IPOB RIGHT TO SELF DETERMINATION, BRITISH-BUHARI'S DEFIANCE AGAINST 2007 UN RESOLUTION ON INDIGENOUS PEOPLE AND A ROAD TO A BLOODY AND FULL BLOWN WAR.

On 2nd March, 1807, the trans-atlantic slave was abolished, one of the major reasons for its abolishment was to set the people free and give them the right to determine their future. But those who are against this slave abolishment, especially the British have continue to devise means and strategies to ensure that slavery continues. First, they came to Africa, Nigeria, Biafra Land and continued their slavery in the guise of colonialism, now they are still in Biafra Land in the guise of neo-colonialism all in a bid to perpetuate slavery, all in a bid to ensure that the Indigenous People Of Biafra remain slaves in Nigeria and do not have the right to determine their Economic, Cultural and Political future.

Due to this British political maneuver in Africa, the UN on 13th of September 2007 declared that all indigenous people across the world shall no longer be enslaved through any guise, including the guise of neo-colonialism, thus saying that they now have right to self determination, the declaration read thus,

"indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development"

The charter continued in Article 4;
"Indigenous peoples, in exercising their right to self-determination, have the right to autonomy or self-government in matters relating to their internal and local affairs, as well as ways and means for financing their autonomous functions"

The charter went ahead in Article 16 to condemn the Nigeria government failed attempt on shutting down Radio Biafra, saying,

"Indigenous peoples have the right to establish their own media in their own languages and to have access to all forms of non-indigenous media without discrimination"

UN fully aware of the British tradition of subversion of law and justice in Africa went ahead and state thus,

"Nothing in this Declaration may be used to deny any peoples their right to self-determination, exercised in conformity with international law".

It is on this legal premise and UN declaration that the Indigenous People Of Biafra world wide under the Leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu have decided and on the process of restoring Biafra in accordance with international law in order to freely determine their economic and political future. But Major General Muhammadu Buhari in his defiance against Biafra restoration and UN 2007 resolution on indigenous people have continued his bloody clampdown on unarmed Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB.

Muhammadu Buhari backed by Britiain, with his open hatred against the Biafrans, with his belief of taking jihad to the Atlantic Ocean and with his tyrannic nature still running in his blood have vowed to Allah to either crush unarmed IPOB or lead the entire Hausa/Fulani into the ocean and drown. In a bid to keep his promise of crush/jihad to Allah, he (Buhari) ordered the Nigeria army to shoot at sight unarmed IPOB who are praying at National high school Aba on 9 Feb 2016, killing 22 Biafrans and taking the bodies of 13 which they buried in a borrow pit in Aba.

Instead of the brutal killing to serve the supposed purpose of Buhari quest of silencing IPOB movement, it triggered it. IPOB keep recording success in geometric progression both home and abroad. This IPOB great success was indeed frustrating the old man's (buhari) plans which at a point clouded his brain with confusion and without seeking wise council, he ordered his army general to deploy his soldiers, armored tanks and machine guns to IPOB 50 years anniversary celebration of Biafran fallen heroes and heroines.

The standing order given to the deployed soldier with machine guns and armored tanks was to shoot at sight any man, woman or children seen with a Biafran T-shirt, flag or any Biafran paraphernalia. The deployed soldiers did exactly as they were commandeered, killing more than 50 Biafrans, some of them were women and children.

The fact that the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu tow the path of peace and rule of law does not mean that they are cowards or that they do not have the capacity to sink Nigeria, but they chose the path of International law in order to fulfill all righteousness and to justify their imminent destruction of Nigeria's armament, now that Buhari has declared war on them.

Mohammadu Buhari in his defiance has fired several shots on several occassions on  Biafrans, provoking them to war, now that the Biafrans have been pushed to the wall, the world shall look forward toward seeing an imminent bloody war which shall usher in the republic of Biafra.
