BUHARI IN TROUBLE AT THE EU PARLIAMENT... AS HON JUSTICE TSOHO SETS TO GRANT NNAMDI KANU BAIL

The term absolutism means a political system where one person is to reign, free from any constraint.
There are many examples of historical figures who have risen to the government or who still remains with the use of force. Starting from Muhammadu Buhari, current Nigerian Islamic President, who has kept the government by eliminating political enemies by the use of the army to control the press, the citizenry and justice. Muhammadu Buhari is, and has always been, a dictator, unrepentant devil who exercises a dictatorship and, absolute, totalitarianism. The tyrannical tendencies of Buhari led to his overthrow of the government of Shehu Shagari on the 30th December, 2019 which he completely took over on the 1st of January 1984. The Nigerian state currently ruled by Muhammadu Buhari is a Terrorist State.
Amidst all this controversies about Kanu, more troubles now awaits President Muhammadu Buhari as he is billed to address the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016,
The President’s visit to the Parliament was at the invitation of the EU. Buhari would deliver his speech to the over 750-member parliament from the 28 EU member countries. Buhari will afterwards, have personal sessions with the President of the European Commission, because EU commission have some questions about the killings of Innocent Biafrans and the illegal extra judicial detention of Nnamdi Kanu, which Buhari must answers

EU would further put the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), with Nigeria on the front burner during Buhari’s visit. The EU envoy declared that the signing of EPA would not be an invasion of the European products into the Nigerian markets. EU had signed the EPA agreement with ECOWAS while most African countries had ratified it but wondered why Nigeria had not.
Great Biafrans, Wonderful Indigenous people of Biafra, KEEP protesting peacefully and unarmed. NEVER relent. Keep being Resolute and Determined, Because the restoration of the state of Biafra is more closer than you  can imagine. KEEP demanding the immediate and unconditional release of your Great Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by protesting, tweeting and sharing on social networks
Remember, "they will kill us, they will arrest us, but at the END, WE must win and Biafra shall be restored" Nnamdi Kanu is a young Man with the heart of a Lion. He always loved his homeland, Biafra, and its citizens. Because of marginalization, killings and massacres of the people of Biafra by the Nigerian government, he founded and became the leader of IPOB Indigenous people of Biafra, which is NOT an organization or an association. IPOB represent all the people of Biafra!
Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB aims to restore the Sovereign State of Biafra through the Self Determination law for the Indigenous People, by the UN, which is a  UNIVERSAL LAW.

EU MUST FIND OUT FROM BUHARI THE CRIMES OF THESE LITTLE CHILDREN TO BE KILLED IN COLD BLOOD UNDER HIS COMMAND

Nnamdi Kanu,  was kidnapped, arrested and accused of engaging in terrorism and was charged with treason. To this extent, I will like to throw some light in the meaning of the word treason. Treason is the act of BETRAYING one’s own country by waging WAR against it or by consciously or purposely acting to aid its enemies. But on the contrary, Mr. Kanu has been a quiet but outspoken Leader of the voiceless Indigenous People of Biafra, a leader who with his mouth wisdom and truth brought much needed attention to the situation of Biafrans. Nnamdi Kanu is not a citizen of Nigeria. He is a Biafran and he  doesn't have any interest in overtaking the government of Buhari. He has never waged or set war or violence against the Government of Buhari. All Nnamdi Kanu wants is to restore the State of Biafra Peacefully and through a fair Referendum conducted by the world body, the UN. Mr Kanu has never killed anyone neither damaged any property in Nigeria and in Biafraland. Yet Buhari orders Nigerian Army and Police to kill and massacred innocent Biafrans citizens. Buhari has killed small children, young and old people across Biafraland, since the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu.
Mr Kanu has been Tortured, beaten, malnourished and been forced to eat and drink what he doesn't want to eat or drink, and also made to sleep on a bare floor without Mattress, by the Nigerian DSS.

Hon Justice John Tsoho 

Hon Justice John Tsoho is the current judge presiding over Kanu's case and he will be the one who will have the power to rule over the Bail application of Nnamdi Kanu on the 29th January 2016. The Whole World and the International Communities, especially EU commission and Parliament, are closely demonstrating a deep interest in Kanu's case, because they want to see if the Nigerian judicial system is also corruptly affected, so much as to send an innocent and non-violent Man like Nnamdi Kanu to prison for life and have him killed by Buhari's agents, or that Hon Justice John Tsoho make justice prevail and grant Mr Kanu bail and set him free immediately and unconditionally?
Hon Justice John Tsoho need to know that he doesn't have to please Buhari. Justice John Tsoho must stand for Justice, He is the arbiter and therefore must protect the law from corruption. He has the power authority to let justice prevail and to grant Nnamdi Kanu  Bail because he hasn't committed any Treason against the Nigerian State.
Before ruling on Nnamdi Kanu's bail application on the 29th of January 2016, Justice Tsoho  must remember that the judiciary is independent and as such Buhari is not above the Law, and must be ready to obey the outcome of the court process. Buhari must be made to know that he is NOT above the Law. Granting Mr Kanu Bail on the 29/01/2016,is the only way  Hon Justice John Tsohohe will show to the Whole world that, there is still a hope of fair Justice in Nigeria.
