Who will believe it?
Silence ages past as a race was on the verge of extinction, humanity sat on the fence watching in awe
The grave plan was conceived at 10 downing street in London, the Hausa Fulani hegemony executed it, while the Yorubas celebrated the cold murder
Who will believe it?
The rape of our mothers
The mutilation of the breasts that fed us
The forced marriage of the daughters of the rising sun
And the burying of their seeds which kept sprouting and blossoming

Who will believe it?
The feast for scavengers made with their flesh
The vultures got tired of being served human flesh
They served them a red wine made with their blood
The vulture rejected to eat and drink further in protest
Who will believe it?
The earth opened as death dropped from the sky
The marching murderers from the land
At the command of their Masters

Their tears and agony knows no bound
All day and night they cried and yearned for vengeance
Though the world feigns deaf and dumb
It grieves them no one remembers them
Only the restoration of their legacy will give them rest
Who will remember us, they cry
Who will sit at home and remember us on 30th May they say?
Who will tell our tale of horrors and woes amid great denial by their killers they mumbled?
While the world continues to feign deaf and dumb
The enemy has not stopped killing
Yet we are remembering you on 30th may
Oh, we will surely avenge!
Rest in peace my beloved fathers and mothers
