For what I call ‘a bold step’ by Justice John Tsoho on 19th Feb 2016, I say bravo, for dismissing the plea by Nigerian government to have a secret trial and bringing masquerades as the witnesses against Nnamdi kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV. For me it is a victory over barbarism and undemocratic moves of black Hitler, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and his clueless advisers who seek to silence and sink anyone who speaks the truth. What a shame that Nigeria government could not provide a witness against Nnamdi Kanu four month after his arrest. How long is this corrupt government going to hold sway in the polity before people begin to speak out and condemn evil which is spreading now like a wild fire. If You Nigerians, your senators and entire legislative arm keep quiet, this raging fire will consume all of you.
However, I am still skeptical about the adjournment of the same case, after it has been proven that Nigerian government cannot produce a true witness who can publicly testify against Nnamdi Kanu. For the records, Nnamdi Kanu was arrested on 14th Oct. 2015. From 14th October 2015 to date is over four months Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention in Nigeria. I believe that a period of four month is more than enough time for Nigeria government to produce a true witness to testify against Nnamdi Kanu if their charges against him are true.
Let me reiterate here, that in as much as Justice John Tsoho has taken a bold step to restore the hope of common man by dismissing Nigerian government from bringing masquerades to testify against Nnamdi Kanu in a secret trial, I still smell a rat. If this is not a game, what else could be the reason for the adjournment from19th February to 7th running till 11th March 2016 if not to give Nigerian government more time to organize and perfect their false evidence and witnesses in other to ensure that Nnamdi Kanu is jailed? As instructed by tyrant Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
Justice John Tsoho should not think that he has calmed our nerves with his judgment of 19th Feb 2016; we are still expecting the needful to be done. Nnamdi Kanu must be freed as Nigeria cannot make any case against him.
