EXPECT A SURPRISE IN COURT TOMORROW AS NIGERIA PREPARES TO ANSWER A CASE AT ECOWAS COURT. Tomorrow being the 7th of March, The director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television and the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra will appear in court in continuation of his unjust trial by the Nigerian republic. During his last hearing which took place on the 19th of February, the Nigerian government had asked a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to protect its witnesses from the public during the trial of the self-proclaimed leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. However, The trial judge, Justice James Tsoho said the prosecution did not furnish the court with enough evidence to show that, it’s witnesses were in danger, other than a mere mention by the prosecutor that his witnesses are scared for their lives. Justice Tsoho said he agreed with the Counsel to the accused persons that the demeanour of a witness is important in helping the court decide if he is a witness of truth or otherwise. He also said that the state has all of the resources to ensure that the witnesses in the suit are protected.
On another case, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has taken the Federal Government of Nigeria to the ECOWAS Court in a Suit No ECW/CCJ/APP/06/16 filed at the Court in Abuja on Thursday March 3, 2016, Kanu’s counsel Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor is claiming on behalf of his client that his continued detention violates Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 20 of the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights; Articles 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 12, 22 and 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; Articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 13, 17, 20, 21 and 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; Article 22 Paragraph 1, of the Covenant of the League of Nations; as well as Resolution 2625 (Xxv) of the United Nations Charter of 1970 and Rulings of courts of competent jurisdiction and orders made directing the defendants to release which were flagrantly disobeyed. It is expected that the case filed by Nnamdi KANU might affect the federal high court's judgement in Abuja tomorrow owing to the fact that the Nigerian President, attorney general, minister of Justice and the Director of DSS has a bigger case to answer, and understands that any further unlawful dealing will definitely worsen the situation for them, though you can not for sure tell the level of daftness and ignorance of the dictator in power. Currency is to make means of buying and selling easy not for one to claim superiority over anothers currency. Quit the fighting and start adjusting to your commonness to move your life family community state country organisation world forward without looking back till you get to your golden gate and open it with your own hands from your own sweat
