JUSTICE TSOHO ABSENT IN COURT... AS JUDICIARY REFUSES TO COMPROMISE

The fact that the Judge who is to preside over the Treasonable Felony charge brought against Prince Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigeria DSS is conspicuously absent in the court today is a clear indication that there is no compromise between it and the junta, Buhari. That was what happened when the  Chief Magistrate Shauibu Usman was asked to go against natural justice equity and good conscience, He rather declared his father dead and took a leave. When he later resumed in the court, he discharged and acquitted Mr Kanu and asked the DSS to release him unconditionally. It has happened again. The judge's father may have died so there is no "father's death" excuse here. Court hearing resumes Wednesday, 20th January, 2016 and the judge will be there. I know what the out come will be.We all know. "NO CHARGE AGAINST NNAMDI KANU"; DISCHARGED AND ACQUITTED!

Why do I say so? The case against Kanu is "Treasonable Felony". The last time I checked, the offence apply to person or persons who perpetrated an act of wedging war against the government of a nation with a view to topple such government for the purpose of taking it over, similar to what General Mohammadu Buhari, the present president of the Islamic Republic of Nigeria did on the 30th of December, 1983, when he toppled the democratically elected government of Alhaji Shehu Shagari in a military coup de tat. Has Nnamdi Kanu tried to topple Nigeria government or trying to take it over? The answer is NO. So I can vividly hear the judge telling the DSS again, "Next time when you want to present a suspect before me in a case of treasonable felony, find a real offender and not someone Advocating for Self Determination. RULING: DISCHARGED AND ACQUITTED. RELEASED UNCONDITIONALLY.

Nigeria has decayed and rotten, but .....but the judiciary is still holding their head above the waters.
Muhammadu Buhari and his agent DSS is determined to submerge the Judiciary in their filthy waters of corruption and injustce. But that is going to be in vain. They can fumble around for trumped up charges against Director Nnamdi Kanu, but everything ends up on what the constitution says, and the judges have decided NOT to look else where. Thumbs up for the Nigeria Bar Association for their two days boycott of the court. The Nigerian Bar Association says the protest is over the “failure of the government to comply with court orders and the violation of human rights”.

The only option open for Buhari now is to abolish the Nigerian constitution and invoke his dictatorial decrees against Kanu and that will be the end of Nigeria. All the senators and National Houses of Assembly [THE PARLIAMENT] and state Assemblies will go back to their constituencies, and then, Buhari will form the Supreme Military Council to try Nnamdi Kanu. But even with the military decree, Nnamdi Kanu never committed treasonable felony. So what is Buhari going to do? There is just one other option left. Invite Obasanjo to do his job.... poison Kanu as he did Yara***. Yet this last option will fail, because he, Obasanjo will eat the poison before he leaves his house. So, however you, you come against the anointed one of the most High God, you are bound to fail, because Biafra restoration is finished and ordained in Heaven, and there is nothing mere mortal can do about it. In the interim the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB under the auspices of the Directorate of State has assembled a powerful legal team led by Bar Ifeanyi Ejiofor to represent Director Nnamdi Kanu, The constitution has one interpretation. If Nnamdi Kanu did what Buhari did to the Government of Alhaji Shehu Shagari in 1983, he will be guilty. But if seeking for self determination as enshrined in the United Nations Charter on the rights of indigenous peoples and ratified by Nigeria constitution will turn out to be treason, the world is all ears to hear that. We are therefore asking Justice John Tsoho not to fail the judiciary, the only arm of the Nigeria government that still hold a semblance of sanity.
As we wait for the resumption of proceedings on Wednesday 20th January, when Justice John Tsoho will be presiding over the treasonable felony charge against Nnamdi Kanu, we enjoin all Biafrans to........ to P R A Y.
