NIGERIAN JUDICIARY ARE BIAS AND INCOMPETENCE IN KANU'S CASE:

BIAFRA
It is a shame to the Federal Republic of Nigeria in this continuous display of incompetence and bias in the case of the leader of The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the director of Radio Biafra. The continuous perversion of justice through series of adjournment by the Nigerian Judiciary has become so appalling that it continues to taint the already damaged image of the country. To show the extent of the incompetence in the judiciary, John Tsoho who denied the application for the use of masked witnesses to testify against Nnamdi Kanu in his previous rulings had a change of mind overnight and instead struck out same rulings to allow masked witnesses in an open court proceeding.

Competent judges and courts have ruled and acquitted Nnamdi Kanu of all charges levied against him but Muhammadu Buhari through his murderous agents the Department of State Services (DSS) will not respect court rulings but instead, dare the consequences of such felonious acts. After all the efforts of the DSS in suppressing the activities of the IPOB failed, it has thus schemed to label the IPOB a terrorist group. The latest flagrant display of unprofessionalism that is already founding wanting in this organ of the government is the malicious accusation that the IPOB killed and buried some nomads from the northern part of Nigeria and in total, fifty dead bodies buried in a shallow grave in Abia State. An allegation that has been rebuffed by the Abia State and Imo state respectively.

Whereas, the president of Nigeria that is so much interested in keeping Nigeria one has turned a blind eye to the killings, maiming, and destruction perpetrated by his kinsmen; the Fulani herdsmen. These dreaded nomads have killed nothing less than one thousand innocent and peaceful Biafrans. Their invasion of Biafraland has seen properties and businesses worths millions of Naira destroyed. Yet, Buhari and his DSS has never taken any step to either reject these murderous nomads or put to book. Different sort of misgovernance by the Buhari administration have seen illegal abduction, detention, rejection and killing on the rise. A critical case is that of Nnamdi Kanu.

Buhari has promised to ensure he carries out all his wicked and murderous plans. Buhari has rendered the Nigerian judiciary, legislative and executive useless. He influences court verdicts and disobey court verdicts at will. The destruction of Biafraland by the Hausa-Fulani foot soldiers (Fulani herdsmen) is a well-orchestrated plan by Buhari and the DSS. With all these ongoing atrocities, one begs to question why is it that: Buhari finds it difficult to accommodate some opposing voices, what is the rationale behind the killing of Christians and is it not expected of a president to seeing to the protection of life and properties of people that live in Nigeria? Regardless of the menace in the society and evils meted on Biafrans by Buhari and his murderous agents, Biafra and IPOB will always win.
