JUSTICE MOORE ASEIMO ADUMEIN:BE COURAGEOUS AND ALLOW JUSTICE TO PREVAIL.

Today, Monday 25th April, 2016 is 'another day' for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPoB). We have waited tirelessly for this day. It's a day that will determine the true stand of the Nigerian Judiciary in upholding justice. Needless to say, there is no evidence of any kind against Nnamdi Kanu. Having been exposed, the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari is having a personal grudge against him.

With the recent activities carried out by the President and his Special Security cum killer Squad, the DSS, isn't it very obvious that they are persecuting instead of prosecuting him? Justice Moore, the rule of law is very much in danger and it is entirely up to you to defend it. It would be very nice to say it at this point that upholding your dignity and wisdom as a learned gentleman is very much important in this case.

Perversion of justice has been experienced in the Judiciary and it must be sanitized. As Nnamdi Kanu goes to Court today, not for any other than to seek a redress on a perverted justice by a highly compromised Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, since he took over the case his other learned colleagues recused themswlves from.

In this case involving the director of Radio Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it is in the best interest of the Nigerian nation that the integrity and independence of the Judiciary is upheld. Avoid impropriety in all activities concerning this case. Your experience in many years of service and the residual wisdom of a competent Chief Judge should be applied in making sure that your duty is performed, fairly, impartially, and diligently.
The world is watching, remember? And whatever judgement you pronounce will either promote or demote public confidence in the Judiciary.

Justice Moore should not allow political, financial or any other relationship to influence judicial conduct and judgement. He should be faithful to, and maintain professional competence and rule of law, and not be swayed by partisan interest, public clamor or fear of criticism.

From all indications, it is very clear that Nnamdi Kanu is innocent of all the allegations levelled against him and should get justice from the Court. If Justice Moore will put this little advice in practice, equity and justice is guaranteed.
