The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has made and is still making a lot of impact in its pursuit for the emancipation, freedom and independence of Biafrans in the black continent, therefore, it is not a thing of surprise to see critics trying all they can to drag the foremost freedom fighting outfit into infamy with all their malignant, repugnant and slanderous statements and activities against the exemption of all other multitudes of pro-Biafra group.
The absence of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did not spell doom to the Biafra struggle neither did it cause the collapse of their activities as conspirators and the savagery Nigerian government envisaged and while we demand for his release from the marauding terrorist Fulani-led Nigerian army, we are at the drawing board utilizing our time in progressive strategizing on the way forward. Biafrans should not retire for we can only live one life as Biafrans.
In the Bible, Gideon fought and defeated Midian with only 300 men, Israel defeated Philistine via David's sling. Exploits as this requires tested and trustworthy vessels willing to make costly sacrifices if need be. We do not need compromised elites who are politically soiled and who are inclined to bargain with the lives of our youths. Leaders who are mute to the decay and anomaly in the land, self-seeking political leaders whose only aim is the mundane acquisition of political posts and power. We abhor the so-called leaders who wine and dine with our murderers and come out to please them by castigating our efforts and sacrifices to self-determination, the so-called elites, basking in the euphoria of national cake while the masses wallow in penury? The land is encompassed as a conquered territory by armed personnel exploiting, traumatizing, maltreating and even eliminating hapless and defenseless natives, while their acclaimed leaders look the other way, who needs such people as leaders?

In IPOB, our sole aim is the complete and unmitigated restoration of a sovereign state of Biafra where equal rights of citizens and social amenities abound. It is high time we collectively say no to these self-centred political elites and embrace our identity with love and respect. Say 'No' to disdain, sabotage, discouragement and backstabbing for Biafra is all we live for. If you are not Arewa or Oduduwa, who are you?
The Arewas live a nomadic lifestyle, traveling the nooks and crannies of every region, doing all odd jobs available and making money that is never invested elsewhere but in their land. They move, live and stay in clusters and when they travel, they go en masse to engage in farm work and develop their places because they believe in whom they are.
The northerners never invest anywhere but in their region, this is because, they believe in their culture, religion and teachings given to them over the years. The northern richest businessman, Aliko Dangote only has outlets and shops but not any built structure in other regions. We all need to borrow a leaf from this and live for who we are. It is indeed time to wake up Biafrans!

On the other hand, Oduduwas seem to be more accommodating and smart, they allow others into their land, allow them to build, develop and establish estates, then turn around to impose and enforce taxes against them. Many at times, they exploit tenants and backstab others to gain favours.
All in all, their territory get developed and opened up for civilization, foreign investors and investments, they do not like doing stressful jobs but strategize to realize their goals. In so doing, they get developed, while Biafrans continue to struggle in their lands to empower them financially, bring them more development and get them well-equipped. It is high time we have a rethink and rechannel our resources, talents and energies to the creation of a greater Biafra we shall all be proud to call our own. She is all we are and need. Biafrans let's all wake up from our slumber!
