NIGERIA: IS NIGERIA REALLY A LAWLESS STATE?.....ON 29TH JANUARY, WE WILL KNOW

NIGERIA:
IS NIGERIA REALLY A LAWLESS STATE?.....ON 29TH JANUARY, WE WILL KNOW

There is a saying that  "A NATION WITHOUT LAW IS A LAWLESS NATION AND A LAWLESS NATION IS A LOST NATION" and according to Maxwell Anderson he said and I quote "Without law men are Beasts" unquote. Judging from what is happening in Nigeria today it is not sceptical any more. After seeing the disobedience of the law and the intimidations by Nigeria Government to the law keepers and  the law enforcement agencies' prowl on unlawful detentions and killings of innocent and unarmed civilians, that Nigeria is no doubt a lost nation and it's habitats are Beasts. Is it any doubt then that director Nnamdi Kanu refer Nigeria as a zoo?
Buhari
Starting from the illegal detention of Nnamdi Kanu on 14th of October 2016 without any tangible reason for his abduction by the State Security Service, the lack of knowledge of what to charge him for and caricature in handling  the case, have drawn the attention of the world to watch the "Nolywood drama of the DSS and Buhari's maiden media chat judgement on Kanu for carrying dual citizenship",  everyone is eager to know how laws are made and how they are kept in Nigeria.
LAW IS NOT LAW IF IT VIOLATES THE ETERNAL JUSTICE(Lydia Maria Child) The case of Nnamdi Kanu has to be followed closely without partiality and without the manipulation of the power of the judiciary to deliver unbiased and unprejudiced judgement.
The quest of Nnamdi for self determination and freedom should not be misinterpreted and should not be adulterated with treasonable felony against him as far as justice is concerned. Nnamdi Kanu should be given fair hearing based on the fundamental rights that guides human rights.

NNAMDI KANU

The question all should ask here is, "Does the quest for self determination violate any known law both locally and internationally?" Does Nnamdi Kanu's quest for the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra amount to wanting to topple Nigeria government with a view to taking it over (which is treason)? The answer is NO! Is there a document that states that after 100 years of Nigeria amalgamation, any component part that wants out is free to go? The answer is YES. So can anyone tell me where Nnamdi Kanu's crime is based. Can a legally expired country claim sovereignty?
Following the case critically, it has attracted the conscience of many experts - many Judges have intervened and Lawyers have advocated keen to protect the law. According to their performance so far they have shown their genuine knowledge of the law and their desire to protect them which is quite commendable!

                             HON JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO

On Friday 29th January 2016, the protection of law and the display of justice, equity and integrity are expected  from Hon Justice John Tsoho of Federal High Court Maitama when he'll be rulling on Kanu's bail application. We know that in the past, bails have been granted in the courts with such conditions that only Almighty God in Heaven is capable of meeting. Is that what will happen come 29th? As Hon John Tsoho may not bow to Buhari's pressure to deny Kanu bail, will he bow to hard and impossible bail conditions to keep him behind bars? Hon John Tsoho is expected not to despise the power of the law as he is looked upon to follow the implementation of Justice as Justice should be the priority of every Judge. We are watching, the world is watching the Nigeria drama.
