BIAFRA: THE AVENGERS SURRENDER AS NIGERIAN GOVT INJECTS HER POISON INTO THE STRUGGLE

February 19, 2017

They came into limelight with a bang and the promise of bringing Nigeria's economy to Zero level and getting detached from the British creation; in all honesty they nearly achieved such historic fit until they silently went into oblivion. Avengers high command, hope you have not forgotten why you got involved in the struggle? It was for the betterment of your people and thus your struggle was the people's struggle.

Your intention was noble and this accounted for why Biafrans gave you their full support. They wanted you to restore the dignity  and the lost pride of your people.

You had vowed never to compromise the struggle until your people were liberated from the shackles of the cursed entity called Nigeria that was determined to keep your people perpetually enslaved.

Your initial actions against the Nigeria entity was very encouraging and enduring. We thought that you have come to bring Samson to Justice. We all thought that you have come to serve Justice to your people and ensure an end to their suffering. You vowed that you will not be bought by money until justice was done.

But within a blink of an eye things changed, your website and twitter account became desolate, within a twinkle of an eye the mighty Avengers activated sleeping mode and seemed silenced with money and the Nigerian tale of impossible "restructuring deceit".

Read also:BIAFRA: WE MUST GO BACK TO AFRICANISM AND THE TIME IS NOW...BIAFRA URGES OTHER AFRICAN NATIONS.

Do you know the implication of falling for the "restructuring bait?" It is because of the proceeds they benefit from the oil that flows in your land that they will continue to keep you in bondage. Nnamdi Kanu has educated severally on Radio Biafra broadcasts that it is the highest display of stupidity for one to be bribed with his or her inheritance.

It is your land and you have been deprived of its meaningful usage. Your land  ought to be your heritage.  Nature has made it yours but out of gullibility you allowed the Hausa-Fulanis and their counterparts, the Yorubas have full access to your land, taking charge of your oil and making you "watchman" of the oil pipe lines; if that is not foolishness of the highest order, perhaps I need to be enlightened on what it is.

The dreaded and fearless group of freedom fighters seem to have settled for peanut offered in the course of negotiating with the Buhari-led murderous government. The Avengers must realise that backing out of this noble cause automatically signifies approval for the continous marginalization of their people, rape of their mothers and killing of their people, while they keep watch over the pipelines.

Avengers why have you chosen to betray the trust reposed in you by your people? Why did you give your people the hope of freedom from slavery and death when you knew you were not going to finish off Nigeria as promised? why did you choose to stop the gallant step you took in destroying Nigeria and seeking for self-determination which was yielding tremendous results and thus reverberated round the globe?
It is on record that within two months you crippled Nigeria's oil and power sector, thereby leaving the British enterprise on the brink of total extinction, so why have you settled for empty promises of this lying/murderous government? Why did you choose to cow out of the struggle when the ovation was set to get loud?

Whatever your reasons are, it is important you get your act together by borrowing a leaf from the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu who always said that consistency is key in whatever endeavour a man embarks upon, especially with regards to freedom fighting and that is why he has chosen to remain in Nigerian prison rather than betray his people. He has always maintained and stood by his mantra "Biafra or death." This implies that he would rather be dead than to betray his people for any amount of bribe.

If you don't get back on track and salvage the little hope and trust bestowed upon you by your people, when time comes, they will not only remember those involved in killing them but will equally recall how after promising never to betray the cause, later fell for the bait of their killers to kill off their last hope of getting liberated from the shackles of marginalization, slavery and death.

Remember freedom is not freely given but must be demanded by the oppressed. Do you think that you have honestly gotten what you demanded by settling for mere promise of restructure by a government that is known for lying perenially? Do you think the money you were silenced with is enough to exchange for your people's freedom?

We hope these thought provoking questions will rejuvenate the undying zeal with which you started this journey to freedom. your name is "Avengers"; you are yet to live up to that name and as a matter of utmost importance, duty calls.

BREAKING: "NNAMDI KANU'S OFFENCES ARE GRIEVOUS, I WILL NOT GRANT HIM BAIL"---Justice Binta Nyako

01 December, 2016

ABUJA--The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, was today 1 December 2016, arraigned at the Federal High Court, Abuja, as adjourned on 17 November 2016 for ruling on bail application. As predicted by Biafrans, the rule of man prevailed over the rule of law today at the Nigerian local court.

Nnamdi Kanu arrived the high court at exactly 09:55am with the other 3 co-accused persons: Mazi David Nwawuisi represented by Barr Maxwell, Mazi Benjamin Madubugwu represented by Barr Mrs Nwankwo and Chidiebere Onwudiwe represented by Barr I. Adoga.

Shortly after Kanu's arrival, the presiding judge, Justice Binta Nyako arrived the court at 09:58am; the case was called up immediately by the court clerk after which both the defendants' and prosecution counsels (led by Shuaibu Labaran) introduced themselves.

Read also:Biafra: The Unholy Alliance Of Britain, U.S (Under Obama Administration) & Arab Nations Against IPOB And The Restoration Of Biafra: A Story That Must Be Told

Ruling on the bail application, Justice Binta hastily concluded that kanu will not be granted bail (as instructed by Muhammadu Buhari, the Nigerian president in a media chat). She also cited that according to the constitution, "when a person is charged with felony, it is believed that the person must have committed an offense."

After reading previous ground posited by the defendants' lawyers applied bail (which included United Nations' Charter on rights to self-determination), Binta argued that it will be improper to grant bail to those with similar charges.

The presiding judge also presented the prosecution's exhibit ppf1 and ppf2 against the first defendant (Nnamdi Kanu) and the second defendant (David Nwawuisi) and likened it to that of Asari Dokubo who was denied bail on similar grounds.

Binta, who seemed more like the prosecution counsel than presiding judge, maintained that granting the defendants bail will lead to intimidation of witnesses in the course of the trial and evasion of trial as Buhari had alleged. On this, Counsel to the first defendant, Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, argued that his client will not jump bail if granted; noting that it is their right to seek for such relief from the court.

Ejiofor also stated that the prosecution has no evidence to prove or substantiate the charges leveled against Nnamdi Kanu while he maintained that IPOB activities which has largely been peaceful and are within the context of the law cannot be likened to Asari Dokubo's case or the Boko Haram sect. Barr Ejiofor relied on Sub Section 6(5) of the constitution as a procedure to be followed on granting Nnamdi Kanu bail.

Delivering her final judgment, Binta ruled that "the offenses leveled against the defendants are grievous and would not be granted bail". She went further to say that the trial will proceed immediately in not later than 1 or 2 months.

At this point, the prosecution counsel demanded that his witnesses be masked ahead of trial. Barr Nwankwo stood against this demand, charging that the defendants need more protection than the prosecution's witnesses; but Binta ruled that it is within the court's discretion to decide whether or not to allow masked witnesses. She then slated 13th December, 2016, for a hearing on application to allow masked witnesses as pleaded by the prosecuting counsel.

Recall that Nnamdi Kanu was granted bail by the Magistrate Court on 19 October 2015, and was ordered to be released UNCONDITIONALLY on 17 December 2015 at the Federal High Court Abuja by Justice Adeniyi Ademola (who has since been under intense prosecution by the federal government of Nigeria). Yet, today's court rulings were all made in disregard of those standing court orders.

Biafra: Frustrated By The Avengers Activities, Buhari Seeks Crude Oil Supply From Niger Republic

Saturday, November 26, 2016

KADUNA— Nigeria’s Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Group Managing Director, GMD, Maikanti Baru, on a TV news yesterday said that Nigeria is currently exploring the possibilities of piping crude oil from Niger Republic for refining in Kaduna state.

Mr. Baru who visited Kaduna state Governor, Nasiru El-Rufa’i, said President Muhammadu Buhari was personally committed to the project.

He explained that it has become important and necessary to explore alternative crude supply to Kaduna’s Refining and Petrochemical Company, which has been affected by pipeline vandals and age which has rendered its operations epileptic.

“Due to challenges with the aged refinery and crude oil pipelines that had been breached severally by the Niger Delta Avengers, the operations of the refinery has been epileptic.

“This we are determined to resolve through various intervention methods including evaluation of alternative crude oil supply from Niger Republic through building of a pipelines of over 1,000 kilometers from Agadem to Kaduna, that effort is being championed by Mr. President himself.

Announcing its readiness to kick-off the process, Baru said: “We have already started engagements with the Nigerian Minister of Petroleum and the Chinese that are operating the field at Agadem.”

Mr. Baru also pledged his commitment on improving energy supply to power industries in Kaduna through the development of Ajaokuta-Abuja-Kaduna-Kano gas pipeline, as well as development of power plants in Kaduna and Abuja, assuring that “these projects will be given special attention during my tenure.”

He urged the governor to sensitise residents of Kaduna against sabotage of Nigeria’s oil assets due to its adverse effect on the community, environment and national economy.

Responding, Governor El-Rufa’i who wasted no time in showing his love for oil, said, “We are very interested in the NNPC because how well you do affects our lives as states and as a country.

The governor pledged to support the gas pipeline project because of its tremendous potentials to the social and economic stability of the state. He expressed confidence that ongoing reforms of the NNPC would strengthen the corporation to serve Nigeria better.

El-Rufa’i assured that the government would tackle issues of water supply to KRPC and pipeline security through massive enlightenment and treating those engaged in illegal activities as criminals.

Breaking:The Avengers Blow up pipeline in Bayelsa...Warns Nigerian govt "We are Determined to Continue This war...There is Doom Ahead"

Tuesday 15 November, 2015

At about 11.45pm November 15, 2016, our Elite Strike Team 03 struck Nembe 1, 2 and 3 truck line operated by Agip, Oando and Shell with supply capacity of 300,000 barrel per day to Bonny export terminal in Bayelsa State. This is in response to the so-called " Operations Sharkbite" an art of terrorism commissioned by the tyranny of the Nigerian Navy establishment and orchestrated by some elements of the ruling political class to continuously undermine any effort by the Nigerian state to addressing the legitimate demands of the people of the Niger Delta and as well a conspiracy to bloat the accounts of some security contractors and conflict merchants within the party structure of the APC.

We are only reiterating our strong resolve that, time is running against the Nigerian government, that there is doom ahead. The Nigerian government need our cooperation more than we need the government as it concerns the extraction of the crude oil and hydrocarbon resources in our God-given land. We are determined to continue this war by all means necessary, until that environment prevails for a genuine dialogue and negotiations within the framework of the sixteen point key demands presented to President Muhammadu Buhari by PANDEF on the 1st of November 2016.

We want the peace with honour, we don't want the Peace of Our Time. Since that moment military was drafted into the Niger Delta as an instrument of suppression to our fatherland against all peaceful protest and legitimate demands the fear had gone. The message is getting stronger with more messengers.

BREAKING!!! DON'T BLAME NIGER DELTA AVENGERS

Sunday, November 13, 2016

We all know that Peace is not the absence of war. Sincerely speaking, the High Command of the Niger Delta Avengers cannot be blamed for the continuous bombing of crude oil export pipelines and other oil installations, since the Government has been relentlessly carrying out military build ups to continuously harass communities and indigenes of the Niger Delta after the November 1st meeting of the PANDEF and President Muhammadu Buhari. We see this as a deliberate move by the military establishment to undermine any effort of dialogue and negotiations with the people of the Niger Delta.

The path to sustain the cessation of hostilities in the region among fighters and structures cannot be achieved overnight, when there are clear cases of deliberate security surge by the Nigerian government. We ask for understanding on the side of the PANDEF and the general public. The High Command of the NDA is only reacting to government’s deliberate attempts to undermine the process to dialogue and negotiations.

It will make a lot of sense on the part of the government of president Muhammadu Buhari to restrain the security agents/agencies from engaging in activities that are inimical to the process, the people and communities of the Niger Delta. There was high hope and expectations from the people of the Niger Delta after the November 1st meeting between PANDEF and President Muhammadu Buhari for a genuine dialogue and negotiations process to kick-start. Instead the government's security establishment is busy building up clogs to the process that will place our people at position of weakness which is unacceptable to us and so, there is bound to be equal reaction.

The idea of communicating with our fathers, leaders and royal fathers under the leadership of Papa Edwin Kiagbodo Clark’s PANDEF before acting will only amount to mere propaganda while the head is being cut off. We believed that our fathers, leaders and royal fathers are ready to meet the government of Nigeria with representatives of IOCs and the neutral observers but not with guns, warships and jet fighters terrorizing their communities which of course is one of the sixteen points key demands presented to Mr. President, So the government should stop the ostrich game.

We did not start this struggle for the sake of bearing arms against the Nigeria state; it is a reaction to many years of orchestrated state economic and constitutional colonialism against a region and its people over six decades. Until the burning issues of resources control, fiscal federalism and inclusive development are addressed no force will stop this struggle even with bare hands. The government of Nigeria is running against time by undermining the resolve of the Niger Delta. The government needs the Niger Delta more than we need the government.

A careful analysis of the directive by general Muhammadu Buhari, to the security agencies to identify militant leaders and their camps shows that, the man do not have any sense of history and apology for the roles he played in the killing of innocent civilians and Ken Saro Wiwa in Ogoni that were carrying out a peaceful protest in 1995. President Muhammadu Buhari should think before he act on this his fifth journey into national affairs.

Those obnoxious strategies like Choke Points, Operations Delta Safe, Operations Crocodiles Smiles etc, are doomed to fail like Operations Hakuri II, he engineered and administered under general Sani Abacha. Even the security hierarchy is also sympathizing with his inhuman dispositions to the Niger Delta question. That is more of the reasons the High Command of the DNA has given the clear directive to all field officers to avoid confrontation with security agencies in their line of duty.

The everyday deployment of military hardwares, houseboat, personnel etc is a dilemma of government insensitivity and incapacity to the legitimate demands by the Niger Delta people since 1994 under general Sani Abacha.

The Niger Delta struggle is the people's project. So, the more groups that are involved the more the festivity. There will be no cold war with any group and groupings no matter the circumstances of their emergence and their modus operandi.

BOOM!!! Explosion Rocks Trans Forcados Pipeline in Warri, Hours after Buhari’s Meeting with Stakeholders from the region

Wednesday 2 November, 2016

A state-run oil pipeline near the southern Nigerian oil center of Warri was bombed by the suspected Niger Delta militants on November 1, the Punch reports. A security source and community leader said the line was down just hours after President Muhammadu Buhari met with representatives of militant groups in the oil-rich region to discuss how to end the unrest plaguing the region. However, no group has yet claimed responsibility for this attack.

A security official, who asked not to be named, said: “The attack was carried out with the aid of dynamite and it is coming less than 48 hours after the resumption of operations at the flow station.” Dickson Ogugu, chairman of Batan community where the pipeline is situated, confirmed the development, adding that a surveillance team had recognized the place of the attack.

“The entire river is flooded with contents from the damaged trunkline and we are at the receiving end,” he said. The line belongs to the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC) and receives crude from Batan near Warri.

Several militant groups, including the Niger Delta Avengers, have attacked oil facilities since February, reducing the nation’s output and hammering incomes.

The groups claim to be seeking a fairer share of Nigeria’s multi-billion-dollar oil wealth for residents of the region — as well as greater political autonomy.

Following peace talks in Abuja chaired on November 1 by the leader of the nation, junior oil Minister Emmanuel Kachikwu said the country’s oil production was returning to normal.

Nigeria usually produces around 2.2 million barrels per day (bpd), but output fallen to a low of 1.4 bpd this year due to rebel attacks. The pipeline was attacked in July and had only resumed operation at the weekend following repairs.

Avengers: This Is Our Land And We Are The Masters Of Its Battlefields, No Amount Of Military Invasion Will Stop Our Mission- "Operation Red Economy"

Sunday 23 October, 2016

Agitations are the rights of component unit in a federalism, we owe no authority, tribe or political group any apology. It is the responsibility of the central government to cooperatively manage them rather than overheating the system by thinking of fierce responses (decisive military action).

It is disgusting for president Muhammadu Buhari and his tribesmen to equate the revenue priorities of the Niger Delta region with regional comparisons of development in Nigeria. For crying out loud, since 1914 our resources have being the essence of this union called Nigeria before crude oil was discovered. The amalgamation of southern and northern Nigeria was for administrative convenience because the north was not viable economically. The idea of bundling through bills like North East/West Development Commission is fraud, hypocrisy and bigotry by President Muhammadu Buhari.

President Muhammadu Buhari should think like a leader with the advantage of his age to see the genuine and legitimate agitation with the right attitude to pacify our people. We have been raped for too long, general Muhammadu Buhari should face the reality of the Niger Delta question. He can stop listening to ideas and advice of the agitation as political system support structure that his tribal warlords and conflict merchants have hypnotized him to believe as the face of the Niger Delta struggle.

Must Read: BIAFRA: YAKUBU DAN-YUMMA GOWON AND HIS CROCODILE TEARS: TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE

Niger Delta is part of Nigeria federation that he governs, since he is the president, he will always need the cooperation of our people to share or allocate our resources to other component units. The daylight robbery and allocation of proceeds of our natural resources must stop. When he was the chairman of Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), as general Sani Abacha henchman he exhibited this bigotry by focusing attention to his region, which he never pretend about by emphasizing 97% Versus 5% development and appointment structure that he has exhibited again in his fifth coming as national affairs. He never pretend to be ethnic and religious bigot; the only things he pretends about are his roles in the underdevelopment of the Niger Delta and Nigeria in the over three decades he has being in government - 1976, 1978, 1983/4, 1993/98 and now.

He also pretend over the deliberate politicization of the Niger Delta struggle by those tribesmen and conflict merchants he has abdicated the responsibilities of governing Nigeria to since, May 2015. He has forgotten that on his assumption of office, peace has been sustained in the region not through political party and structure support approach but the involvement of genuine stakeholders and the people of the region.

That if Mr. President will come down from that his ethnic iron-horse, To engage in discussion with our people on October or any date he likes, the issues are not new. We want to control our resources and pay appropriate taxation to the central government that is fiscal federalism in practice and in principles. The government, representatives of the Multinational Oil Corporations, neutral international observers and elders as well as stakeholders should guide themselves with the following documents: the Sir Henry Willinks Commission Report of 1958, The Ogoni Bill of Rights, The Kaiama Declaration document of the Ijaw Youth Council, The General Alexander Ogomudia Committee Report, The Niger Delta Technical Committee Report which contains the Pre- amnesty issues and agreement with the government of Nigeria in 2009. Then, the framework can be drawn for achieving the short, medium and long term objectives toward the restoration of our land and reparation for the people that have been raped and colonized since 1914.

No amount of military action and surge will stop us from halting the flow of the oil from our land to sustain Nigeria. This is our land that we are the masters of its battlefields. We have warned earlier that we want the " Peace with honour, no more peace of our time". Any meeting with this government should be seen as driving a combustible vehicle laden with fire to safety; it must be driven with carefulness.

Just In: You Pretend To Be "As White As Snow" While You Are The Most Corrupt Dictator In The History Of Africa--The Avengers Blasts Buhari

Thursday 20 October 2016

The High Command of the NIGER DELTA AVENGERS (NDA ) is constrained to write you Mr. President, General Muhammadu Buhari on your continuous disparaging remarks; since the cessation and suspension of hostilities by our fighters for liberation of the Niger Delta from economic colonialism of Nigeria.

We are curious of comments like " Niger Delta militants objective is to colonize Nigeria economically "... "Niger Delta militants are sponsored by economic looters"... During the Passing Out Parade (POP) of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) 63rd Regular Course; where you personally issued misleading statements and threats of decisive military action- if necessary to deal with Niger Delta agitation because you have purportedly opened up channels of talks through security agencies/agents and the Multinational Corporations.

Mr. President do democratically elected governments open channels for talks in situations like we have in the Niger Delta through security agencies/agents or you are assuming the Niger Delta as a conquered colony in your 1984 Era?

Click To Read: BIAFRA: "WHEN WILL JOHN TSOHO BE SACKED?....I WANT HIM SACKED AS A JUDGE"--NNAMDI KANU THUNDERED

Mr President, you continue to emphasize on the charade you called " the flagged off process to the clean up of Ogoni land" as part of your government's program to salvage the ravaged environment. We are disturbed with the type of rhetoric and politics you are degenerating your age and authority as president of federal republic of Nigeria on issues concerning Niger Delta since you came into office.

You continue to live in pretense and blind to the history of the Niger Delta agitation because of some psychopaths around and advising you... as far as you are concerned, You are as white as the snow! But do I recalled that you were once a military governor, a minister of petroleum, military head of state and chairman Petroleum Trust Fund and general Sani Abacha's henchman (the most corrupt dictator in the history of Africa).

To say the least, your hands are soiled deep in the blood of Kenule Saro Wiwa (the Ogoni nines), events leading up to the pollution of Ogoni land that you are politicizing the clean up process. Wait a moment, how come your government is glorifying a charade called Ogoni clean up while you were a major player in that crime! How can you justify Ogoni clean up at the same time constitute a Task Force Called "Operations Delta Safe" that is embarking on environmental pollution with the burning and bombing of petroleum products in the guise of fighting oil theft? Does that amount to lack of genuine ideas or sincerity? OR at least, is there no relationship between environmental pollution and the ongoing indiscriminate burning and bombing of petroleum products by operatives of the so-called " Operations Delta Safe?

Must Read: Biafra: Bombshell! My Refusal To Accept Buhari's Bribe To Rig Election For APC Led To DSS' "Goose Chase" Against Me--Justice Inyang Opens "Can-Of-Worms"

Mr. President basically, some other factors fueling the Niger Delta conflict are corruption engendered by successive government that you served since oil becomes the commonwealth of the nation Nigeria. What is wrong in president simply producing a copy of secondary school leaving certificate instead hiring 13 Senior Advocates of Nigeria to suppress the judiciary? Whilst you start the Ogoni clean up process; what is wrong in reviewing the Sir Henry Willinks Commission Report 1958? The Ogoni Bill of Rights, The Kaiama Declaration document of the Ijaw Youths Council, The General Alexander Ogomudia Committee Report, and The Leedum Mitee led Niger Delta Technical Committee Report?

Conclusively, we are not in the trenches for the shake of arm struggle, the people of Niger Delta; our forefathers have always resisted the colonization and exploitation of the land... Since antiquity even without weapons against all form of occupation army, as such we wonder how your desire for decisive military action is going to win this war in your four years term to end our legitimate objective of controlling our resources for posterity.
