OBVIOUS INJUSTICE IN NNAMDI KANU'S TRIAL Hon. Justice Tsoho is inappropriate, biased, and contradicting himself which is a clear prove to his partiality.

On the 19th of February, the headline on Justice Tsoho's ruling was; "Biafra: Court denies FG's appeal to secretly try Nnamdi Kanu" and on the 7th of March, the headline on the same same presided over by the same judge was; "Biafra: Witnesses to testify in secret" Different judgements on the same issue from the same judge in the same court on two different occasions. What does this tell you? This shows that there is a systematic plan to deny Mazi Nnamdi KANU Justice.

It was this same judge who denied Mazi Nnamdi Kalu bial on the reasons that Mazi Kanu was a threat to national security, secondly, that if released might commit the same offence again and thirdly, that there was a probability that Nnamdi Kanu might jump bail because he possessed dual citizenship. These were after Mazi Kanu had previously been granted bail on the same case. Justice Tsoho is obviously working for the FG and DSS, not just to overturn Mazi Kanu's bail but also to grant all the requests of the DSS. All he does is anything DSS and Buhari wants him to. DSS and Buhari is running the proceedings, not the judge. They, Buhari and DSS are also using the newspapers to put out wrong information. What they want to do is fake an attack on our leader Nnamdi Kanu's way to court, kill him in the process and claim IPOB was trying to snatch him. They had the nerve to lie to the newspapers that the reason they refused people entry into the court contrary to judge Tsoho's earlier ruling was because IPOB was planning an attack inside the same court. From the study of this judges rulings and performance so far, he is clearly playing a puppet in the hands of Buhari and his DSS. We shout so that the world will hear and see the injustice going on.
