Buhari is a dullard and illiterate. Don't think for once that he understood the deeper meaning of those written words he managed to ramble out at the UN. Like the illiterate Gowon at Aburi, by the time the British through BBC Hausa Service explains them to him in the language he'll understand, he'd wish he never spoke them and will seek to retract them.
