulani fraud of all time. Yoruba media did an excellent job of keeping gullible Nigerians in the dark as Fulani reign of impunity, banditry and terrorism gathered momentum. Today every ethnic group in the damnable British colonial experiment called Nigeria is paying a very price for it. Ignore IPOB at your peril.

How can ordinary Chief of Staff override the orders of a living president and an erstwhile ruthless and unconscionable dictator for that matter? Where are the brains of some people? The same "no nonsense" military dictator touted by Yoruba media in 2015 is being overriden by a common civilian staff? Nigerians should use their brain for once!

Nigerians, behold your real ruler, unelected President Abba Kyari

MUHAMMADU BUHARI’S NEW YEAR (2020) MESSAGE IS AN INSULT TO NIGERIANS

MUHAMMADU BUHARI’S NEW YEAR (2020) MESSAGE IS AN INSULT TO NIGERIANS

“I will be standing down in 2023 and will not be available in future elections. But I am determined to help strengthen the electoral processes both in Nigeria and across the region, where several ECOWAS member nations will go to the polls”. This was part of the new year message from the Nigerian President, General Muhammadu Buhari to Nigerians. Just imagine a new year message from a number one citizen of a country, a new year message from a man who says he believes in democracy, a new year message from a man who claims he believes in the rule of law.

What does this new year message reveal about the character and learning of the Nigerian President?
By their statements and actions, you will certainly know them.
That message from the President of Nigeria shows that he thinks he is doing Nigerians a favour by not seeking a third term in office when the Nigerian Constitution makes it abundantly clear that two terms is the limit. This thinking shows that this man is still imbued with his military mentality.
He thinks he is doing Nigerians a favor by quitting in 2023. He should well know that Nigerians, including the entrapped Biafrans have been victims of his misgovernance since the year 2015.

The traces and indices of your nepotistic, wayward, and incompetent leadership style are enough weights to pull you down. Your lack of all-inclusive leadership and failure to comply with the rule of law are even enough reasons for your government to step down without further delay. You would always be remembered as a President who had little or no regards to court orders and the rule of law. You would be remembered as one who said he belonged to all in English language but translated it in your native/body language to demonstrate both in appointment and sectional favouritism that you really belonged to your Northern Fulani brothers. You would always be remembered as a man who said you would give 70% to those that voted for you and 30% to those that did not vote for you. You would be remembered as a friend of Hitler and Stalin, a man whose agenda was to kill and exterminate Biafrans. A man whose effort was for the total Islamization of Nigeria and Africa at large.

Talking about strengthening electoral processes both within and across the border, is irrelevant because your regime is inexcusably guilty of supervising violently rigged elections in Nigeria. Is that what you want to export to the rest of West Africa? This was a new year message that is out of touch with reality with issues facing the Nigerian people. There is grave insecurity, poor infrastructure, poverty, unemployment, Islamic terrorism, hyper-corruption, relentless killings, tyranny, Fulanization and Islamisation of the indigenous people coupled with your terroristic/vampiric approach to the quest of the Biafran People in realising their nationhood through a United Nations supervised Referendum.

Biafrans particularly should ignore your self-serving message and remain focused on liberating themselves from this fruitless entity called Nigeria.

Amnesty Programme: Ex-militants laments neglect after surrendering, threatens to resume hostilities ahead of 2019 elections

•Says instead of fulfilling agreed promises, government deployed soldiers to the region to wreck havoc

By Chukwuemeka Chimerue, Chief Editor | The Biafra Times

October 7, 2018

DELTA — Ex-militants cutting across Ogun, Lagos, Ondo and other ‘Niger Delta States’ led by one Gen. Ogailo Iborry, have lamented their neglect by the government after been deceived into surrendering their arms and been coerced into accepting to benefit from the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

According to the ex-militants, “the federal government, through the Deputy Governor of Ondo State Agboola Ajayi, who was the Chairman of the State Amnesty Committee, together with representatives of the Delta State Government, Commanding Officer of the Nigerian Navy Forward Operation Base, Igbokoda, Navy Captain Usman Yahaya were all witnesses of the handover ceremony last year.

“The promises made by the federal government included enlisting them into the Amnesty programme, provision of a College of Education, bridge, water system toilets, network facilities, and pipe borne water to the community, payment of stipends and release of over two hundred young men who are citizens of this great nation as well as pipeline and oil facilities surveillance jobs.

“From that time after the release of the arms up till the present day, the government has neglected, refused and/or omitted to fulfil any of the promises including the release of these men who are awaiting trial in various detention centres.”

Furthermore, the ex-militants stated that “instead of fulfilling their promises, the government deployed soldiers to the region to wreck havoc. This has led to an outcry amongst the people and these men are now being forced to return to arms.

“We state categorically that the deputy governor of Ondo State and Chairman of the State Amnesty Committee, Mr. Agboola Ajayi has since the willing submission of arms not made direct contact with any of us or even picked any of our calls to him.

“We reiterate further that if the federal or state government has released any funds towards meeting their promises, none of the funds whatsoever has been released to any one of us, neither has any information regarding this been communicated to us particularly as we have been reliably informed that the names of these ex militants have been replaced by pseudo names on the Amnesty Programme list.”

The aggrieved ex-militants asked: “By neglecting to fulfil their promise, are the federal and state governments portraying to us that they prefer unrest to the peace presently being experienced in the Niger Delta region and the nation at large?

“Are they saying that the unrest is better for the economic and political development of the country considering that the country is at the brink of an election year?

“Are the federal and state government aware that a return to arms will not augur well for the political climate of the Niger Delta region and the nation at large? Are they aware of how this renege of its promises places the country in the international community?”

The petitioners added: “We dropped our arms because of our faith in the Gen. Muhammadu Buhari led administration. We also use this opportunity to declare our continued trust that the President being a man of integrity will ensure that the promises made to us are kept.

“We call on their Excellencies Governors Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, Seriake Henry Dickson of Bayelsa State and Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa of Delta State as well as their deputies and all other well meaning governors in the country to partner with the federal government to facilitate the fulfillment of the above promises in order to avoid the dire consequences that may be the resultant effect of a return to arms in the region.

“We also call on international bodies like the United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and PANDEF which is a National body to employ all modalities in ensuring that the federal and state governments fulfill their promises to us.”

Nnamdi Kanu: IPOB provoked by the second invading of Kanu's home, alert the world

September 11, 2018

IPOB PRESS RELEASE | Published on The Biafra Times

IPOB condemn  the second invasion of their Leader's  village by the Nigeria Army

The global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra  (IPOB) condemn in its entirety the second invasion of our leader's village Afaraukwu Umuahia Abia State. What a combined team of Navy, Army, Police, Immigration and Civil Defence Corps was doing parading intimidatingly at Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's village square nobody can tell. We know this is another military overreach by the Fulani controlled hierarchy of the Nigerian defence establishment. This is clear confirmation that the entire east is under siege for no apparent reason other than the need for Fulani caliphate to prove their dominance over the rest of Nigeria.

Isiama Afaraukwu it seems is now the favorite exercise range of the Nigerian military. What this confirms is that Nnamdi Kanu is the one person the Fulani caliphate are most terrified of. It is a shame the corrupt political class, blinded by their own selfishness and petty jealousy cannot see it.

We are alerting the world that this blatant provocation is one of the many reasons why we have called for a nationwide strike on the 14th of September 2018 to protest this Arewa Islamic military occupation of Biafraland. Biafrans are peaceful people but this unfortunate invasion of our villages and the home of our leader in this 2018 may result in unintended consequences.

Innocent Biafrans abducted and murdered in cold blood during September 2017 Operation Python Dance is yet to be buried and here we are in 2018 suffering the same fate.  The very quiet Afaraukwu Ibeku community in Umuahia, Abia State now has more military presence and activity than Sambisa forest. We are still wondering why this Buhari regime would not allow Biafrans to bury those they murdered last year during their Operation Python Dance 2.

It is baffling that Nigeria Government and her security operatives are belittling themselves ahead of IPOB's general strike coming up on Friday this week. We are aware that Nigerian government and her security operatives are doing everything within their reach to push IPOB to pick up arms. The show of force in Afaraukwu with military hardware lasted for hours in a peaceful community, the world must not keep quiet as these acts of state terrorism by Fulani military continues unabated.

Biafra: Same Charges; 16 Women Discharged, About 100 Others Still Remanded in Prison, Rape of Law

By Chijindu Benjamin Ukah | For Biafra Writers

August 24, 2018

16 Women Discharged, About 100 Women Still remanded in prison by the same magistrate court that said it is not within its jurisdiction to hear the charges against them.

After Magistrate S.K. Durumba in Imo State magistrate court said "it is not within my jurisdiction to hear your case" she went ahead to order that innocent Biafran women be remanded in prison on September 20, 2018. This is a rape of even Nigerian law.

This is an abuse of English law and a shame to Nigerian judiciary under the government of dictator Muhammadu Bulgari, impersonated by Aminu Jibril from Sudan.

It is not questionable that Okorocha on the order of Buhari pressurised the judge to remand over 100 women in prison to unduly punish them for demanding that Nigerian government produce their leader Mazi Nnamdi  Kanu and parents; His Royal Majesty Eze and Lolo Israel Okwu Kanu, were either killed or taken away by Nigerian army on September 14th 2018 when the army invaded their home in Afara ukwu, Umuahia during a military operation code-named; Operation Python Dance 2.

It is clear to all and sundry that the purpose of creating the judiciary arm of government in Nigeria have long been jeopardized. Unfortunately, The judiciary, which should be independent and serve as a check to both legislative and presidential arms of government, is now controlled by the presidency. Nigerian judiciary is a sham.

Come to think of it, why would Nigerian police who unlawfully arrested these women take them to magistrate court after charging them for terrorism, which they know is a capital offence and not within the jurisdiction of the customary court to hear? is it that the police does not know the law or they are being wicked?

Nigeria as a country is a disgrace to Africa and the world at large. It should be dissolved urgently and let all the indigenous people forcefully merged together by the British Empire, go their separate ways.

2019: OBJ/Buhari Face-off And The Repeat Of Afonja History In Oodua Nation

By Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu | For Biafra Writers

June 18, 2018

Recently, President Muhammadu Buhari and Nigeria's erstwhile president, Olusegun Obasanjo, have been at loggerheads with each other over the 2019 presidential election in the country. It is evidently a known fact that the opinions of the duo, lately, are at parallel poles of the election despite that the former president was hitherto a strong voice supporting the current president during the 2015 presidential polls that enthroned Buhari and ousted the then President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. This could be further substantiated in Obasanjo's book titled "My Watch" where he voiced out to the people saying that "l prefer to vote for Buhari to jail me than Jonathan to return to destroy this country."

It wasn't obfuscating, not even an act of perfidy or a half-truth but an open secret that Obasanjo's name is now included in the government's "Watch List". The Obasanjo everybody knows, no doubt will go to jail if tried.

As the former president accuses the incumbent president of frame, and as tension keeps rising over the high possibility of OBJ getting jailed, to add to this, Obasanjo's cry, it is potent to analyze this daring and glaring matter so as to ascertain its possible end.

It is true that Buhari remains the best candidate the Fulani oligarchy has ever produced in pursuit of their illicit common goal which is to dominate and subdue the diverse ethnic groups that constitute the regions of the country. This is because he is quite conversant with history. He is the only northerner with the golden realization that they can conquer with the savage and monstrous hands of the Fulani herdsmen just like the same was recorded in history by their progenitors.

Before the inclusion of Obasanjo's name in the "watch list" of Buhari, the former has never been found wanting in most strategic scenes with his PVCs acquisition sermon, calling on the citizens to roll into one to oust President Buhari from office. Now that his name has made the list, will Obasanjo still maintain the relentless energy he has employed in campaigning against the seating president or will he chicken out as typical of a Yoruba person? I stand akimbo watching as the drama unfolds. If OBJ, out of fear of persecution, meets Buhari on time and succumbs to his game plan, he will be free of prosecution. That is certain.

The Oodua nation, throughout history, has never stamped and maintained strong feet against the vile actions of the Arewa nation. They have always acted as a puppet in the hands of the Arewas, using them as willing tools to accomplish their inordinate missions. It was recorded in history that the Arewa women conquered the Oduduwa nation. Still recorded in the annals of Oodua history, Afonja their kinsman, out of fear, invited the rampaging Fulani herdsmen to their land and his people were conquered. Fear is the greatest weakness that has confronted the Oodua nation in many occasions. Buhari understands this very well and evidently applying it on the former president just as he, at the same time, is politically extorting the Oduduwa nation with the Abiola posthumous award saga. The question remains— will this generation of Oduduwa people be so cheap to be deceived with this Trojan Horse of the Arewa nation?

l see treachery on its best in Oduduwa land as Obasanjo is about to be ousted as the godfather of Oodua politics by his brothers. Those singing the "do not touch him," are the very people behind his downfall.

Battle for 2019: Prophet Nwoko spits fire, says declare me President of Biafra or watch Nigeria scatter

•I’ll take angels to stop Buhari’s re-election
•Abiola’s posthumous award, political

By Chukwuemeka Chimerue, Chief Editor | The Biafra Times

June 13, 2018

ENUGU— Renowned Enugu-based spiritual crusader, Prophet Anthony Nwoko has vowed that nothing would stop him this time from wielding the authority bestowed on him to salvage the people of Biafra and take them home to the promised land.

Addressing a cross-section of journalists yesterday in a press briefing at the NUJ Press Centre, Enugu, Nwoko reiterated that the 2019 general election has already been annuled by God, urging President Muhammadu Buhari and all the political aspirants to ‘step aside for his glory to shine.’

Hear him: “Nobody can change the Will of God in this country. Buhari is wasting his time right now because the Angels have come out to annul anything that will come from election in this country. Biafra is the light, this is the glory that God has given me. If they refuse it, I’ll use the last angel in Heaven to stop both Biafra and Nigeria if they don’t allow the Will of God to manifest.

“I came from Igboland, they rejected me from the Southwest. They took my message to Awolowo in 1987, telling him that an anointed King has come from Igboland. Awolowo told them to eliminate me. When he said that in March 1987, by May 1987, Awolowo died. Biafra is our home, since they rejected me from the land of the Yorubas and tried to use Abiola to conceal my glory and the angels annuled it, let the Igbos wake up now and take their blessings, crown this anointed King, let the world rejoice.

“Gentlemen of the press, nobody will stop me this time around. I am going to take my people to the promised land. I came as an Igbo man and they humiliated me. Because of the injustice in Nigeria, the Igbos will go and serve their God in Biafra. Prophet Nwoko is ready to use the authority and power bestowed on him by Heaven to give my people peace, joy, songs of salvation. The Igbos have suffered enough in this country. My glory must shine. I don’t care what the world is saying. If they are in doubt, let them assemble their religious men. The kingdom of God has been taken by violence, we are taking it back right now and restore it as the light of Biafra nation.

“Nobody can stop me. I have the anointing, I have the authority, I have the power, I have the mandate, I have the blessings, I have the Holy spirit, I have the holiness, I have the purity. Nobody can take my glory for the north or southwest. They’ve fooled the nation, but they can’t fool God. Enough is enough to this wicked nation called Nigeria.

“I came from Heaven and I have the missions given to me. It is me that will open them for my people, give them peace, give them joy, I have the mandate. There’s nobody that can stop me, by the time my glory is crowned, I’ll tell my people what God has in stock for them and how our salvation will be and how they’re going to rule the world. The northerners and the Yorubas have messed up and they cannot continue anymore. I stand to seal it. Anything short of this message to the world, am going to use the authority given to me.

“I’m here to tell Buhari and all the so-called aspirants for the president of this country, that their time is up, let them go with their Nigeria. Tell Buhari to go and rest, he is disturbing this country. If he want to rule over his people and the Yorubas, he should go ahead but for the Igbo nation, he cannot, because Heaven has taken over. If the governors, the Ohanaeze and all the politicians say that God will not take his position in Igboland, anything they see from now, they’ll know that God is working. 2019 has been anuled.”

Asked if he has other people backing him on his quest or if he was just doing it alone, the fiery prophet said, “When God sent Moses, He gave him an instruction, this is what you’ll do with Pharaoh and he followed it up and Pharaoh fell. Goliath will fall now in Nigeria, take it or leave it. This demonic government will go and give way for the new nation called Biafra for Biafra is the light of God.”

When asked about his opinion on the posthumous award bestowed on the acclaimed winner of June 12, 1993 presidential election, Nwoko said the Holy spirit annuled Abiola’s election because they refused to acknowledge the light from the East, adding that the award was a mere political gimmick employed by President Buhari to obtain the support of the people of the Southwest.

“June 12 was annuled by Heaven, not by Babangida. I told Babangida in 1993 that if you refuse to allow the glory of the Igbo nation to come out, they’ll be dead bodies on the street. Everybody saw what happened from January 1 to June 12, 1993. The Heaven annuled the government.

“The religious men in Nigeria sold my glory to the Southwest and that is why they brought in MKO Abiola for the presidency when they know there’s a Light from the East and I went into spirit and told the world that power belongs to this child.

“I made sure Babangida stepped aside in Aso-rock, I made sure Abacha would not take the presidency in 1998 and I made sure that the plan of the Yorubas to install an Obasanjo predidency, that he didn’t wear the crown and also Abiola did not wear the crown.

“Therefore, whatever Buhari is doing, it’s just a political game. He only wants to gain favour from the Yorubas so that he remains president but I’ve said it that I’ll stop Buhari. I have the authority. One million Buharis cannot stop me because I came as a Lamb of God and a Lamb of God must not be killed and the Bible said, touch not my anointing and do my prophets no harm,” he stated.

June 12: Yoruba must reject the greek gift from the caliphate and insist on their Ibadan declaration - IPOB

June 11, 2018

IPOB Press Statement

It appears there is no length the present 'Buhari' administration will not go in its futile quest to counter IPOB agitation for a sovereign independent nation of Biafra. After another resoundingly successful 30th of May sit at home order from IPOB, it came to us as no surprise when Arewa north moved to pacify the Yorubas by declaring June 12 as the new Democracy Day. Since it has clearly dawned on them that IPOB is the authentic voice of the people of the East, thereby rendering their slaves in Ohaneze Ndigbo and governors lodges in the South East  impotent, their next best move is to gain the confidence of the West in order to checkmate the rising influence of those that have come to forge an alliance strong enough to rattle the status quo.

Our successful sit at home order in 2017 prompted Arewa Consultative Forum to direct their youths to issue Igbos residing in the North with a quit notice. This  culminated in a brutal military invasion of the home of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu sanctioned by Nnia Nwodo’s Ohaneze and South East governors in what they termed Operation Python Dance. They came to kill, maim and 'crush' IPOB for good. An equally devastatingly successful May 30th, sit at home called by IPOB in 2018 have sent shockwaves to the ruling cabals in the north that IPOB not Ohaneze Ndigbo or Igbo governors, are the true representatives of the people of the East.

As with the clamour for restructuring, it can now also be confidently stated without fear of contradiction that this overriding need to checkmate IPOB is the sole reason behind the June 12 Democracy Day announcement by Aso Rock. A cynical move designed to truncate any East/West alliance or understanding with regards to a renegotiated Nigeria before 2019.

We view this announcement of a posthumous award for demised leading sons of Yorubaland in Chief MKO Abiola and Chief Gani Fawehinmi as another clever but desperate attempt by Arewa agents of neo-colonialism to drive a wedge between the burgeoning understanding between the East and West. We prefer to call this belated move by the north, medicine after death- too little too late.

Isn't it odd the same people that detained and killed Abiola are now cosmetically rewarding him with a posthumous presidency so close to an election year? The north are desperately hoping that Yorubas will once again accept this Greek gift and in turn reward them with their votes in 2019 as they did in 2015. In the process renewing for another four years the tenure of the most mediocre, barbaric, brutal, despotic, genocidal and undemocratic regime in living memory. Yorubas must spare a thought for the people in Middle Belt and what they are experiencing in the hands of the same Fulani terrorists, before deciding to embrace 'Buhari' with open arms.

The question most people are asking is, when will Yorubas bring to an end their one sided relationship with the north? Similar overtures were made to the West in the run up to the Biafra-Nigeria War when Chief Obafemi Awolowo was offered vice president to Gen. Yakubu Gowon which he accepted thereby abandoning his earlier agreement with Ojukwu. Thankfully eminent statesmen like Pa Ayo Adebanjo has come out to condemn the whole posthumous charade.

It will be unfortunate if other leading lights in the West were to allow themselves to be easily deceived by the June 12 pronouncement from Aso Rock. Yorubas have a golden opportunity now to rewrite African history before 2019 elections by insisting on their Ibadan declaration that there won't be any elections in Nigeria unless the basis of the union is ascertained and renegotiated. This principled stance must be maintained because that is the only language Arewa north will understand, respect and respond to. Failure to hold rigidly to this stance will condemn Nigeria to a violent disintegration because full Islamisation, which the North are bound to unleash after their victory next year, will be resisted by force if need be by those of us in the East.

We must not forget that it was the same core Arewa North that imprisoned Chief  Awolowo. It was an Igbo man and later Biafran soldier Chukwuma Nzeogwu that led a coup that it's sole aim was to release Awolowo from prison and install him as the Prime Minister of Nigeria. It was another Igbo man, Ojukwu, that eventually released  Awolowo from prison but upon his release went back to north and superintended the second worst genocide in human history.

The same thing happened with Obasanjo's civilian presidency, which again was another move by the Fulani caliphate to assuage grieving Yoruba people after the annulment of June 12 and killing of Abiola by the same north. Today even Obasanjo who was once their darling is now in their firing line.  This big brother small relationship have always been at play between the core north and Yorubas for centuries. Look at what Fulanis did to Yorubas in Illorin where Afonja,
a Yoruba prince was temporarily made the political head of the invading Fulani Islamic army to get him to turn against his fellow Yorubas. At the end of that campaign Afonja was killed by the Fulanis and his land converted to Fulani emirate.

A Yoruba Oba will never in this life sit on the royal throne in Illorin. Illorin emirate  has become the exclusive prerogative of the Fulanis. This unfortunate outcome and Yoruba national disgrace was made possible because a Yoruba man accepted what appeared on the face of it an exalted political position not knowing it was a Trojan horse. These mistakes of the past must not be repeated by this present Yoruba generation.

Yorubas are learned, cosmopolitan and urbane. They possess enough intelligent people in their ranks to understand the damaging effect these periodic politically motivated inducements from the north can portend in the long run. That mere posthumous elevation of Abiola to a GCFR is sufficient to erase the horrors of this Buhari regime in the minds of Yorubas is an insult and if entertained will speak volumes about their political priorities of the Yoruba race. The Yoruba enlightened political class must maintain a principled commitment to a change that will be of benefit to all, even where that change may include total disintegration of Nigeria as advocated by IPOB.

Civil War: Why Nigerian Army wasn't hard on Biafrans - Buhari': A Rejoinder

By IPOB Central Command of the Directorate of State

June 5, 2018

In the Vanguard newspaper published on June 4, 2018 and other media, it was widely reported how this version of 'Buhari' claimed that Nigerian soldiers were 'soft' on Biafrans during the Civil War. He further made claims that Gowon had issued the commanders general orders to be humane in the prosecution of the war. We, the Indigenous People of Biafra state categorically and without equivocation that Buhari's claims are as false and as strange they come, especially in the face of quantum evidence to the contrary, chronicled by independent observes of the wartime atrocities committed by Nigerian forces against innocent Biafran civilians, including women and children. We doubt if it is the same Buhari that addressed Eastern Youth Corpers in 2016 in his country home in Daura Katsina State on the horrors, pains, misery and suffering of the war, that made this latest 'soft' on Biafrans statement. It couldn't have come from the same person.

To better understand the Nigerian atrocities during the war, one needs to trace back to 1945 and then 1953 when the Hausa-Fulani political leadership in northern Nigeria planned and executed two premeditated pogroms on Biafran immigrant populations in Jos and Kano in an unpatriotic and envy driven opposition to the leading role Biafrans played in the struggle for Nigeria's independence from Britain. Vast numbers of easterners not just Igbos,  were murdered on those occasions and their properties looted or destroyed. Neither in Kano nor Jos did the colonial regime apprehend or prosecute anyone for these massacres and destruction, which expectedly and tragically emboldened the murderous northerners for the worst that was to come between 1966 -1970.

The perpetrators, whose scions like Buhari subsequently seized power in 1966 on the blood of their fellow officers of eastern extraction, continued their bloodletting that directly led to the war. And when the war came, Gowon deceptively labeled it a police action but what went on underneath was a genocide of epic proportions. There were extensive coverage of the genocide in the international media throughout its duration. According to accounts, the real Buhari committed grave genocidal atrocities of his own in the theaters where he participated or commanded, namely the battles for Nsukka, Abagana and Nkpor Junction, where Buhari had held command positions. This is subject of an ongoing suit filed at the ICC by IPOB.

During the battles for these sectors, Buhari’s officers and men torched entire villages and massacred the civilians that could not evacuate before the enemy arrived. These included children, the sick, infirm and elderly. At the conclusion of the massacres, the soldiers began their macabre dance of jubilation and Buhari was said to have told them that “Nnewi is next“. Yes - 'next' -as in the next massacre. It was on the heels and ashes of these genocide that the Gowon had, during the war, boasted publicly that his men had killed three million Biafrans. But given that the numerical strength of the entire Biafran armed forces hovered around 50,000 men, one can only concluded that the three million slaughtered were hapless Biafran civilians. Such atrocities is the reason why history of the Biafra-Nigeria was hurriedly removed from school curriculums.

In addition to Buhari, there were other self confessed butchers of Biafrans. One is Benjamin Adekunle, a notoriously gruesome commander of Nigerian forces who had no qualms in boasting about the goal of this horrendous mission o exterminate Biafrans. He stated at an August 1968 press conference, attended by journalists including those from the international media: ‘We shoot at everything that moves, and when our forces march into the centre of Igbo territory, we shoot at everything, even at things that do not move’. True to type, Adekunle duly carried through his threat with clinical precision both on his ‘everything that moves’ - targeting, especially southern Igboland where his forces slaughtered hundreds of thousands, and on the ‘things that do not move’-assault category. Adekunle’s infamous destruction of the famed Biafran economic and social infrastructure was indescribably barbaric.

In July 1968, the British mission in Nigeria estimated that 200-300 Biafrans were dying every day. However, these estimates were based on numbers reported by the Nigerian government, as the British did not have access to the Biafran enclaves. Two months later, during the height of the crisis, the International Committee of the Red Cross (which traversed Biafran during the war) estimated 8,000 and 10,000 deaths per day. It obtained these figures based on random samples of death rates in villages, refugee camps and hospitals across Biafra, and it cautioned that the estimates were likely to be conservative. Jean Mayer, Professor of Nutrition at Harvard’s ..  School of Public Health, similarly argued that estimates of 10,000 deaths a day appeared to be accurate. We reckon that Buhari would rather wish all these away but it won't work. It is a fact of history.

The Asaba Massacre is but another fact of history that clearly debunks Buhari's junk narratives. According to credible reports, Nigerian troops entered Asaba and began ransacking houses and killing civilians, claiming they were Biafran sympathisers. Reports demonstrate that several hundreds were killed individually and in groups at various locations in the town. Later, community leaders summoned the townspeople to assemble on the morning of October 7, 1967 hoping to end the violence through a show of support for "One Nigeria." Hundreds of men, women, and children, many wearing the ceremonial akwa ocha (white) attire paraded along the main street, singing, dancing, and chanting "One Nigeria." At a junction, men and teenage boys were separated from women and young children, and gathered in an open square at Ogbe-Osowa village. Then Nigerian troops under the command of Murtala Mohammed and Ibrahim Taiwo gave orders to machine gun "everybody". It was reliably estimated that more than 700 men and boys were killed, some as young as 12 years old, in addition to many more killed in the preceding days. Bodies of some victims were retrieved by family members and buried at home. But most were buried in mass graves without appropriate ceremony. Many extended families lost dozens of men and boys. Federal troops occupied Asaba for many months, during which time most of the town was ravaged, many women and girls were raped or forcibly "married," and large numbers of citizens fled and never returned until the war ended in 1970.

We shall conclude this Rejoinder by quoting Robert Melson, a foreigner, a Holocaust survivor and a Nigerian expert who witnessed what happened between 1967 -1970. In his book, 'Revolution and genocide', Melson states that: "I could not help but make the connection between their experience and my own. Biafrans were being killed purely for their identity: it was as if the twenty-some years after the Second World War had been compressed into a few minutes. The Holocaust monster was on the prowl again, and it was no use trying to escape its implications in Africa or elsewhere".

It appears after each successive sit-at-home directive by IPOB, the powers that be remember Biafra. Our quest for freedom, liberty and justice can never be dismissed. At the end of this whole process Biafra will be fully restored as a civilised nation by the grace of God.

Herdsmen Attacks: 8 apprehended, 30 on the run as Fulani herdsmen attempts to raze down Ishiagu Community in Ebonyi State

By Desmond Ajah || For Biafra Writers

May 14, 2018

EBONYI— There was pandemonium in Ishiagu, a town located at Ivo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State over the weekend as 30 armed Fulani herdsmen terrorists invaded the community in an unsuccessful attack.

According to a verified report from The Biafra Times correspondent, the rampaging herdsmen numbering over 30 reportedly attempted to carry out an arson in the community but failed hence eight of them were apprehended by the community youths after a woman raised alarm.

A member of the community who pleaded anonymity in an interactive session with our correspondent said, "there was an averted attack on the village of Amaeze Ishiagu in Ivo LGA. The Fulani Jihadist killers laid siege at midnight as the villagers were still asleep".

"The village would have been soaked with the flow of another innocent blood if not by the Grace of God who woke a woman up from sleep to urinate," the source continued.

"When she noticed some strange movement in the environment, she quickly ran inside and placed a distress call to her husband who had travelled.

"The husband quickly placed a phone call to the youths of the village who swooped on the herdsmen which lead to the apprehension of 8 of the terrorists while 30 others quickly ran into bush," the source stated.

It was gathered that the Fulani herdsmen terrorists who came for the failed operation were armed with sophisticated weapons, including machetes, fuels, guns and a poisoned arrow.

The Ishiagu Divisional Police Officer, DPO, Mr. Urom who confirmed the attempted attack, stated that the arrested culprits have been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, of the Police Headquarters in Abakaliki for further investigations.

"This goes a long way to tell you that the spate of killings going on in the country is no longer an issue of mere communal clashes with herdsmen but a systematic approach to radical islamization of Biafra land," says another source.

Fighter Jets To S-East: Nigeria Has Reached Its Elastic Limit

By Desmond Ajah, For Biafra Writers

May 8, 2018

The frustrated Nigerian Government are at it again with a sinister plan and murderous intention of sending military aircrafts to the peaceful South-East geopolitical zone to once again, carry out an ethnic cleansing of Biafrans in their numbers after conducting the infamous Operation Python Dance 1 and 2 which claimed innumerable innocent civilians in the region.

We wonder what has happened to the most volatile areas of Benue and Taraba States that these fighter jets cannot be put to good use in combating the dreaded Fulani herdsmen terrorist menace in the Middle-Belt. Also, why hasn't Operations Python Dance, Crocodile Smiles and other similar operations commenced in Boko Haram terrorist-infested states of the northeast region where many local governments and boundaries has been annexed and controlled by the terrorist group? Rather what the good people of the peaceful Eastern region receive occasional as Federal government's infrastructural presence is the continuous militarization, intimidation and violation of the rights of the people in the Eastern states.

The erroneously glorified country called Nigeria has permeated and watched its exhaust limit being stretched to the extreme without seeking for salvation. An Igbo adage has it that "a deaf fly follows the corpse to the grave" which is the route Nigeria is threading on. On countless numbe of times, some constituent regions in the country have subscribed to go their separate ways and each time have these regions subjected on gunpoint. Little wonder why living together as one in this failed Nigerian State has been declared non-negotiable by President Muhammadu Buhari and his Biafra's oil-mongering northern cabals. It has been said repeatedly that where a child is consistently pointing finger at; if his mother is not there, his father must be there.

Biafrans have been agitating for an independent state since 1967 till date to be allowed to go their separate ways and form their own homogenous nation but Nigeria and its British colonial masters have always considered this as a threat to an end of their continuous  fraudulent oil business extracted from the Biafran region. Nigeria with technical assistance from the British Government are always out to slaughter, kill, intimidate and assault whoever that raised the Biafran question. The recent statement credited to one of the 'born-to-rule' Northerner politician, former vice president Atiku Abubakar saying that Nigerians may wake-up one day and discover that Nigeria is no longer in existence. This is a clear indication by one of the 'born to rule' who has understood the Red-line path the Nigeria failed state is heading to.

It is equally an expression of fear of the impending disintegration of the constituent parts of Nigeria of which Buhari as the Chief terrorist may likely choose to send his killer squads and machines to the peaceful South East region. Biafrans must resist every attempt to subdue our collective efforts in the Biafra restoration project, dead or alive. Thus, "it is brave to die a freedom fighter than to die with your knees down in the enemies' camp."

IPOB-Trump Rally: Trauma grips detained IPOB activists languishing in jail over a year as Buhari meets Trump today

...Feelings of betrayal, abandonment and
suffering trail plights of detainees who celebrated Trump's electoral victory

By Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu || Reporting For Biafra Writers.

The emotional trauma that enveloped some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), who visited their detained brothers remanded in Port Harcourt Maximum Security Prison by Nigerian security operatives, following the orders of President Muhammadu Buhari, for celebrating the presidential victory of Donald J. Trump, can never be wished away by mere utterances.

This sombre situation erupted right after the news of Buhari's visit to the White House in Washington broke out. There were impressions of dissatisfaction and betrayal on the faces of the detainees over the ensuing handshake of president Donald J. Trump with his Nigerian counterpart who has done virtually everything to deny them their inalienable right to self-determination. Tears rolled down in bewilderment.

Lots of questions were directed to President Trump by the wounded detained IPOB members over the psych or the moral justification in seeing Muhammadu Buhari when there are innocent people still locked up in Port Harcourt Maximum Security Prison for over a year simply because they came out on the streets to celebrate his victory. How come the man responsible for their illegal detention is being welcomed to the White House as if nothing happened? Does it mean that President Trump is playing down on the 20th of January 2017 massacre in Port Harcourt?

The pro-Biafra detainees, Mazi Ikenna Igwe from Amekaikwo Village in Ikwo Local government area of Ebonyi State, Uchenna Innocent from Awo Mberi Village in Mbaitolu Local government area of Imo State, Bright Sunday Okoro from Eze Kporoke village in Onicha Local government area of Ebonyi State and Chidinma Godwin Nwafor from Okposi Village in Ohazara L.G.A of Ebonyi State, are suffering for celebrating Trump's victory amongst countless others who lost their lives on that fateful day by the Nigerian military forces.

They were first arrested by the Department of State Security, DSS,  20th of January last year and were kept incommunicado, before transferring them to Rivers State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID).

The Biafra activists were first arraigned at Magistrate Court on the 26th of January 2017, but the court denied the jurisdiction to grant them bail, hence remanded them in prison custody upon which a bail application was later filed in Rivers State High Court, by IPOB legal team.

But the State commissioner of police took a matter already ongoing at the State judiciary court to the Federal High Court, which amounts to an unconscionable breach of law. Till date, they are still remanded in prison.

It is so evil of the American government to be looking the other way while evil goes on and on without the perpetrators been keelhauled. Power is supposed to be used not preferentially but judiciously and in favour of the innocent citizens and not otherwise. Doing the needful and the appropriate move is required for posterity sake because the future they say, is pregnant. The people of Biafra demands justice. Give them justice if they are right and and deny them justice if they are wrong.

IPOB: REVERSE THE PROSCRIPTION OF IPOB NOW OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES

APRIL 28, 2018

IPOB PRESS RELEASE

Going by unfolding events and the imminent danger of attack by Fulani terror herdsmen in the South East and South South, it has become imperative for concerned citizens to compel Gov. Dave Umahi, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Okezie Ikpeazu, Rochas Okorocha, Willie Obiano and Ohaneze Ndigbo to reverse their public proscription of IPOB or else they will be held responsible for any major herdsmen attack anywhere in the South East or other parts of Biafraland.

We are hereby placing all Biafran ethnic nationalities on record, especially the Igbos, that the criminal conspiracy to proscribe IPOB by South East governors in collaboration with Ohaneze Ndigbo was hatched to aid the Fulani invasion and conquest of Igboland. Under heavy pressure from the Fulani caliphate in mid-2017, Igbo governors along with Nnia Nwodo and Ohaneze Ndigbo executive conspired to leave Ala-Igbo defenseless by their treacherous proscription of IPOB.

By proscribing IPOB and aiding the indiscriminate arrest, torture, murder and detention of IPOB family members at the hands of Fulani law enforcement officers, these Igbo governors working alongside Ohaneze Ndigbo literally sacrificed Igboland and the lives of thousands of Igbo people to the marauding herdsmen. They not only opened the door for the invaders to come in, they knowingly aided the slaughter of hundreds if not thousands of innocent people in their quest to please their Fulani masters. Interestingly enough, the same Arewa leaders that prevailed upon Igbo governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo to proscribe IPOB have so far refused to proscribe their own Fulani terror herdsmen that are doing the killings in the South East, Middle Belt and other parts of Southern Nigeria. How perverse is that?

How is it possible that seemingly reasonable and apparently educated Igbo leaders could be persuaded by their northern counterparts to proscribe, ban and fight IPOB that are the only people capable of defeating Fulani herdsmen, when the same northern leaders have repeatedly failed to offer mere verbal condemnation of the atrocities of their all conquering herdsmen? One is forced to ask, where are the brains of these Igbo leaders. Definitely these are not the type of people that will defend Igboland in times of crisis such as now. They are too cowardly, compromised,  materialistic and will not hesitate to hand over Igboland to Fulani jihadists as long as they retain their political power, patronage and wealth. They are infinitely incapable of confronting this common threat to our existence.

Before the murderous invasion of the home of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Isiama Afaraukwu on the 14th of September 2017 by Nigerian soldiers acting on the instructions of South East governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo, it was common knowledge that the menace of Fulani terrorists were a distant memory. IPOB quietly and effectively checkmated their activities across the length and breadth of Biafraland. We repelled the terrorists and stopped them in their tracks in Delta and Enugu State on six separate occasions without fanfare.

That there weren't any Fulani terror herdsmen attacks throughout the period our leader was touring Biafraland was down to the excellent work IPOB did in our communities to keep it safe from herdsmen attacks. Since the invasion of our leader's home and his abduction by Nigerian soldiers, followed by the hasty and illegal proscription of IPOB by Igbo governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo, Fulani herdsmen has been emboldened to attack outlying villages with impunity. The most distressing aspect of it is that these governors have no solution to curb the menace. There has been more than four reported attacks in Ebonyi State alone in recent times to which Gov. Dave Umahi have appeared impotent to do anything about. Instead he is advocating for the establishment of Fulani cattle colonies in Ebonyi State all because he wants to be a Vice Presidential candidate to a northerner.

The blame for any Fulani invasion of any part of Biafraland must be laid squarely at the doorstep of South East Governors Forum and Ohaneze Ndigbo.

Prophet Nnamdi Kanu Predicted That Buhari Will Usher In Biafra – IPOB

The Biafra Times | April 25, 2018

BY FEMI FAMUTIMI

The Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) have stated that they plan to protest President Buhari’s trip to the USA in a few days, on the 30th of April.

They also said that their leader, Nnamdi Kanu, who they referred to as the great prophet of our time, had predicted that Buhari would usher in Biafra and that their time was almost here.

This was contained in a statement by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful who also noted that the group’s advocacy trip, Operation Cow Dance, in the United Kingdom, last week, showed just how strong they were as a group.

The statement read in part; “In this regard, we have decided to launch Operation Cow Dance 2, to coincide with the planned arrival of the president in Washington, USA, on April 30. Our leader, Nnamdi Kanu, the prophet of our time had predicted that Buhari will usher in Biafra.

“What happened in London will be a child’s play, compared to what will happen in Washington. IPOB USA is ready and waiting,”

"Nigerian Youths Are Lazy", Jubril, A Foreigner Insults Nigerian Citizens; The Undiscerning Youths Called For It

By Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu | Biafra Writers

April 23, 2018

Our people usually say that if you don't appreciate noise making while cooking, do not try to buy foodstuffs on credit. Recently, Nigerian youths have been so wounded and their name dragged through the mire by the utterances ensuing from their president. Nigerian youths across all works of life, within and outside the country has continued to pour out their frustrations and anger at their president, Rtd. General Muhammadu Buhari for describing them as being lazy, unproductive and illiterate youths. As they continue to lash out at Buhari, telling him to blame himself and his government, the big question is, what will be their actions towards that statement?

The president was asked a question after a keynote speech at the Commonwealth Business Forum in Westminster, London on Wednesday, and he has this to say: “We have a very young population; our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million. More than 60 percent of the population is below the age of 30. “A lot of them have not been to school and they are claiming that Nigeria has been an oil-producing country, therefore, they should sit and do nothing and get housing, healthcare, and education free.”

A proper scrutiny and perusing of Mr. President's speech further lend credence to the all-heard fact that the person presiding over the affairs of the Nigerian government is a foreigner from Sudan. No sane person from Nigeria would refer to her youths as "lazy" citizens especially when discussing out of the shores of the country. It is only a foreigner that can say that as an act of racism.

READ ALSO: U.S. releases damning human rights report on Nigeria under Buhari 10 days before talks with Trump

According to reliable foreign media outlets in London where the real president passed away in a London hospital, the president died on 23rd January 2017 and was buried in Saudi Arabia. Of course, there are no better ways for a foreigner to qualify youths whom he believes are psychologically lazy by not knowing that he is not their real president after many signs and facts are laid bound for the discerning minds.

On February 26, 2017, the Nation Newspaper confirmed that the real president of Nigeria was transfused with whole blood. This in nutshell indicates that the president is suffering from Anaemia. In the photos published,  his nail beds were pale which signifies one battling with clinical anaemia. Apart from this, the report that came from London stated that the president was intravenously fed meaning that he has Crohn's disease. In 2013, he had parts of his Colon removed after losing out in the presidential election contest with Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan. In 2016, Buhari was reported to be suffering from hemorrhoids and had his swollen veins near the human rectum removed. Above all, the president who is in his 70s was operated upon on a brain cancer. Putting all these into consideration, the psychologically lazy youths continued believing that their president is alive, hale and hearty.
It was a dream beyond the wildest imaginations of the impostor, Mr. Aminu Jubril to have been contracted to replace the dead Buhari. Jubril; a careless nobody from the streets of Khartoum in Sudan, given an offer such as no one would ever dream of which is to impersonate Buhari who has just departed. The deal was too sweet, the weight of influence and power almost dazed him. He was hired by the feudal lords of the desert(northern cabals) to pretend to be a person he never was and shall never be.

How would lazy Nigerian citizens believe that a foreigner should know that government should be blamed for the poor state of the schools, especially those in the rural areas. Most schools in the rural areas lack the basic amenities, they are in a deplorable state. Some school buildings have no roof, the children study under the heat of the sun, while some others has no seats. Students seat on anything they can lay their hands on in place of chairs and desks. The government has failed in living up to expectation in building schools and providing the basic needs in the educational sector. Meanwhile, the politicians and government officials’ children, go abroad for their studies to acquire good education because they know that good education is hardly obtainable in Nigeria.

READ ALSO: Biafra: Dialogue with IPOB, US Govt. tells Nigeria

In the health sector, there are staggering inadequacies. In Nigeria, people die of treatable illnesses due to lack of credible equipment.  In a country where the healthcare system is not equipped to deal with present and future challenges, high number of unavoidable deaths becomes the story of the day as it is with Nigeria. Instead, the kleptomaniac and bulletproof politicians who made this evil situation possible, go outside the country with their family members for medicals.

The Nigerian youths are to be blamed for giving their subjugators a red carpet treatment, for not condemning the evil and persecution against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Biafran people who courageously came out to challenge the status quo. The youths are lazy that is why they stand helpless watching as they are been impoverished without standing tall for their rights. A foreigner has just given out his findings in these few days he has spent in Nigeria. The solution to the hardship and inappropriateness in Nigeria lies in the hands of the youths. Until they stand up and question the ills and faulty foundational system and understand that people with different value systems cannot live together as one country, then they will stop been lazy citizens. But for now, they are still #LazyNigerianYouths.

BRITISH AUTHORITIES SNEAKS NIGERIAN PRESIDENT OUT, AMIDST THE THRONG OF PEACEFUL BIAFRA PROTESTERS

Eluwa Chidiebere Chinazu | Reporting for Biafra Writers

April 22, 2018

United Kingdom - On Thursday and Friday, 19th and 20th of April 2018, the world most peaceful freedom fighting group, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, as named by Amnesty International, came out en masse in the United Kingdom where the Nigerian president, Rtd. General Muhammadu Buhari came for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM 2018), to protest against the incessant massacre, butchery of their people and the raving marginalization meted on them as evidenced in the Amnesty International reports. The protesters also bespoke, clamoured and demanded from the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari, the whereabouts of their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been missing since the Nigerian military invaded the Biafran leader's house on September 14, 2017 as ordered by Mr. President in a military operation code named, operation python dance. In the same vein, the people of Biafra never failed to demand for their referendum which its campaign is presently ongoing.

The protesters who protested at the Lancaster House in London and in front of the Commonwealth house in Westminster, London, were seen wielding placards which bore their agitation and banners bearing inscriptions of Biafra. The protesters, as usual, were chanting and singing while waiting for the president to come out of his hiding place.

"Heads of Government of Commonwealth countries, the Secretary General of Commonwealth, Ms. Patricia Scotland and the UK Prime Minister, Mrs. Theresa May, were all in attendance.

President Muhammadu Buhari, whose regime has been labelled incompetent and most corrupt ever by some world leaders and his fellow Nigerians, was perceived to be having a closed-door meeting with the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II and Theresa May, on how to keep milking the oil from Biafran land free of charge so that Britain will continue their one Nigeria policy and in return turning a blind eye to Nigeria's atrocities on Biafrans.

It should be on record that president Buhari's body language after seeing the protesters suggests he would have wanted them apprehended by the British Metropolitan Police. This has vindicated the Amnesty International reports on the evil and carnage modus operandi of the Nigerian military on the peaceful Biafran protesters being shot at, maimed and subjugated to inhuman treatment by the ordered of the president.

After the closed-door meeting with Queen Elizabeth and Theresa May, the British government sneaked the president out of the building instead of him coming out to address the people and answer the questions fielded to him by the protesters. Britain is a country known for been deceptive in nature. I mean, the state of Russia has also buttressed this fact recently by warning their media institutions and her government to stop peddling their inherent cheap lies against their government.

The world leaders should turn their watchful eyes on the perils of the Biafran people. Till date, no single person has been apprehended or keelhauled for the genocide committed on Biafran people between 1967 - 1970 which is second to the one committed on the Israelites (The Holocaust). President Buhari must answer to the International Criminal Court (ICC), for the atrocities committed on the Biafran people in this 21st century, under his regime. Biafrans has continued to push for a referendum to determine their fate. Referendum is the right of the people, give it to them in peace or they will take it by force.

Former Aviation minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has lambasted the Archbishop of canterbury, Justin Welby, for commending President Muhammadu Buhari without mentioning the killing of IPOB

April 12, 2018

Former Aviation minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has lambasted the Archbishop of canterbury, Justin Welby, over comment on President Muhammadu Buhari’s second term bid declaration.

Archbishop Justin Welby, had told President Buhari that he wish him well on his decision to re-contest.  He said the Church remain neutral but will pray for you, said that great statesmen are those who run for the good of their country.

Fani-Kayode, reacting in a post on his social media page, wondered why the Bishop did not condemned the killings and human rights violations under President Buhari.

His Post Reads: It is clear to me that this ‘same-sex-marriage-loving’ and confused English Archbishop deserves to be hung, drawn, quartered and burnt at the stake!

Since when did the Church of England and the Archbishop of Canterbury sink so low?

You are associating with a tyrant who is in open collusion and collaboration with Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram and who has presided over, orchestrated and encouraged the mass murder and slaughter of hundreds of thousands of his own people.

This is a man who has refused to label the Fulani herdsmen terrorists and who has publicly identified with some of the core values of Boko Haram and defended them on numerous occasions in the past.

You say that you are neutral as a Church yet you keep having photo-ops and closed-door meetings with the tyrant and you refuse to condemn him for his gross and barbaric human rights violations, his attacks on and marginalisation of the Christian faith, his contempt for the Church and his hatred for non-Muslims and non-Fulanis. Shame on you!

The attempt by the British government and intelligence agencies, using a discredited and out of touch ‘same-sex-marriage-loving’ ArchbishopJustin Welby, to help to prop up and legitimise a failed tyrant, an ethnic cleanser and a genocidal maniac who hates and kills non-Fulanis, Shia Muslims, IPOB youths and Christians, will fail.

This Second Coming of Buhari Portends Goodwill For Biafra, It Is Welcomed -IPOB

April 10, 2018

IPOB Press Statement

The leadership and family members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide view the decision of the bearer and custodians of the name  Muhammad Buhari to seek re-election in 2019 as a welcome development. We have always maintained that the rebirth of Biafra will happen under Buhari or under whoever is answering to his name.

This second coming of Buhari  portends goodwill for freedom lovers because God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama wants to fulfill his divine purpose in the life of Biafrans in 2019 as foretold by our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu many years ago. No doubt we have lost a lot of people under the brutality of this terror APC regime, we also  have many innocent citizens in prison and detention facilities across Nigeria with countless miscarriages of justice in their law courts but we remain undeterred, focused and determined, because like Israelites in Egypt, Jews in Europe and Germany, blacks in apartheid South Africa, no amount of tribulation will stop us from emerging victorious as a free people at the end of this process.

We urge our brethren in the Middle Belt and Western Nigeria not to give up or capitulate in this our collective quest to free our people from the shackles of caliphate domination and creeping Islamisation. At IPOB we are continuing the intensification of our global campaign to peacefully bring the existence of this disastrous colonial experiment called Nigeria to an end, in order that millions of innocent lives may be saved.

We are advising Biafrans and other ethnic nationalities in Nigeria seeking to be free from this contraption created by Fredrick Luggard the British mercenary, to remain mentally strong and resolute for what is about to come will test our collective resolve.

IPOB will not relent in its pursuit for total liberation of all territories presently under Arewa feudal Islamic bondage regardless of the human and material cost. The continued existence of this disastrous APC Government led by Major General Muhammadu Buhari and his Fulani cabal, is our passport to freedom.

ABUJA— A foreign expert in global security and intelligence, Ann Mcgregor, in an online memo obtained by The Biafra Times, has revealed how the Director-General of the Department of State Services, DSS, Lawal Daura, has been gaining monetarily from the crises orchestrated by Boko Haram terrorists and kidnappers for ransom in Nigeria.

The expert stated that for the past three years, Daura through the facilitation of one Mr. Pascal Holliger, a Swiss intelligence officer, visited Switzerland to cement deals with the Swiss government for the release of ransoms for its kidnapped nationals in Nigeria.

According to the statement, however, the DSS Boss is now being covertly investigated for operating an off-shore pseudo-investment account where part of the proceeds of ransom funds were allegedly stashed away in a private bank and converted for his personal use.

Part of the statement reads that: “Mr. Daura made frequent trips to Switzerland, in the last three year facilitated by Mr Holliger. The reasons for the initial trips were the search and recovery of Abacha stolen loot.

“Now the hunter is being hunted. Mr Daura is the subject of discreet European investigations on the allegations of operating an off-shore investment account, part of the proceeds of ransom fund in the Swiss-German principality, Liechtenstein with Lamda Private bank under a pseudo-name.

“What is further intriguing the investigators is the link between Mr Daura, Holliger, and Mustapha Ould  Liman Chafi, a Mauritanian. Chafi was the mediator and ransom conduit in the release of Canadian diplomat, Ambassador Robert Fowler in 2008. The terrorists communicated mainly through ‘Agence Noukchott d’information, Chafi and the Mauritanian New Agency reveals used by AQIM(Al-Qaeda)/Ansaru for kidnappings in Nigeria.”

The statement also noted that the DSS Director usually engage in the business of trading-off top Boko Haram commanders/terrorists in his custody for money, part of reasons the Boko Haram insurgency in the country has lingered.

According to Mcgregor, “On the 8th March 2012 a faction of Boko Haram Ansaru (Barnawi) killed two western hostages in the Northern Nigerian city Sokoto, a British quantity surveyor Chris Mcmanus and an Italian Engineer Franco Lamolinara. This was after British Foreign and Commonwealth Office had paid the sum of more than One Million Pound to Mustapha Chafi to facilitate the release of the hostages. The failure of ransom talk with Chafi according to our source was because the money was tampered with by the mediators.

“Despite claim of ceasefire talks between Nigerian government and Boko Haram (Barnawi Faction) affiliated to ISIS or ISWA the attacks has remain unrelenting.  The way Daura traded High Profile terror Suspects in his custody along with millions of Euros are a cause for concern.

“The biggest concession made so far is the release of Hussaini Maitangaran, who spearheaded several deadly attacks in Kano, including Central Mosque attack, which killed more than 1,000 people. He was arrested by the DSS on 31th August 2017. The release was part of Dapchi school girls swap deal.

“Will the specially designated global terrorist Khalid  Al Barnawi accused of killing ten westerners be part of the exchange swap? The UK, US, EU and UN are watching. One western diplomat said: “actors involved in the fraudulent negotiations with terrorists are currently wielding decisive political and military positions in Nigeria and are influential players in the security sector.”

It further added that with Daura’s dubious dealings, selfish and insatiable quest for material gains through the illegal terrorism and kidnapping deals, the menace is not close to ending any time soon as those saddled with the responsibilty to secure both local and national citizens in the government are benefitting from it.

Nigerian Government’s complicity with terrorists

Mcgregor, in her memo, observed that the rapid rise in conflict and growth of insurgency in Nigeria and other countries in the West African region were being made possible through the negotiations and complicity of governments of such regions with terrorists and kidnappers.

She added that such complicity between the States and Jihadist elements, facilitated their growing influence, instability and creation of safe havens from where they launch attacks in the region.

“State complicity with terrorists and organized crime are at the heart of instability in the Sahel, Sahara and Lake Chad regions, formenting conflict and fuelling the rise of Boko Haram kidnapping.

“In the past decades, increasing instability in the Sahel, Sahara and Lake Chad has been a source of growing concern in Europe and the United States. Weakness of state control on these areas allowed Al-Qaeda (AQIM) and other Jihadist groups to establish their influence and establish safe haven.

“As in the past, governments are tempted to use Jihadist group and organized crime as a political resource by allowing their allies to benefit from criminal activities, which has clear implication for policy and the region’s instability. The importance of organized criminal activities in the Sahel, Sahara and Lake Chad regions stems from the fact that there are few alternative activities that produce profits and rapid enrichment. Repeated hostage takings have caused tourism on the Sahel and the Sahara to collapse, thereby further limiting opportunities for employment and profit outside criminal activities.

“Kidnapping for ransom has developed into a highly lucrative industry that has allowed AQIM and ISWA (Islamic States of West Africa) Boko Haram  and Ansaru become a significant political and military force.

“Extrapolating from available information, the income drive by AQIM, MUJAO, Boko Haram and associated mediators is likely to total $100 million dollars since 2008, paid mostly by western and Nigerian governments.

“Reports of ransom payment are never officially confirmed by the government concerned and media reports vary on the amount involved, although most range between $1.5 million and $4 million per hostage. The only reliable information in this respect came from the Swiss.

“In 2009, the Swiss government authorized the use of $5 million in relation to the negotiations over the release of three of its nationals of which $2 million appears to have been set aside for the ransom payments. Since 2009, the Swiss have perfected the art of private diplomacy to offer themselves as “neutral interlocutors” in many of Africa’s conflicts. That also comes with a price, but one has attracted and discomforted European and US governments is the so-called “mediations, ceasefire and release of 105 Dapchi school girls.”

“The puzzle and the jigsaw was the manner of the abduction and release. Boko Haram are keeping in their custody one of the Christian girl among the 110 Dapchi school girls they abducted, Leah Sharibu has refused to renounce her faith. However western intelligence sources believe Boko Haram and the mediators Swiss and Nigerians are asking the Nigerian government for more money to pay ransom and further release of six high profile Barnawi faction detainees in the custody of Directorate of State Service. This is creating discomfort.

“The discomfort stem from the collusion and allegation of corruption between the Nigerian negotiation team made of the Director-General of Departments of Security Services, Mr Lawal Daura, the Nigeria’s  Interior Minister, General Abdulrahman Dambazau, Ambassador Babagana Kingibe the foreign policy chief and the President’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari on one hand and the Swiss Embassy team in Nigeria and personnel of Human Security Department of Swiss Foreign Ministry.

“The Swiss intelligence officer, Pascal Holliger along with local accessories, Mustapha Zannah, a lawyer who runs a private school in Maiduguri that gives free education to the orphan-children of Boko Haram fighters — the school was established and funded by the International Islamic Relief Organisation, a Saudi-based charity organization, on United States Department’s list of charities with ties to terrorist organisations  and Aisha Wakil, facilitated the ransom payment of €5million euro and swap of top Boko Haram commanders in the custody of Mr Lawal Daura,” she stated.
