Gone are the days when a few political jobbers and merchants masquerading as leaders of Ohanaeze Ndigbo will be leveraging at the expense of the common people they claim to be representing. No, that can't continue anymore. Days of keeping silent, standing still and watching things go on the wrong way are gone. This is what is obtainable when a people fail to realize that they need to do something about their bad situation, their situation will remain the same forever or even get worse. Ohanaeze, there is a great force in the East, roving everywhere and you cannot subdue it. That is the force of total revolution.
Ohanaeze as coined by some hungry-striven individuals looking for avenues to amass wealth for their family members and cronies only, has remained a fiefdom for local criminals.
They masquerade as those who feels the pulse of the people they claim to represent but that's not the case; that is one of their criminal instincts. When they arrive from Abuja, they come back with zilch for the people but with plenty for their families; they are bought over to further enslave and endanger the people.
The silent days and pardons has hit a roadblock. There is an important fact Ohanaeze should note; every beginning has an end and every rise has a fall. If Ohanaeze fails to acknowledge the truth that the people are poised for total revolution, then the restructuring summit they are organizing to further enslave the people in one Nigeria, will see to their end. That an elder has a gray hair in his head, doesn't mean that the elder is above mistake.
A life in Nigeria, represented by Ohanaeze, is more deadly than death. Come Monday, the 21st of May, 2018, is a day for Ohanaeze to get it right by cancelling the summit and send a strong message to the cabals in the North that the East is been locked down by her youths. No amount of security forces will stop the youths from invading the venue of the summit. Since Ohanaeze dared the youths, whatever they see, they take. A tree can never make a forest.
