NIGERIA DEMOCRACY DAY IS A WHITE SEPULCHRE

NIGERIA:
NIGERIA DEMOCRACY DAY IS A WHITE SEPULCHRE

Democracy Day is a public holiday that was created by Nigeria government to mark what it termed long uninterrupted civil rules by the Northern and South Western military juntas that held the oil enclave hostage for several decades. It is held annually on May 29. This public holiday commemorates the restoration of democracy when the newly elected military man Olusegun Obasanjo who recycled himself into power, took office as the President of Nigeria in May 1999 to end multiple decades of military rule that began in 1966 and had been interrupted only by a brief period of democracy from 1979 to 1983.

Thus, the contraption that is notorious and hostile to civil rule suddenly turned democratic overnight and enacted certain date as its annual democracy day.
After gaining independence in 1960 from Great Britain, Nigeria through its unintelligent and uneducated military junta led by Yakub Gowon, embarked on a civil war against the Biafrans who foresaw their undemocratic nature, and modern slavery of the British creation, and decided to opt out because they have already made the land uninhabitable to cultured Biafrans who never for once fired a single shot, even on the very day they declared independent.

REALATED: IT IS RED MONDAY ON BIAFRA'S HEROES’ REMEMBRANCE DAY ... AS NIGERIAN ARMY AND POLICE WENT ON RAMPAGE SHOOTING!

Between 1979 to 1983, the civil rule was briefly restored to the rogue nation only to resurfaced and dominated again for the next ten years! The last major military ruler, Sani Abacha, suddenly died in office in 1998, and he was succeeded by Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar who promised a transition to civil rule which they erroneously termed democracy.

On May 5th, 1999, elections were held and retired Olusegun Obasanjo, who had previously overned Nigeria as a military ruler, recycled himself as the new president of the rogue state. Curious minds continue to wonder why credible people and none ex-military rulers have never won elections in Nigeria. From this single indications, it was clear that the military men who fought against Biafra carefully sat down and device a menace by which they allowed rulerships to themselves through barrels of the gun.

Not only did they do that, they also altered serious states laws that clearly spelt how monetary allocations flow wings into the states should be handled, and enacted decrees to repeal those laws so that the states funds will be diverted to the federal coffers where they would be able to steal as many as they want without anybody raising eyebrows as we clearly saw in Sani Abacha's military junta period.

What happened during his time was an indication to show the heinous ploy those military rulers had over their targeted group which they always pretend about. When Obasanjo came to power, the song of "democracy day" rent the air. All the ruling class and became frenzy about it. They sang it until May 29th, each year was made a democracy day in which they celebrate the change from military rule to civilian rule.

ALARM: ALARM! ALARM! ALARM! ... @WILLIE OBIANO, LISTEN!!!!

Suffice it to say that the word DEMOCRACY in Nigeria political dictionary is not actually the same in meaning with international politics. While international politics clearly defined democracy with its norms and objectives being implemented to better the lives of their teaming people, Nigeria "democracy" is clearly different both in meaning and in practice.

What politicians call "Democracy" in Nigeria is the time period the military rulers stopped their incessant coups and counter-coups and recycled themselves into office without gun and khaki uniforms. But the character, actions, administration, voice, mode and even motions applied in their "Democracy" are not different from military action. Yet with this wide differences, the political class of the entity called Nigeria do shamelessly on yearly basis make a hell of noise in the electronic and print media, wasting billions of public fund that they are celebrating "Democracy day" a sham they created to hold the public sway.

Democracy is not the type Nigeria claims to celebrate May, 29th every year. There is virtually nothing democratic about what the government under Muhommadu Buhari did this May 29th, is a mockery of democracy. How can he talk of democracy when he flagrantly violated the democratic norms for electioneering as a presidential candidate?

How can he talk of democracy when he disobeyed court orders and held innocent people like Nnamdi Kanu, the founder of Radio Biafra and leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra incarcerated for several months now? Do those actions bequeath a democratic leader? The political class of the expired contraption have for decades now been seriously joking about Democrat and everything it stands for, presenting themselves as Democratic when they are actually not.

Nigeria government under Buhari has again this year shown its hypocrisy and lying nature by claiming what it is not. Their democracy day celebration is a white sepulchre which appears beautiful outside but inside is the decayed corpses as can be seen in Bukola Saraki message who was quoted saying, " ...democracy as not only the most globally accepted system of government but
also the best solution to the problems confronting a multicultural, multilingual and multi-religious society like Nigeria."

ZOO PRESIDENT TALKS ABOUT DEMOCRACY 29th MAY[video]

Democracy is neither understood nor practised in the British warehouse whose thieving rulers are always quick to borrow things from civilised countries only to corrupt it to suit themselves, the same way they have done to the word Democracy without valuing its significance, impacts and roles it has played in countries and societies all over the world who practise genuine Democracy.

True Democracy does not give room for leaders to insensitively trample on people's human rights as we see Muhammed Bahari do in the past twelves calendar months he assumed office. He killed and smeared people's blood on his royal stool to become president. He has continued to boast of sending the Niger Delta Avengers to their early grave, a thing he had done all his life. Yet he comes on television and radio to present a message on Democracy day, a thing he knows nothing about.
