John Tsoho came in, in the case of a Treason charge levelled against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra as a judge with “Justice” attached to his name, delivered a just ruling in the first application of the prosecution to allow masked witnesses to testify against Kanu. He ruled that it will amount to a perversion of justice for the court to sit in camera and for witnesses who wish to testify against a citizen of the land facing a trial of Treasonable Felony to appear in masks. This the much the "Justice" attached to his name could go before he lost it.
Yes, because, this ruling appeared to go contrary to the ruling and judgement earlier passed by the “Head of State” President of Nigeria Mr Muhammadu Buhari, at his first media briefing. The Nigeria dictator, former military junta, at his maiden media chat found Nnamdi Kanu guilty of Treason, for having dual citizenship. He said, "Kanu has dual citizenship, he has two International Passports and him, Kanu came into Nigeria using none of them". And again, he imported a radio transmitter with which to broadcast Radio Biafra…..”He has a treasonable felony charge on him and” he added….”I hope the court will listen to this”.

Now having concluded that Nnamdi Kanu has committed treason even before the court hears the case, just for having dual citizenship and importing a transformer, to broadcast Radio Biafra, it becomes imperative for the prosecution to find every conceivable mean to find Nnamdi Kanu guilty using the said allegations.
So it was a huge disappointment on the first Judge, Justice Mohamadu Buhari, when the second Judge Justice John Tsoho, objected to secret trial and masquerades witnesses. He has to be summoned and warned seriously to lick his own vomit and reverse that judgement or meet with an unexpected accident. This threat did not just come alone. It was closely followed with mouth watering bribe of N200M and a promise of an appointment to the highest judicial position in Nigeria. So John Tsoho did not just come back to “lick his soured vomit”, but lick those of the members of the prosecution, that instead of acting as a judge which he is, he turned himself into the Prosecutor in the case he is presiding as the judge.

Justice Tsoho, [now prosecuting Nnamdi Kanu], in vacating his earlier judgement and admitting masquerades witnesses, referred the court to the case that happened in Ivory Coast where witnesses testified through a TV monitor and therefore insisted that masquerades will testify.
But it will be recalled here that Ivory Coast does not practice same legal system as Nigeria. In spite of that, the prosecutor cum Judge, John Tsoho ruled that masquerades will testify.
This bizarre ruling has been condemned worldwide by notable legal institutions around the world and the defence team has since gone for an appeal to stop this crime against humanity that is about to take place in the court of John Tsoho.
To really substantiate the evil conspiracy and plans to subvert justice by the presiding judge, for over 4 weeks after the adjournment on the case in question, Justice John Tsoho refused to make available the certified true copies of all his judgements contrary to the rule that copies of judgements be made available at the court for the prosecution or defence to use for their legal works, not exceeding 7days from the date judgement.

Why Is John Tsoho hiding his judgement from the defence team? Why is, the judiciary destroying the rule of law? Nigeria has broken every know laws in the books. It is now obvious that citizen Nnamdi Kanu will never have a fair hearing in the Nigerian court as long as the dictator and Hitler of Africa, General Muhammadu Buhari remains in charge and in total control of all the three arms of the government.
He is steering the country called Nigeria into destruction. The Judiciary is not independent, the Legislature is not independent, and he, Mohammadu Buhari is at the head of the executive arm of the government.
So, the contraption called Nigeria and her citizens are like puppets in a theatre, and Muhammadu Buhari holds the strings that control what each of the puppets do. With the recklessness he is pulling on these strings, there is every tendency that the chords may break at any point leading to malfunction of the puppets or total crumble of the puppets. That time is not far.
So as Prosecutor cum judge, John Tsoho mounts the bench tomorrow, what is going to happen? Will he do the unthinkable and really put Nigeria top in the list of countries with the most corrupt judiciary or save the Nigeria judiciary from shame and disrepute by actually doing the needful? The answer remains in the hammer of John Tsoho.
