COUNT DOWN TO YET ANOTHER BIAFRAN FALLEN HEROES DAY - MAY 30TH, 2016.

Heroes Day in Aba With Nnamdi Kanu-30th May 2015

We; the indigenous people of Biafra, (IPOB) under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu, the director of radio Biafra and Biafra TV, use this opportunity to welcome humanity to another Biafran Heroes day. Its time for another edition of the unforgetable Biafran Heroes day and this year 2016 edition promises to be the very best of the worldwide crowd pulling event.

 We will observe our annual fallen heroes day, everywhere we are found in the world, come May 30th 2016, as instituted by the leadership of the Indigenous people of Biafra. This is one of the ways we keep the spirits of our fallen heroes alive until the republic of Biafra is finally restored and beyond.

The 2015 episode is still fresh in our memory, for those in Biafra land and the contraption called Nigeria, it was held in Enyimba city of Aba, Abia state, where the presence of our prophet and indefatigable leader Nnamdi Kanu on that sunny but cool and breezing saturday 30th May, 2015 attracted the largest crowd in the history of Biafra in a single event. All the clans of the indigenous people of Biafra; Ijaw, Itsekiri, Ibibio-Efik, Igbo, Igbo-uzo, Igbanke, Ogoni, Igala, Igbo-Akiri, Ogoja, and more, were represented.

 We cannot forget how his thunderous voice called us together via our sacrosanct radio; “Radio Biafra”, and activated the spirit of "Biafranism" in us. The risen sun shined on the head of the children of God; (Chi-Ukwu Okike Abhiama), in acceptance of our offering and  remembrance on that day. After that day, the lives of the indigenous people of Biafra have changed for better because it was a day we discovered who we truly are, and today we are stronger for the restoration of our dear nation Biafra.

It will be happening again on Monday May 30th 2016, we shall gather again with a high spirit to honour our fallen heroes. We shall remember all those who were murdered by the British colonial masters before 1967, we shall remember those who died in the Biafra genocide of 1967-1970, we shall also remember all our heroes who died from 1971 to 2016, including our fathers, mother, brothers, sisters and children who were shot dead by the murderous Nigerian army, police, navy and DSS during our peaceful protest in Aba, Portharcurt (Igweocha), Onitsha, and our people massacred by Fulani boko haram herdsmen janjaweed, in Agatu, Nimbo, Awgu, Umuchigbo and other parts of Biafra land.

Biafrans and friends of Biafra in Diaspora will observe this sacred event in all the countries and territories where they are found, while Biafrans in Nigeria and in Biafra land will converge in Biafra land at a venue which will be communicated by the leadership of the indigenous people of Biafra via our various media platforms. We are welcoming all Biafrans as we are aware that they are already prepared and ready for the day. Offcourse, Biafrans cannot afford to disappoint humanity and our great prophet and leader; Nnamdi Kanu (POC).

Finally, we also welcome the international media. ECOWAS, AU, ICC, EU, UN, US, Human right organistions and activists, men and women of goodwill around the world, to come and witness this great event. We are the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), our land is under occupation by the murderous Islamic state of Nigeria, we only seek self-determination and we are ready to give our live for it. Self-determination is a universal law. It is either Biafra or nothing.
