By Arọ Obadịgboo | Biafra Writers

As the agitation for the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra gains ground, the indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, keep building her leadership base and capacity. Her principal officers constantly receive orientation seminars and training on how best to carry out their tasks in their various areas of jurisdiction.

On Sunday, 23rd February 2020, the IPOB Family in Anambra North Senatorial District carried out Leadership Orientation Seminar for the principal Officers from unit level to Senatorial level. Over five hundred (500) principal Officers from the Senatorial District took part in the seminar. Specifically, the families in attendance include Anambra East, Anambra West, Ayamelum, Ogbaru, Onitsha North, Onitsha South, and Oyi Local Government Areas.

The Anambra State Coordinator and his team also graced the program. The Principal Officers in attendance were schooled on the following:
  1. Chain of command/Command and Control structure
  2. Obedience to the Leadership
  3. Discipline
  4. Carrying out tasks as when due
  5. Importance of transparent and accountable leadership and lots more.

The Hero of Our Time

The orientation seminar will be extended to all the Local Government Areas, zones and units. It will be carried out on a regular basis to further keep our principal Officers ready and prepared for the task ahead.

IPOB has penetrated almost every village and town in Biafra-land. Hence training of her principal Officers is paramount. IPOB is waxing strong because of the level of discipline in the system, and that discipline is being sustained with leadership orientation seminars and training.

The battle we fight is enormous. The leadership and followership alike are expected to be in high spirit, prepared and mentally equipped to execute the audacious task facing them. We are fully committed to this task. The restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra is a task that must be done for the sake of our fallen heroes and our unborn generation. As God lives, we are sure of victory.
All hail Biafra!
