Men without dignity: Igbo political harlot Jim Nwobodo Others Defect To The APC

These are indeed bad times for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a former minister of Information, and governor of the old Anambra state, Chief Jim Nwobodo, on Friday, January 8, defected to the All Progressive Congress (APC).

Nwobodo, a former presidential aspirant and senator on the platform of the PDP, announced his defection at a meeting reportedly convened by Dr. Geoffrey Onyeama, the foreign affairs minister in Enugu state.
In his speech, Nwobodo condemned his former party.

He said: “You must always lose, what matters is the ability to rise again.

“I must condemn our former party, PDP – I know we had problems.

“I told our former chairman, how come did we allow five governors to leave the party?

“I am not looking for a job, I am talking because I want peace.

“I want our people to be part of the Federal Government at the centre.”

A former PDP senator from Enugu state, Chief Fidelis Okoro, also defected to the APC at the meeting.

  1. They will meet their unfortunate end there. They are not men but weaklings who cannot rebuild their fallen house. Let them defect to APC because they are distractions in PDP. Remember PDP means People's Democratic Party and APC means Alienated People's Conscience. Bunch of Vagabonds!

  2. They are running to escape EFCC/dasukigate since it is targeting d opposition so people must understand. No one wants to be talking from behind d bars. After dasukigate, may be powergate or NNPCgate will start and am sure all are corrupt bc of d foundation laid by obj since 1999. We must look critically d reason behind all these defections. Anenih and metuh are already in trouble so pdp house is on fire. Unless d anti-corruption gets to all including apc members, nigeria is in for a one party state!
