Nnamdi Kanu's  fundamental right violated

I am not a confirmed judge but I can pass a world class judgment on Nnamdi Kanu's trial. Dear judge Usman Shuaibu, I know this open letter must reach you and kindly read between my untutored lines, give credence and worthy attention for despite how much Kanu is hated by Nigerians, 2007 UN charter on the rights of indigenous people that Nigeria domesticated gave him right to demanding for Biafra. I yesterday argued with my friend who said Nnamdi Kanu is an enemy to Nigeria, her institutions and that every Nigerian would kill him if given the chance, he further said I am dreaming if i think Nigerian judge would rule fairly and finally asked “how on earth do you think a Nigerian judge will be fair or impartial?"  My reply was short "Law is not an enemy to anyone, the judge will rule based on what the impartial law says, law is about interpretations" everything is possible in Nigeria because its a zoo where your lordship's orders can be trampled on, you previously ordered for Kanu's release but the lion king disobeyed and you forced and sweated before they even provided him to you, they can buy you over or yet force you to discontinue but know this is a case of international concern, we are waiting for miscarriage of justice or birth of justice.

The ruling come first of December will make or mal this contraption called Nigeria, Nigeria will either rest on justice or sweat on injustice, you are the key and must serve raw justice. Biafrans are not and will never be terrorists rather they will be fierce freedom fighters who will bring Nigeria to her kneels by way of peaceful protest, justice denied will cause a revolution that can snowball into a civil war; the audacity to protest in Abuja is a sign of fearlessness, formidability and willingness to die for Biafra. Encyclopedia has investigated Nnamdi Kanu, Kuwait times and Washington post found him a Biafran Nationalist. World Convention of indigenous people held in Los Angeles, Kanu was certified the leader of IPOB by world leaders, indigenous people that was ridiculously called terrorists or financing terrorism by DSS. Belonging to unlawful society, criminal conspiracy, financing terrorism and involved in terrorism are the most humorous charges of it all.

Demanding discontinuation is clear cluelessness, confusion and obsession, you need to send everyone home over unserious, ridiculous and childish case that would only abuse legal institution of Nigeria. Financing the same terrorists that Nigerian police escort on daily basis instead of arresting them, Unlawful society that exists in over 88 countries, unlawful society that was present with you in Abuja, terrorism that has not recorded violence, killed or killed for, victimized or taken hostage of anybody, a peaceful and law-abiding terrorist? All leaders should be Nnamdi Kanu's kind of terrorist and the world would be a better place. Dear Judge, i wondered how you felt when you heard the pronounced oral crimes, because all the alleged crimes were laughably committed with mouth and the accused even committed the oral crime from London, it's becoming a comic case that is really relegating or diminishing Nigerian legal system, with which face will a Nigerian legal practitioner handle a case abroad when what is not logical is being entertained where he was made from.

Finally, the executive arm of your present government is slowly embracing dictatorship that will pose grave danger to the judicially, your order was neglected and it would fester if nothing is done and it should be a concern to you. Biafra is not a call for evil but a call for healthy competition, free religious, cultural and ethnic expression, a call for seizure of bloodshed, to exit from the cage Britain kept Africans, Britain is not God that Nigerians kill and terrorize Biafrans in a bid to hold onto her creation. Nnamdi Kanu has been terrorized and extra-judicially detained, deprived of his fundamental rights for resolving to hold unto 2007 UN charter on the rights of indigenous people which Nigeria domesticated; i only write that you serve justice for no one can hide from the backlash of injustice.

In 1967 Nnamdi Kanu's mother, father, siblings, relatives were killed in millions, a clear genocide the law is only waking up now to address, upon such hurt that is a crime against humanity, the worst which was starvation of over one million children of Nnamdi Kanu. The same man that perpetrated the genocide has come to kill or incarcerate the same man he took everything from. He confronted the wounded man despite his innocence and the fact he never killed back. It's time to ask " where is the conscience of man, who killed the conscience of man, where is the healing hand of the law and double edge sword of justice?  For this case and for the sake of awareness, this letter shall be forwarded to all media houses of the world, legal firms of the world, national and international human right organizations, world leaders and international communities. It is indeed Nigeria versus the world.
