During the proceedings, he, Nnamdi Kanu disclosed to the public at the permission of Judge A. R. Muhammed, “Thank you very much my Lordship, but my objection is that I will not receive a fair trial before this Court. The information I got is that I will not receive a fair trial before this Court".
Can you imagine that when Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra was abducted by the DSS, the whole plan of Muhammadu Buhari was to secretly execute him and then deny knowing his where about. When that awful plan was exposed to the world by the Indigenous People of Biafra, alarm was raised which repelled that nefarious act as well as forced the DSS to arraign Nnamdi Kanu at the Court for justice to prevail as supposed. Prior to that, the case so far in the Court had rendered no justice to the accused and all the Court proceedings were just a charade - just as the Accused stated above.

At the beginning, Justice John Tsoho whom the government of Nigeria hired, vowed to render fair hearing but got trapped on the way with money, and began making dramatic and pretentious proclamations in the Court by reversing his own judgment, from granting public trial to approving the conspired secret trial after he had been compromised by Muhammadu Buhari.
Little wonder on his Presidential Media Chats in December, 2015, Muhammadu Buhari hinted that he was preparing a new Judge to do his bidding, and there, was John Tsoho, who made true reflection on that. The Judiciary known for the protection of human rights and a stronghold for the oppressed was totally altered in Nigeria under the watch of this (In)Justice John Tsoho.
However, based on these shambolic proceedings of the so-called Justice Tsoho, on April 2016, the team of lawyers to Nnamdi Kanu filed an appeal (in the Appeal Court) which Justice Moore Adumein is to preside over. It is common knowledge that the Nigerian Judiciary is frought with bribery and corruption, but we hope to see a new leaf on Justice Moor Adumein. He should know that so many things are expected of him.
“An Apple is nothing but the taste, texture and color we experience of it”. Justice Moore Adumein should know that justice is nothing but how impartial it is dispensed. He should practically demonstrate that he is truly unbiased and on the right side of justice; make a revamping and rigid judgement which will bring the Judiciary and the dignity of justice to life. We urge him reject the disease of corrupt mindedness Tsoho had so far injected in the Judiciary.

He should also note that so many judges who initially presided over this case withdrew voluntarily because they voraciously understood the mischievous approach to use the Judiciary to persecute and execute innocent Nnamdi Kanu through their approval, even as there has not been any evidence of crime whatsoever against him by the Gestapo-DSS.
Finally, we urge Justice Moore Adumein to write his name in gold by standing against prejudice, and resist any effort to be compromised by the forces of corruption and the lures of tyrant Muhammadu Buhari. We are hopeful that come tomorrow April 25th 2016, Justice Moore Adumein would redeem the already bastardised image of the Judiciary, which John Tsoho has vowed never to uphold in truth and honesty.
